The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 327: Chapter 327: The Kind Spirit Cat Chapter 327: Chapter 327: The Kind Spirit Cat The boy stopped him and asked, “Which hospital have they taken him to? Do you know?”

Little Taotie shook his head.

“Make sure to ask clearly before you go.”

Little Taotie hesitated for a moment, then shifted his steps and ran towards the kitchen.

“Auntie, which hospital is Hua Jinyan staying at? I need to go see him now!”

“Don’t rush, the master will be back soon.”

Little Taotie, who had always been well-behaved and obedient, was acting very abnormally this time, with red rims around his eyes, his voice urgent in a childish tone:

“No!”

“I need to find Hua Jinyan!”

“He’s not answering my video calls! Something must have happened!”

“Let me go find him, I need to find him!”

Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin returned to the villa, and upon opening the door, they saw not their sister but a strange boy sitting on the sofa.

In the living room, eyes stared blankly, the air was very quiet.

Suddenly, a child’s crying voice came from the direction of the kitchen.

Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin rushed over.

“I need to find Hua Jinyan!”

Little Taotie’s eyes were damp with tears, and when she turned her head and saw Cheng Guodong and Qin Xin, her eyes brightened, and her mouth pouted, “Big brother, second brother, I need to find Hua Jinyan!”

Cheng Guodong stepped forward to pick up his sister. Seeing the little girl trying not to cry and then holding back her tears, he breathed a sigh of relief, “Alright, alright, big brother will take you to find Hua Jinyan. It’s not something worth crying over.”

Qin Xin asked the nanny, “Is it because of this?”

The nanny nodded, “I advised her to wait for you to return before going. She seemed very anxious, probably extremely worried about little Jinyan.”

Qin Xin breathed a sigh of relief, “I see.”

Recalling the strange boy on the sofa, Qin Xin asked, “Where is that child from the living room from?”

“Little Taotie saved him, said he was kidnapped.”

Qin Xin frowned deeply, “Have you called the police?”

“Not yet.”

“Are you cooking porridge? For him to eat?”

“Yes, he seems to have not eaten for two days.”

Qin Xin said, “I understand.”

After Cheng Guodong calmed his sister down, he looked towards the worried Qin Xin and asked, “What’s the situation?”

“I thought the child looked familiar but assumed I was mistaken. A few days ago, a real estate developer from G city came to the Mainland for investment, and his child was kidnapped. I saw the photo, it should be that boy.”

Cheng Guodong looked at the little girl nestling in his arms and asked, “Sister, where did you rescue him?”

“I was chasing Little Lion and then, oh right! Where is Little Lion?”

Little Taotie struggled free from his embrace, wanting to look for Kitty.

The nanny said, “At the hospital.”

Little Taotie looked at her blankly, “Why would Little Lion be in the hospital?”

The nanny explained, “This morning we found little Jinyan feverish and unconscious, clutching Little Lion. I tried to take Little Lion away, but he scratched me with his claws and wouldn’t come out. Little Jinyan was holding him tightly too, there was nothing I could do, so I let him hold on to it and took them both to the hospital.”

“Huh?” Little Taotie tilted her head, even more puzzled, “Then who was I chasing?”

Qin Xin asked about the timing carefully. The nanny discovered Hua Jinyan was sick and took him to the hospital early on, while he and Cheng Guodong left the house very early and were not at home, and later when Little Taotie woke up, there was no one at home and Little Lion wasn’t there either; but she saw a figure that resembled Little Lion, an orange cat, and chased after it.

“Wait, could it be that it isn’t a real cat but a Spiritual Body?” Qin Xin spotted an inconsistency.

Little Taotie recalled while tilting her head, “It ran so fast, I couldn’t see clearly, I only saw a figure that looked like Little Lion. Right! The door was closed, but it darted out! I had to open the door to chase after it! It’s a Spiritual Body, the Spirit Cat!”

Qin Xin speculated, “Could there be a possibility that the cat died in the abandoned villa and became a Spiritual Body, and upon discovering the boy chained up there, it deliberately led you there to rescue him?”
