The Lovely Heiress Is Actually A God Beast

Chapter 323: Chapter 323 Auntie’s Insistent Hospitality Chapter 323: Chapter 323 Auntie’s Insistent Hospitality After a short wait, the bus arrived, and the little girl, carrying the little boy on her back, got on the bus, immediately drawing the attention of everyone on board.

Little Taotie, who was six years old this year, was shorter than other children of her age as she had grown up in the mountains. Even though she had been well fed recently, her growth was entirely horizontal, plump, fair, and chubby, with no increase in height, still tiny.

Not having reached 120 centimeters, Little Taotie did not have to pay the bus fare.

The boy, in fact, was already taller than this height, but with Little Taotie carrying him, he appeared to be a person with a disability.

The bus driver turned a blind eye and let the two kids ride for free.

Before, Little Taotie had scorned the boy’s behavior of urinating wherever he pleased and had put on a mask. She hadn’t taken it off now, and nobody recognized her.

“Come on, child, sit here,” a plump auntie beckoned to Little Taotie, offering her seat.

Seeing that the auntie’s belly was bulging like a pregnant woman, Little Taotie shook her tiny head. “I’m not tired, no need to sit!”

“How can you not be tired carrying one?” The plump auntie went up to Little Taotie, pulling her to sit down.

Little Taotie could only place the boy on the seat, her voice childishly sweet. “Thank you, Auntie, it’s fine if he sits, I’ll stand with you and keep you company.”

The plump auntie did not expect the little girl to be so amusing and began to laugh, “Alright, then let’s chat!”

“Little girl, is he your younger brother? Was he born unable to walk?”

“Yes, my little brother,” Little Taotie nodded proudly.

Little Taotie felt like a hero; in TV shows, when heroes save people, those people would kneel and call them benefactors, then follow them around, becoming their loyal followers.

“He’s just injured, he’ll be able to walk in the future,” Little Taotie answered with a milky voice.

The boy beside her twitched his mouth, said nothing, and let this socially awkward little benefactor do the talking.

“Then that’s good, or else you would be burdened for life. When you grow up, you cannot become a Voldemort! ‘Open Three’ is ongoing now, and the preference for boys over girls is gradually coming back. I have a relative, an old lady, who pressured her daughter-in-law to have another child, and it was a girl. She was so upset, she didn’t even want to hold her! Then, she pressured the older daughter-in-law to have another baby, and this time it was a boy. Ah, she doted on him so much; whatever good food there was, she gave it all to him, while the two little girls could only watch hungrily, not even daring to ask for some–it’s really pitiful to see…”

Like opening a floodgate of words, the auntie went on and on, trying to brainwash Little Taotie, “Even if he is your real brother, you shouldn’t spoil him. You’re so little yourself, your bones haven’t fully grown yet, and here you are, carrying him on crowded buses. In the future, just take a taxi, don’t wear yourself out…”

Little Taotie covered the phone in her pocket, whispering softly, “Taxis are really expensive, better not to take one if it’s not necessary.”

“Look at you, so young and already so thrifty, all because of that boy-girl bias! You must have suffered quite a bit at home, haven’t you? Be generous, girls should be generous to be lovable! How much could a taxi possibly cost? Wait, Auntie will give you money, you get off now and take a taxi!”

The auntie indeed took out her wallet, unzipped it, and pulled out a Red Bill. After thinking for a moment, she added another one and stuffed two Red Bills into Little Taotie’s pocket. Little Taotie quickly covered her pocket and backed away several steps, creating distance between herself and the auntie.

“No, I can’t take your money!”

“Why are you being polite with Auntie? You’ve called me ‘Auntie’ several times already, and it’s not long past the New Year, just think of it as Auntie giving you some belated New Year’s money! Be quick, don’t be so thrifty, accept it generously!”

The auntie dashed over, and Little Taotie hurriedly scampered away, the two of them chasing and fleeing on the bus.

The auntie, with a quick glance, returned to her seat and directly stuffed the money into the unsuspecting boy’s pocket.

The boy, engrossed in the commotion, suddenly felt his pocket being forcibly filled.

Not giving them a chance to return the money, the bus happened to reach a stop, the doors opened, and without considering whether it was her stop or not, the auntie got off and ran away.

Little Taotie: “…”

The boy: “…”

The two looked at each other, stunned.

The other passengers on the bus let out a friendly laugh, which brought the two dazed children back to their senses.
