Invincible Little School Doctor

Chapter 272: Chapter 272: If You Want to Be a Dog, Be Prepared to Live Like One

Watching Butler Yang’s arrogant questioning, Ye Haochuan felt quite irritated.

With his usual temperament, he really wanted to lash out on the spot, but considering that he was under someone else’s roof and had to bow his head, he said, ”That’s right, Butler Yang, I am a doctor, currently employed at Haishan University Hospital.”

”University Hospital?” Yang Chenglin was somewhat surprised, then a look of disdain gradually appeared on his face, ”A mere university hospital doctor dares to come to Director Liu’s house and deceive?”

Deceive?

At the mention of this word, Ye Haochuan suddenly felt the fire rising, damn it, even a petty butler dares to be so arrogant in front of me?

However, reason eventually prevailed.

Ye Haochuan thought it best not to escalate the situation and calmly replied, ”Butler Yang, since Director Liu has trusted Manager Su and let me see, I believe he is also willing to give me a chance.”

Hearing him bring up Director Liu, Butler Yang dared not be too pretentious and said, ”Since our Director Liu has spoken, letting you in is not out of the question. But our Miss Liu is very precious. If I don’t interrogate you thoroughly and just let you in, and something untoward happens, wouldn’t I still be the one responsible in the end?”

He was playing a clever game, damn, you use Director Liu to press me, I’ll bring up Director Liu’s family to see who can pressure whom?

Ye Haochuan saw through his intentions at a glance, and his teeth itched with hatred. Just as he was about to explode, Su La hurriedly spoke up, ”Butler Yang, you may not know this, but Doctor Ye beside me is an expert. I was originally diagnosed with cancer and thought there was no cure, but as soon as Doctor Ye took action, he relieved my pain and gave me hope...”

Then, she spoke about how Ye Haochuan had alleviated her **** pain using his acupuncture techniques at the Xiao Family mansion.

”Manager Su, you couldn’t have been fooled by him? The world’s medical experts haven’t cracked the challenge of cancer yet, and he’s so young, he’s cured cancer? Besides, you said it yourself, he only relieved your pain, which shows that he doesn’t have the ability to cure cancer,” said Yang Chenglin disdainfully.

Su La wanted to explain, but Ye Haochuan was getting more and more impatient and told her, ”Call your Director Liu and let him talk to this Butler Yang.”

Yang Chenglin’s face changed at Ye Haochuan’s words, which clearly meant to report him and showed no regard for him.

”Hey, young man, what do you mean by that? Are you saying that I am deliberately making things difficult for you?” Yang Chenglin looked a bit upset, ”Fine, since you’ve said that, now I’m indeed going to make things difficult for you.”

After speaking, he instructed the bodyguards to block Ye Haochuan from entering and then turned around and went back to the villa.

Ye Haochuan could tell even with his toes that he was going to ”vaccinate” Director Liu’s family against him, to prevent Director Liu from coming after him with accusations.

Sure enough, using his Perspective Eyes, Ye Haochuan saw Butler Yang bowing and scraping to a middle-aged woman, whispering incessantly, obviously slandering him.

Seeing that he had been silent for a while, Su La said, ”Doctor Ye, what do you think...”

”Dammit, just a lowly butler and he dares to lord it over his masters? Call your Director Liu and tell him the real situation,” said Ye Haochuan with a cold face.

Unfortunately, Su La tried calling, but Director Liu could not be reached on the phone.

And just at this moment, Butler Yang walked out again, looking smug and triumphant.

Seeing Butler Yang’s self-satisfied strut, Ye Haochuan felt a wave of discomfort. That old guy’s face was full of fat—as if he hadn’t been eating pork less often. Dammit, how could this old guy be cannibalizing his own kind?

”Listen up, Mr. Liu’s wife has already spoken. We do not need you to treat Miss Liu, so scram,” Yang Chenglin waved his hands as he spoke.

Scram?

Ye Haochuan exploded in rage and grabbed him by the collar, shouting, ”Damn it, a mere watchdog dares to be arrogant in front of me? Do you know? I’ve been tolerating you for a long time.”

Having said that, Ye Haochuan threw a punch out, landing it fiercely on the old guy’s face.

”Ouch!”

Yang Chenglin screamed, clutching his face. It took him a while to come to his senses before he angrily shouted to the surrounding bodyguards, ”What are you all standing there for? Why aren’t you beating him up? Beat him to death!”

The bodyguards immediately surrounded him.

Su La got a bit panicked when she saw what was happening and hurriedly tried to calm things down, ”Nobody fight, nobody fight, this is the Divine Doctor that Director Liu invited to treat Miss Liu...”

”What ’Divine Doctor’? Just because he’s a young brat, he deserves to be called a Divine Doctor? Beat him up for me, beat him!... Ouch, it hurts so much, I’m dying... Damn it, to think he dared to hit me. Get him, beat him until even his mother wouldn’t recognize him.”

Yang Chenglin was crying out in pain, clutching his face.

However, just as the bodyguards were about to move forward to teach Ye Haochuan a lesson, Fan Qingyin, who had been intentionally left in the car by Ye Haochuan, sashayed up with a sultry charm.

As soon as Yang Chenglin saw her enticing demeanor, his eyes widened immediately.

”Butler Yang, is it?” Fan Qingyin flirted with a wink.

Ye Haochuan’s brows furrowed deeply. This woman, what’s with her flirting with everyone she sees? Damn, no self-respect!

”Yes, yes, yes, I am the butler of this place, Yang Chenglin. Might I inquire about this lady’s name...” Yang Chenglin could hardly keep his composure, stammering as he spoke.

Fan Qingyin chuckled softly, ”Butler Yang, to manage such a large estate is truly no simple feat. However, I have something to say about your actions. Was there really a need to be so heartless? Doctor Ye may be young, but he is the one that Director Liu had Manager Su bring home to treat his daughter. And you, you just had to stop him. When Director Liu comes back, won’t he reprimand you severely?”

Under Fan Qingyin’s enchantment, Yang Chenglin was completely mesmerized, nodding his head in agreement.

”That’s right, you have Mrs. Liu’s support, and Director Liu won’t do anything to you, but don’t forget, who is Manager Su? She’s Director Liu’s subordinate. If you offend her and she decides to badmouth you to Director Liu, suggesting something unseemly between you and Mrs. Liu, do you think Director Liu will let you off?”

As she spoke, Fan Qingyin sent over another flirty wink.

Ye Haochuan, listening in, couldn’t help but laugh inwardly. This woman really knew how to manipulate people, striking right at the heart!

Just as expected, after Fan Qingyin’s words, Yang Chenglin’s demeanor quickly did a complete turnaround. After looking at Manager Su, he no longer dared to act cocky. He scurried back and after talking to the mistress for a while, he hurried back, bobbing his head, ”Doctor Ye, I was offensive just now, please come in.”

Ye Haochuan snorted coldly in his heart. Damn it, if you’re going to be a dog, you should have the realization of being one. Why the arrogance?

However, what he didn’t realize was that even bigger trouble was still to come...
