Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

Chapter 1493: Chapter 1: Outer Star Civilians Under the Flames of War [Request for Official Subscription]

A blue planet with white clouds scattered across the sky, the earth and water set in one harmonious scene, indeed showcasing a beautiful landscape.

Yet, on the continent of this planet, all life forms have gone mad.

They disregard the surrounding beauty. The greened grasslands in the city, and even the trees, have been trampled almost to death.

The once beautiful planet has completely changed under the destruction of intelligent beings.

”I want to buy a ticket, please, I want to buy a ticket. Would anyone sell me a ticket, even just one for my child, please.”

A beautiful creature that looked like a winged elf, holding a young creature in her arms, continuously knelt down requesting help from those around her.

Yet the surrounding creatures just turned their heads, indifferently watching her, with no one offering help.

”Mom, I’m so scared.”

The young creature in her arms looked like a smaller version of her, with a cute face that seemed to have come straight out of a cartoon, capable of melting the heart of any intelligent being that saw her.

But it was of no use, this act found no audience on this planet.

”Run quickly, the devils have already approached near this planet. If we don’t escape now, it will be too late.”

”I have one last ticket from my company here. If you want it, it costs five thousand Great Empire dollars. I don’t accept your country’s currency because it soon won’t exist.”

In the direction where creatures were frantically flocking, there was a tall platform with a few creatures seated upon it.

When one of the creatures took out a seemingly simple ticket, the crowd below almost went insane.

”I want it, five thousand, I’ll take it.”

”Me, heavens above, please give it to me.”

The winged humanoid holding her child looked at the ticket, her eyes almost turning red, yet she had no way to get it as she didn’t have any Great Empire dollars in hand.

”Don’t cry, Mom. Let’s go home.” The creature in her arms, who resembled a little girl, was very good, reaching out to wipe away her tears.

”Yes, we’ll go home, we’re not going anywhere else, we’re going home.” The winged creature smiled and shook her head, never again looking at the huge ship behind her. She understood that they, the mother and daughter, wouldn’t be able to board that ship.

As the mother and daughter walked back, a creature with a similar build slowly approached them.

”What an obedient little girl.”

This was a character similar to the winged creature, who, upon closer inspection, was actually an ’Earth person,’ a species recently elevated to a noble status within the Orion Arm.

To the wary eyes of the winged female creature, the person reached out, offering the little girl a piece of candy.

”Thank you, uncle.” The cute little creature, who looked like a three- or four-year-old Earth girl but even more adorable with a pair of tiny wings on her back, thanked him happily.

”Feel your generosity.”

The female creature smiled and thanked him, then cautiously bypassed the Earth man, walking in the opposite direction of the crowd.

”Madam, I have some Great Empire dollars here. If you don’t mind, I can help you buy two tickets.”

The man’s words almost startled the winged lady, then she turned around and indeed saw a few Great Empire paper currencies in the man’s hand.

”This... Sir, are you telling the truth?” She wanted desperately to grab the money because it meant her and her daughter’s life.

”Of course, here you go.” The man sighed and handed the money to the little girl.

”Thank you, uncle.” The little girl clearly understood the situation, happily thanking the man.

The winged lady just wanted to thank him again but found that there was no longer any trace of the Earth man?

”Mom, where’s the uncle?” The little girl was also shocked, looking around.

”Uncle went to board the ship, let’s hurry and get on the ship too.”

”Great, I want to ride the big ship.”

...

Outside space, a small flying craft orbited the beautiful planet.

The man who had just been talking with the woman and her daughter now stood at the edge of the craft, gazing down at the beautiful celestial body with a complex expression.

”Such a hinterland planet, it is going to become a frontline too. The forces in the Biochemical Star Region are advancing swiftly.”

The man’s face belonged to Jia Yan’s avatar.

At this moment, he looked at the planet below, which was about to face war, shaking his head and sighing.

It had been two months since the entire Kawai Defense Line fell.

Jia Yan hurriedly dispersed the Earth Fleet, then sent Jia Qi to a place not far from the Solar System, before returning to the battlefield.

Two months had passed in comings and goings, and when he approached the battlefront again, there was no longer any battlefront.

Starting from the original Kawai Defense Line, the invading forces from the outside spread out like scattered flowers, attacking everywhere. The entire former defense line collapsed, countless star bases were destroyed, and battleships were scattered everywhere in the starry sky.

The communication systems were disrupted by the enemy’s technological advantage, leaving almost no means of long-distance communication. Jia Yan could see spaceships fleeing everywhere in the starry sky, some barely forming fleets, others were lone battleships.

Some still adhered to the code of a warrior, while others had already changed roles, plundering everywhere.

And none of this could stop the footsteps of the external forces’ invasion; they were slowly devouring the starry sky, reaching the territories of several Starry Sky Empires around the Kawai Defense Line.

Before him was the Starry Sky Empire closest to the original Kawai Defense Line. Unfortunately, this Great Empire, which once occupied three Stellar systems, now only had its final Habitable Star left, on the brink of total destruction.

”When war breaks out, it is indeed the civilians who suffer the most.”

Jia Yan glanced at the star below, then his pupils trembled fiercely, looking toward the nearby starry sky.

There, ten Outer Space Battleships were slowly approaching the star.

”Hmph, a fleet of ten battleships dares to penetrate deep into the territory, do they think there’s no one in Orion’s Arm?”

With a slight sneer, Jia Yan concealed the Space Cabin, then strode towards the location where the ten battleships were, flying swiftly!

Not long after, those ten strongest external fleets, only at Star-level Existence, began exploding one by one.

”How is that possible? Such formidable organisms exist in this region!”

”Flee!”

The fleet of ten battleships wasn’t foolish, seeing their comrades explode one after another, they realized they encountered an unbeatable existence. The remaining few rushed to turn around frantically.

But as they turned around, more explosions followed, the enemy’s shadow hadn’t even been seen.

By the time they completed their turn, only one battleship remained.

”Who is it? Damn, daring to attack our fleet, aren’t you afraid of our army’s retaliation next?”

The last battleship’s Commander was a Strong One around the Intermediate Starry Sky level. Although such strength was nothing externally, inside Orion’s Arm, his Star-level was enough to fight with a Dignitary within Orion’s Arm, considered a formidable entity.

Yet, now he had no means against the shadowless enemy, even now, he didn’t know who attacked this fleet.

”Retaliation? I’m certainly not afraid.”

Just as he shouted in the command room, a strange voice suddenly appeared behind him.

The battleship soldiers in the entire command cabin turned wildly.

There, a small figure appeared where the sound came from.

Though the figure was small, his face, distinguishable, was almost known by every trespasser.

He was suspected to be the strongest in Orion’s Arm - Earthling ’Jia Yan’!

”Jia... Jia Yan!”

Seeing this creature hundreds of times smaller than himself, the Interstellar Period Captain was not relieved, but rather filled with panic, nearly fainting.

Encountering other Orion Arm’s Powerhouses was fine, but meeting the strongest Jia Yan spelled doom.

”Alright, if you don’t want to die, don’t act rashly.” Jia Yan said indifferently, then walked to the main Smart Brain control area of the battleship’s command room.

He looked briefly, indeed their system somewhat resembled the ones seen in the Genius Battlefield and Northern Battlefield, most importantly the language was universal, readable to him.

”Give the password.” Jia Yan looked at the Interstellar Period Captain.

”Jia Yan, you homeless dog, don’t be so arrogant! If several Lords of our forces were here, you would surely die.”

Boom!

As soon as the Interstellar Period Captain finished speaking cynic remarks, an explosion was heard from his head.

This giant over dozens of meters high died just like that.

”Alright, you must be the Vice Captain, you come.” Jia Yan seemed to crush a small ant, then looked towards another Initial interstellar organism.

Before long, yet another burst of brilliance filled the starry sky.

Even obtaining information, Jia Yan didn’t hold back, letting that final battleship turn into cosmic dust.

In military confrontation, there’s no need to speak of principles.

”It seems the situation is more grave than I expected.”

After looking at the intelligence from the last battleship, Jia Yan’s expression turned serious.

The collapse of the entire Kawai Defense Line seemed to herald the collapse of all of Orion’s Arm, no Empire could withstand the external forces for long.

Their march speed equaled flight speed.

If not for machines to stabilize pressure within Orion’s Arm, they might devour even more territory within months.

Returning to the Space Cabin place, Jia Yan looked at the beautiful planet below, now seemingly due to witnessing the battles in the starry sky, the entire planet was a spectacular scene of thousands of ships taking off.

Of course, almost none were battleships, mostly were dilapidated civilian crafts, who knew if they could fly to the edge of this Stellar system.

The extraterrestrial mother and daughter seen earlier, who knew which of the ten thousand crafts they’re in.

Even if they can escape the star, their future fate is bound to be bleak.

”Alas, even alien beings are people, why am I becoming so sentimental recently.”

”However, if this offensive goes unchecked, Earth might soon face a similar fate. The Avatar seems to need more efforts.”
