Reborn As An Interstellar Giant Mosquito

”This old monster, even though it seems so disoriented, definitely wouldn’t be fooled by me, allowing me to pilot the aircraft alone. It must be that Jia Yan told him something, that damn bastard.”

Kama walked in front, clenching her fist in anger and resentment.

This time, by having them work as a duo on this task, Jia Yan was trying an experiment. First, to see if Kama could keep Old Souwu in line, and then to secretly tell the seemingly confused yet somewhat rational Souwu that he couldn’t let Kama fly off alone with the aircraft.

Now both were restricted in their actions, and Jia Yan didn’t know if there would be any mishaps, but so far, there seemed to be no major issues.

The aircraft soared into the sky.

An hour later, not too far from the collection point of the interstellar material, the aircraft landed directly into a far larger spaceship.

”You’ve done quite well this time, it seems I can trust you now.”

Below the aircraft, a huge creature was waiting for them. It wasn’t as big as a giant monster, but it seemed even stronger and sturdier.

Its body was pitch-black, and its shiny armor was etched with scars from battles.

Who else could it be but Jia Yan?!

”Lord, the Trustee has not been neglected, you can now send someone to make the payment and receive the goods,” Kama said as she stepped into the spaceship, all her previous frustrations seemingly swept away, and she looked at Jia Yan very respectfully.

Jia Yan merely praised her. In his heart, he knew that if given the chance, Kama would definitely attempt to escape with the aircraft, but now Jia Yan wasn’t about to give her the opportunity!

The three of them entered the spaceship.

It had been more than twenty days since Jia Yan had led the Kuditian people to escape from Tianlong Star. It was also the tenth day since the old monster arrived on this spaceship.

Today, Jia Yan had assigned it to team up with Kama for a routine resource collection on the spaceship. It seemed this method wasn’t too bad. This way, he could free up his own time for other matters in the future.

Even if Jia Yan was to leave the spaceship briefly in the future, these two would have some mutual restraint. After all, the old monster Souwu was an entity who was eagerly looking forward to the adventures in the so-called ’Chaos Starfield’ with the current Jia Yan.

After a few days of observation, Jia Yan had come to believe him somewhat.

”Alright, the continual trade and acquisition of supplies will last for about half a year. We will have earned enough energy for this craft to traverse the Star Sea. Then, we can head to the Northern Star Domain!”

Jia Yan, walking alone inside the spaceship, thought to himself.

He already had a complete idea brewing in his mind.

”In this starry sky, there’s one more thing I haven’t done. If I can succeed, I might be able to take a big step forward afterward. I might even be able to hold my own against those so-called Dragon Strong Ones!”

What Jia Yan was considering was undergoing another evolution.

In this starry sky, the only thing that could trigger his next evolution, which countless powers sought to possess, was the substance that all Strong Ones and powers had come here for, the most important of materials—the Chaos Stone!

After many days of focused observation, Jia Yan had finally understood that the Chaos Stone originated from a piece of mysterious Star Space Material from the Chaos Starfield, attracted by the stellar gravitational force of this desolate galaxy. It settled near the stellar objects, becoming the possession countless powers and Strong Ones were competing for.

And Jia Yan believed that the Chaos Stone would greatly benefit his next evolution!

”If I can evolve again, I’ll definitely reach the Star-level High Rank, and maybe even... touch upon that void-like, nearly mythical ’Stellar Level’ among the luxurious worlds, which stands as the legendary ’Star Sky Beast’ back in the Orion Arm myths!”

Thinking of this, Jia Yan’s heart surged with excitement. Star Sky Beast was a term that Jia Yan had known since he first learned he was an Evolutionary Creature. It was a term that had accompanied him for a very long time and was his greatest aspiration.

However, Jia Yan knew his next evolution couldn’t actually turn him into a Star Sky Beast but at most allow him to touch the fringes of this level.

Yet, even just the fringe of the Star Sky Beast was something Jia Yan knew would make him terrifyingly powerful. The characteristic of an Evolutionary Creature was to become stronger as it approached the ultimate form of the Star Sky Beast!

And a true Star Sky Beast has strength far beyond peers of Stellar Level, becoming a truly free entity roaming the ocean of stars without any constraints!

Envisioning this, Jia Yan felt his blood boiling, longing to quickly become the Star Sky Beast he had long desired.

But meals must be eaten one bite at a time, just as tasks must be approached step by step—one cannot become fat with just one gulp.

”What I need to do now is figure out how to obtain a large amount of Chaos Stones,” Jia Yan pondered.

”Those Strong Ones will definitely not trade with me, and even if they were willing, the price wouldn’t be something I could afford. So, there’s only one option left for me.”

”And that is to find a way to the origin, to snatch some Chaos Stones if necessary. If I can undergo this evolution, then I will have nothing to fear in this starry sky!”
