[Please Subscribe]_1 Jia Yan seemed to have understood something.

His series of mutations abided by some related things that led to his present existence.

His changes from then to now, were all within the sphere of these associations.

However, up to now, his body’s strength seemed to have reached the limit of these series of related things!

So, upon seeing this metallic material from the flying saucer, he felt a desire to devour, but this object was no longer part of that series!

In other words, if Jia Yan survived this mutation, he would break free from the original framework and embark on another path!

Devouring, growing stronger, continuing to devour, becoming stronger!

In the Giant Mosquito Compound Eyes, a hint of eerie luster and ambition were gradually enlarging…

enlarging…

“How powerful will I become if I continue to grow like this?!!”

“I don’t know!

I really don’t know!

But…

I am very excited!!”

Jia Yan still didn’t understand.

He didn’t know what was peculiar about him compared to other mutated beings or mosquitoes, or what made him different.

He only knew that the most unique and powerful aspect of his mosquito body was his immense wisdom.

This capability of intelligence might be the fundamental reason deciding everything!

Whether it’s indeed like this, it’s unknown!

At least, he had made it this far, the road ahead was organized for him!

Being able to devour mutations, his future path was almost like the great path of devouring and evolving!

Previously, this path was not apparent, or rather, he didn’t know he could control the coagulation lumps on his body through his devouring ‘thought’.

Now having discovered this, his path forward suddenly seemed incredibly broad!

Of course, there are two premises for this.

First, he must continue to discover mutated substances beneficial to him in the future!

Second, his body must not stop devouring after reaching a peak.

If it stops, no matter how ambitious he is, it would be useless!

But that’s all in the future.

Right now, focusing on how to survive this mutation was what mattered the most!

Jia Yan continued to sense the changes in his body.

He could still bear this change at present.

The devouring continued!

The number of green-grey pebbles on the ground was decreasing bit by bit.

Originally numbering over a hundred, Jia Yan was gradually devouring them.

Soon, he had consumed more than half of them.

He started reacting!

Although the green-grey pebbles were only considered as filler, they were now demonstrating their power!

A sense of scorching heat appeared in his body!

“It’s so hot, as expected from green-grey pebbles that can cause such intense explosions, they transformed into potent energy as soon as I devoured them!”

Jia Yan looked at the green-grey pebbles on the ground.

They were dissolved inside the condensation fluid, and then the dissolved substances turned into a fine powder-like thing.

These tiny substances were gradually absorbed into his body through the condensation fluid.

At the same time, his body also reacted.

The faint verdant grey almost covered his entire body.

From the initial spots, it gradually evolved into much more, afterwards, his body color was dominated by this verdant grey!

The black was gone, but this verdant grey was so profound!

Jia Yan was experiencing his mutation process, but this burning sensation made it almost impossible for him to control his mind.

However, after so long, he had observed his body’s mutation process, at least, he now knew that, after he devoured the green-grey pebbles, the coagulative tissues in his body also started to absorb the soil and other substances from the ground.

After all, solely the green-grey pebbles could not provide all the mutated materials his body needed!

But before that, Jia Yan’s compound eyes suddenly brightened!

He had obtained so many mutated substances, he wouldn’t allow himself to resort to absorbing the soil from the ground anymore!

Even if it was just a supplement, it wasn’t acceptable!

At least he couldn’t let these ordinary substances become the main materials for his mutating body.

After all, his last mutation almost entirely used the wreckage of the combat aircraft, if this time he has to use soil again, it’d be putting the cart before the horse!

Therefore, he made an effort to move his body that had already grown larger.

He took a step forward!

This step was extremely difficult.

The condensed substance was gradually solidifying, turning into new body materials.

Although it wasn’t fully condensed, trying to move with the old body inside was extremely challenging!

But Jia Yan still moved!

At this moment, he used his maximum strength to barely move a small step.

Along with this small step, the condensed tissues below his body also moved a little.

In this way, they immediately got closer to a few metal materials Jia Yan had already placed on the ground!

“I might not be able to hang on while devouring this metal material, so it’s crucial to observe how it begins!” Jia Yan considered that he might be unable to hang on and lose his judgement and observation abilities when devouring the metal material.

Hence, it was essential to clearly observe the beginning process!

Squeak!!

The coagulation tissue finally made contact with the metal substance ahead, the noise was like boiling oil meeting water, echoes in the air!

This, compared to Jia Yan’s previous mutations, was truly unique!

Jia Yan was working hard to allow his compound eyes to observe the situation below.

Chattering!!

A bit of the noise kept ringing out.

The unstoppable coagulation touched the metal substance and completely stopped!

Astonishment flitted through Jia Yan’s eyes.

He hadn’t expected that this metal substance would be so strong.

During his previous mutations, the coagulation devoured whatever it encountered.

Yet, this metal substance was able to withstand the coagulation!

This was something Jia Yan had never considered.

At this moment, he felt a different kind of exhilaration spread throughout his body.

More coagulation appeared and an inexplicable organ formed, generating countless coagulation fluids from the cells.

When these coagulation tissues appeared, they immediately surged towards the metal substance below.

Devouring!

Such satisfaction!

This was the feeling being transmitted from these organ tissues,

Jia Yan seemed to be experiencing an indescribable pleasure!

But at this moment, an excruciating pain from his physical organs wiped out his pleasurable feelings!

“Uh!”

Jia Yan’s compound eyes blinked in surprise!

This agony felt as if it was tearing his heart apart, ripping him to shreds, exploding him!

He had no idea what this metal substance was.

After producing such a massive reaction in Jia Yan, he had only managed to devour a tiny bit of it, as if it hadn’t decreased at all!

“I knew transformations couldn’t be so simple!”

Jia Yan’s whole body began to tremble, and he was on the brink of losing his consciousness!

Pain, swelling, acidity!

This feeling was still raw.

Jia Yan’s previous transformations did not feel like this.

It seemed as if this time his style had really changed, and he was walking a different path of transformation!

That’s why the way he endured the pain was different, too!

Endure!

Even if it hurts, you must persist!

Jia Yan felt the direction of his body’s mutation, but the constant torturous pain forced him to give up his observation.

He had to abandon his observation and focus entirely on enduring the pain!

Pain pain pain!!

Swelling swelling swelling!!

But he had to endure!

Without endurance, how could he achieve a successful mutation!

Without endurance, how could he become stronger!

Jia Yan went all out!

A flame seemed to blaze in his compound eyes, erupting out into the world!

“I must persist!”

He felt a bit of coagulation appearing in front of his compound eyes, gradually covering his field of vision!

This was his final look before the mutation!

Eventually, Jia Yan’s entire body was covered in coagulation.

Under the cover of this coagulation, the metal substance slightly increased its melting speed.
