[Subscribe] _1 Jia Yan had no inkling of the movements of the metal monsters.

In this human world, what concerns him most now was his own family; if anyone else mattered, it would only be the two assassins!

These two people had been consistently helping his family and in reality, had also helped Jia Yan himself more than once.

Having encountered their goodwill repeatedly, Jia Yan now harbored some affection for them as well.

Beyond these persons, Jia Yan was indifferent to others.

After all, in this world, his family Jia did not have many relatives.

If there were to be any mentioned, it would be his mother’s younger sister’s family, the only relative’s house that Father Jia and the others had desired to visit.

However, their home was very far away and comparing them to his immediate family, naturally his immediate family was more important.

Thus, Jia Yan was making effort, knowing the direction of his endeavors, his motivation to move forward naturally surged exceedingly!

The affairs of the Earth world, had been advancing step by step in a direction humans could not have predicted towards an unfamiliar path!

Washington was being bombed!

That red light was so much more powerful than a typical nuclear bomb, by many times over!

Now, the world was not only shaken by the obliteration of this city which was a center of technology, politics and military strength, but more so, humans were suddenly filled with an immense sense of insecurity about their own survival!

The heads and leaders of some powerful countries all hid away in covert locations, firstly the Star-Spangled Banner Country, the second remains unknown.

The attacks of the metal monsters brought a shadow over all the countries of the world.

Once their weapon capabilities reached this level, there were too many countries they could bombard!

Huaxia nation, declared a state of emergency in its capital, countless civilians began to evacuate, and in the other countries’ capitals, many high-ranking officials and civilians also started emergency evacuations.

All of a sudden, national capitals worldwide, apart from those countries who considered themselves to have little influence, all started to evacuate on a large scale.

However, people began to speculate – were the metal monsters targeting national capitals?

If their attack range expands to all the major cities, then there would be too many cities that would need to evacuate, and that would not be realistic!

At that moment.

The metal monsters merely seemed to showcase their attack capabilities for humans to take a look, afterward not launching those red lights anymore, even the metallic monsters’ army faded away, they each appeared to no longer attack humans, as if sharing a momentary ceasefire.

“Can the metal monsters only launch an attack like that once?”

“Does their giant red light require a lot of energy?”

“The attacks of the metal monsters can only be carried out once in a short while, continuous attacks are impossible!”

In the human world, these kinds of messages began appearing in various media headlines.

Some people were cheering, some people were dazed, and others did not want to believe it!

Many people in this world lost everything due to this incident.

Some people’s families were in that destroyed city, some people’s wealth and possessions all disappeared due to that red light explosion, leaving them with nothing!

Stock prices, oil prices, and food prices all began to surge like mad!

The entire world became as chaotic as the mad financial system!

Murders became as common as eating meals, with dead bodies constantly scattered on the street.

Not only were these people dead, everything on them was stolen, even the clothes on their corpses were gone.

Rather than getting any better, these horrific conditions only worsened.

The non-action of the metal monsters led to the Earth’s human world not improving, but on the contrary, humans fell further into chaos!

Some countries with experience in conflict quickly implemented strict controls, but countless secret actions were still ongoing by organizations and people who were not involved in global affairs!

Those countries with no such experience, or those led around by their citizens, fell into even greater disarray!

Less than three days after the red light attacked the capital of the Star-Spangled Banner Country.

Several territories within the Star-Spangled Banner Country simultaneously declared independence!

Their slogan was, “Dialogue, Survival, Equal Development!”

This was a proclamation made by an organization that had previously worshipped the metal monsters, taking advantage of the Star-Spangled Banner Country’s capital being destroyed and the entire country falling into a power vacuum, they executed a series of armed activities, seized all command and military power of several regions, and then declared their slogan!

They believed that the metallic monsters were capable of communication.

Given sincerity, humans could coexist with them and evolve together.

In correspondence with this organization’s actions, countless similar organizations and individuals worldwide!

The world has gone mad, everything is in chaos!

For a time, humanity itself fell into a vortex of excruciating turmoil and insurrection!

Moreover, it occurred only ten short days after the metallic monsters launched their red light attack on the capital of the Stars and Stripes Country!

Warfare!

Countless countries were plunged into the maelstrom of war!

Various organizations, under different banners, either began warring with government forces or other organizations’ armies!

Of course, most of the world was still under the control of the governments, but they could not repress the organizations within their borders.

No matter how many they quashed, more sprang up in their place, as if their members were like an unstoppable tide!

Moreover, their numbers were truly overwhelming!

They seized everything: resources, weaponry, and even people!

These self-sufficient organizations improved their combat competence and political power through conflicts with government forces and other factions.

Sometimes, their eliminations by the government forces would be called off!

When the world is in chaos, monsters multiply!

Innumerable people became the victims of various factions and the war.

All of these changes, amidst slow mutation, the Big Mosquito was oblivious to it all.

Or perhaps, he thought this change was happening too quickly, as if people had already planned everything and were guiding humanity towards a path of speedy self-destruction!

However, no one had planned any of this.

It’s just that after warring for so long, the pressure on every human became so intense that it all exploded when the world’s greatest nation – the Stars and Stripes Country – was on the brink of collapse!

They dared not mess with the metallic monsters.

The only option was to disrupt the current government and the world order!

As a result, within ten days, the entire chronology underwent such massive changes.

Of course, some forces had intentionally been waiting for this opportunity for a long time.

Simultaneously, many organizations formed spontaneously.

In other words, this chaos sprung up all at once!

Yet, the Big Mosquito remained in hibernation.

Correct!

His mutation process had continued for ten days, and there were still no signs of its conclusion!

And that Shanghai City, because of Jia Yan’s protection, had gained an excellent reputation for safety in the vicinity.

During this unique period, not only did a group of leaders who abandoned the capital come, but also many foreign dignitaries!

Although they were unsure why the Big Mosquito was protecting this international metropolis, his combat power was evident.

Additionally, based on the local statistics, he had already annihilated more than one wave of the metallic monsters’ army!

The locations of the metallic monsters he eliminated perfectly encompassed the entire Shanghai city.

So, this could hardly be a coincidence.

People boldly surmised this Giant mosquito monster was truly safeguarding this metropolis!

If only the entire giant mosquito race was protecting us!

Thinking about this, it was not impossible.

So, many capable thinkers abandoned their hometowns and migrated to this Shanghai City!

Because of this, the peripheral areas of Shanghai City were filled to the brim with people!

At such a time, the most visible impact of the population influx was the rapid consumption of food, which had become alarmingly fast recently!

It’s been just a short month since the war with the metallic monsters began, and the food shortage had already become apparent!

Some families were foresighted and had already stockpiled sufficient food.

Still, many were caught unprepared by this crisis, with people dragging their families from their hometowns to escape!

The number of casualties on the way is unfathomable!
