Divine Emperor of Death

Chapter 3291 Distribution Of Resources

After cleaning, Davis came back to the hall with Mingzhi and Shirley, receiving knowing looks that made them embarrassed.

Nonetheless, he spent some time with them before wanting to aid them with resource distribution.

There were simply too many resources that required much input from all of them involved.

But before they could start, Bylai and Zestria came forward as they faced him with their determined gazes. Their cheeks were slightly red, making him a bit mesmerized by the two female dragons he was highly fond of.

”We want to marry you together.”

Bylai finally said, causing Davisʼs eyes to light up.

”When and how?”

His question was simple, causing Bylai to answer.

”In three days.”

”Without much fanfare.” Zestria added with a giggle, ”If it was a declaration of intent, we already had an entire audience when we declared our loyalty to you when we were captured and during the tournament.”

”I accept.”

Davis agreed without much hesitation.

His answer instantly caused Bylai and Zestria to shudder before they caught each otherʼs hands, looking a thousand times happier than before.

They were uncertain before, but after the big sisters made it clear, it seemed like they really were not wrong about him. He did want to marry them anytime!

”Isabella, donʼt forget to invite guests using the name of the Phantasm Verge Alliance.”

”Of course~”

Isabella answered quickly, Davis, causing Bylai and Zestria to be stunned.

They didnʼt need any audience, but if there was going to be one, they werenʼt necessarily opposed to it as well. They both tip-toed to his side and kissed his cheek.

”Thank you~”

Their cheerful voices made Davis stunned.

They were quite bold, considering they were in front of all their sisters, causing him to once again look at them, wondering if they were his same Bylai and Zestria as their hearts seemed to have undergone a change in how they consider themselves to be in this family.

ʼTheyʼre more confident and finally accepted that they are a part of us…ʼ

The circumstances behind their union with him were quite the tragedy, with their families abandoning them, leaving them with no choice but to rely on his mercy, but it seems like they finally learned to look past it- no, accept it, and really consider themselves his true wives.

”Seems like we have to go shopping~” Shirley giggled, ”Itʼs perfect since two rabbits destroyed my wardrobe.”

”…?”

Mingzhi cast an apologetic look while feeling embarrassed. Only then did the others understand, causing Mingzhi to lower her head in shame before Shirley giggled.

”Just kidding. But it would be nice to purchase a new set of robes for the upcoming events we have planned.”

”Right…”

Davis nodded with a straight face.

After a few minutes, even Fiora, Natalya, and Tia returned, causing him to look at Tia.

”Is Clara fine?”

”Yes~” Tia smiled gently, ”Sheʼs still sleeping because of the high dosage of sleeping pills we fed her, so she should wake up by tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.”

”Alright.”

Davis smiled in a relieved manner before his gaze fell on Natalya.

”My mistress, where were you all this time?”

ƈοm

”Me?” Natalyaʼs lips curled, ”Perhaps I was preparing a special something for you.”
”Oh? I canʼt wait…”

Davis chuckled while Mingzhi cast Natalya and Tia a confused gaze.

Why did they still not want to share information with Davis about the destruction of the Jade Lotus Valley and the possible danger that Jade Aurora and Ivy Aries could face? They acted like there was nothing wrong or there was no need to be hasty about this situation.

However, they asked her to keep quiet, so she didnʼt really say anything to him or share information with the others.

It was just known to the three of them right now, and if need be, they could call the help of Schleya, who was also a part of the information network she established.

Davis further looked at Fiora, noticing that she was just a thin line away from reaching the Immortal Emperor Stage.

”Fiora, let me know.”

”… yes…”

Fiora blushed heavily as she lowered her head.

She imagined that Mingzhi snitched on her needs, but she didnʼt know what Davis was telling her that he would be happy to dual cultivate with her while sharing annihilative heavenly wind in order to allow her to comprehend Wind Laws more so she could be powerful in the Immortal Emperor Stage.

Nonetheless, she wasnʼt in any hurry as she wanted to partake in this meeting.

Soon, even Ellia and Myria showed up, causing Davis to greet them with a smile.

He wanted to ask Myria what she had conversed with Saintess Lunaria but didnʼt pry on it as it could be about other matters.

Nevertheless, the two of them also joined the meeting.

With Tina, Dalila, and Myria, they were easily able to identify the resources.

Evelynn and everyone else who didnʼt enter the Astral Forgeheart Minor Realm had their hearts pounding most of the time because of the amount of resources. Their eyes occasionally shined as they saw resources lying around like they were on sale on the roadside stalls.

It was completely ridiculous but was achieved by their man, making them incredibly proud.

They tallied all the resources and finally made a master list and then began to redistribute it to all who were present and would deliver it to others. They went through the treasures one by one, deciding who should have what and if they particularly needed it after deciding on the name.

Naturally, it took extra time, so they moved into his master bedroom, where there was a newly constructed time chamber even for Immortal Emperors.

They forgot no one.

Even Mystic Diviner Hailac, Esvele, Stella, and the entire Reaper Soul Legion were on the list to be delivered to. Naturally, his father was there as well. Moreover, it seemed Frostrose and Flamerose were also staying in another part of the island, so they were on the list as well.

Within a few hours, Davis and the main family members already took the top-tier treasures, leaving the Mid-Level Immortal Emperor ones and below for the others. It took them a few more hours to designate resources before they finally reclined on their seats as though they were dead tired.

However, Davis started serving some pocket money, causing everyone to gawk again.

He gave everyone who was present here five billion High-Level Immortal Crystals each and said it was their pocket money, leaving them speechless.

Of course, they were aware he had hundreds of billions of High-Level Immortal Crystals, and it didnʼt put much of a dent in his wallet, but to be handing over this kind of amount and giving them full autonomy spoke full volumes of the trust he had in them to spend this kind of money to their heartʼs content.

Some were already in tears while the others etched this in their hearts.

However, Davis wasnʼt finished as he went towards Mingzhi and openly handed her over fifteen billion High-Level Immortal Crystals.

”If anyone wants to start a business that benefits the family like Mingzhi or has any idea that could potentially benefit a few or everyone, feel free to share some ideas and ask for more money from me.”

He declared after giving the money to Mingzhi.

Mingzhi was naturally moved as the information network she established was high-cost maintenance. In fact, it was running on fumes and wouldnʼt last for more than a month or two. She intended to ask Davis herself for more money or somehow get it on her own as she was powerful enough, but he got it before she even asked, causing her to be full of gratitude.

Even her pragmatic mind was so moved that her eyes became moist.

However, the others didnʼt know what to say.

Start a business? Heck, werenʼt they going to leave the First Haven World in ten years, right after the Candidacy ends?

What use is there going to be in starting a business?

Only Mingzhiʼs business was useful for the time being as far as they knew. For other things, they might have to come up with ideas.

Davis didnʼt stop there and also extended twenty billion High-Level Immortal Crystals for Tina and Dalila, ten billion each.

They had their money-burning profession of alchemy, after all.

He also gave ten billion High-Level Immortal Crystals to Sophie for her forging training.

Sadly, they didnʼt get to experience the realm concoction, or he knew they would be legends by now.

Davis knew it was regretful, but he didnʼt regret making the decision to leave.

He finally heaved a heavy sigh as he rested a bit, shaking his head over the resources that were still left, which amounted to a trillion or so High-Level Immortal Crystals, not including the liquid cash he was left with.

He didnʼt even know what to do with it, and neither did he not want it to go to waste.

Throw away? Donate to friends and allies? He shook his head, wanting to reserve it for his family, who had yet to ascend.

However, he wasnʼt going to be headstrong in not giving up if some friend or ally really needed one of the resources on the list that was of no use to him anymore.

In fact, his horizons were on the items that were not on the list, one of them which Myria needed to finalize her recipe and create a pill to manifest the Eternal Life Body Physique.

”Iʼll go see if the Aurora Cloud Gate has some information on it.” Myria moved her feet and appeared to leave.

”Iʼll search for it using my information network as well.”

Mingzhi raised her hand, causing Myria to stop before she lightly nodded her head.

”Thank you.”

”Donʼt mention it.” Mingzhiʼs lips curled, ”Weʼre all one, arenʼt we?”

”…”

Myriaʼs heart shook as she felt the strange gaze of everyone. Ellia was also looking at her curiously, wanting a thorough explanation from her, making her shudder ever so lightly.

It seemed like she couldnʼt hide it anymore, causing her to turn around and resign to this irrational thing called love.
