New Age Of Summoners

’Huh? A new mission at a time like this?’

Ajax was surprised for a moment as he didn’t expect to get a system mission right now.

’Let’s see what the mission is.’

Nevertheless, he thought to check the mission.

’Ding,

Mission name:- Protect the Little Blue.

          Grade:- A +

Reward:- A special skill ’Barrier jumper’.

Skill Information:- With that skill, the host can pass through any barriers below King grade barriers.

Mission Aim:- For the next six months, the host has to protect the mutated spirit crane.

Mission details:- Because of the host’s actions of giving a primitive stone, the mutated spirit crane’s bloodline ’Crowner Turquoise Queen’ purity increased to 50 percent. There is a mysterious group from the other provinces hunting down the bearers of that bloodline for some unknown reason.

More details:- Soon, that mysterious group will be sending their men to kill the spirit crane. It is the host’s responsibility to protect the crane.

Note:- This is a mandatory mission. So, the host can’t ignore it.

Soon, a holographic screen appeared in front of him with a lengthy explanation of the mission.

’A mandatory mission? It is the second time the system has given me such a mission.’

Ajax raised his brows as he read the information about the mission.

’Since this is a mandatory mission, I don’t have a choice to reject it.’

Ajax shook his head and slowly checked the complete details.

’Risky mission with just a good skill. I think I can just try my best in completing the mission.’

Right now, Ajax felt he should take the risk because all his summons became more powerful with the help of Sacred Energy.

Moreover, he thought he could use the reward to go to the other provinces.

’However, the problem is how to convince Princess Daphne and the Spirit crane?’

Soon, Ajax started thinking about how to convince both master and the contracted spirit beast.

The thing is, he can’t follow around Princess Daphne for the next six months as he had many things to take care of. So, he could only take the mutated spirit crane with him as it would be very convenient for him.

”Argh”

Just as Ajax was thinking about a way to take the spirit crane with him, he heard a painful groan as the mutated spirit crane fell to the ground.

’Huh? What is happening?’

Ajax became anxious as he hurriedly checked on the crane.

As for the reason why he became anxious when he saw the spirit crane fall to the ground, it was because if something happens to the spirit crane, his mission would be failed.

’Aargh’

Just as he touched the feathers of the spirit crane, Ajax felt a strong pull from the crane’s body.

Before he could notice what was happening to him, he found himself floating in a Turquoise coloured endless space.

In the distance, he saw a huge throne and on the throne, there was a young lady sitting on it.

She had a celestial face with long blue-coloured hair. She was wearing a turquoise coloured gown that was emitting the turquoise light making her look like a celestial.

’Huh? Who is she? Is she a celestial being?’

Ajax was mesmerized by the beauty of the young lady sitting on the throne and directly assumed her to be a Celestial.

’Huh? There is someone else.’

Currently, Ajax was floating in the air a few kilometers away from the young lady sitting on the throne and in front of her, there were two spirit consciousnesses hovering in the air.

’That is a little blue?’

Among the two spirit consciousnesses, Ajax recognized one of the spirit consciousnesses belongs to the mutated spirit crane.

’If it is ’little blue’, then I wonder who is the owner of the other spirit consciousness.’

Soon, Ajax’s eyes fell on the second spirit consciousness as he started observing it.

’I have never seen such a powerful spirit consciousness below the King realm. Don’t tell me, he or she is a King realm expert.’

From a look, Ajax could tell that the spirit consciousness was very powerful; however, he can’t tell exactly how powerful it was.

”Crowned turquoise spirit crane and Turquoise aqua dragon king, listen carefully to my words as I will not repeat them for the second time.”

Just as Ajax was checking on the second spirit consciousness which looked like a normal human, he heard the young lady sitting on the huge throne speaking to the two spirit consciousnesses in front of her.

’What? Does the second spirit consciousness belong to a dragon?’

Ajax was shocked when he heard those words because he didn’t expect the second spirit consciousness to be a dragon as it looked just like a regular human being.

”Before giving the reason why I summoned you two here, I will tell you my past.”

The young lady didn’t stand up from the throne as she started the story, ”I am the Crowned Turquoise Queen, the queen of the Turquoise greater world which is also known as Sacred World as we, the people of the Turquoise greater world specialize in healing because of that, many evil greater worlds tried to invade us.”

”However, we have our own allies but we didn’t know that our allies only wanted our healing techniques. Once they got hold of them, they didn’t respond to our call for help and allowed the evil greater worlds to destroy my world.”

By the time the young lady took a pause, she became very angry as she slammed the handle of her throne.

”Even though I know I can’t win against the evil greater worlds, I tried my best to kill them.”

Soon, the young lady continued saying again, ”I didn’t want to be devoured by evil beings and at the same time, I wanted to have some successor to pass the traditional healing techniques which I saved from the hands of my own allies and the evil beings. So, I sent my blood to the nearby worlds. I hope you work together to become stronger.”

’What?’

Ajax was shocked to hear the past of the young lady.
