New Age Of Summoners

# Author’s birthday special chapter (3/5).

When Ajax heard those words, he could help but feel grateful to the huge dragon.

Since he knew that the azure wind dragon is very powerful and he was not sure whether he could win against the dragon or not.

”Thank you, Sir Dragon.”

Ajax thanked the dragon as he waited for the dragon to continue speaking.

”The person who sealed me….aargh.”

’Thud’

Just as the dragon started speaking, he stopped speaking abruptly and started groaning as he fell to the ground.

’What is happening?’

Ajax hurriedly dodged when the huge dragon’s body fell to the ground and became anxious looking at the huge azure wind dragon on the ground.

’Huf huf’

The groaning continued for a few moments before being replaced with heavy breathing.

”What happened to you, Sir Dragon?”

Just by looking at the azure wind dragon, Ajax could say it was not looking good. So, he asked why the dragon fell to the ground all of a sudden.

”Damn that bastard. He must have placed some kind of seal in my soul from giving you the information about him without fighting you.”

The azure wind dragon cursed while looking at the ceiling of the hall before explaining to Ajax.

”Just forget I asked that question, Sir Dragon.”

When he heard the reply from the dragon, Ajax shook his head as he knew how frustrating it could be when someone places a seal on them.

”Sorry, Kid. You have to defeat me to get any answers from me.”

The huge dragon shook his head as replied to Ajax.

”No problem, Sir Dragon. It is my honour to fight you. Please give me pointers.”

Ajax bowed a little as he said those words to the dragon.

”Hm”

The dragon nodded his head as he said, ”I will use only 50 percent of my current battle prowess. As long as you defeat me, you can answer. Let’s see what that bastard can do if I lower the difficulty.”

While saying those words, the dragon looked at the ceiling as he scoffed at someone.

’Excellent.’

When he heard that the dragon was going to use only 50 percent of battle prowess, Ajax became hopeful in winning against the dragon.

”Let’s start the battle then.”

Soon, the azure wind dragon asked Ajax to start the fight.

”Sir Dragon, if you underestimate me just because of my cultivation, then you are going to lose.”

As soon as he finished his words, Ajax rushed towards the huge dragon.

”Let me prove that I am wrong.”

The dragon was not at all bothered with the incoming Ajax and allowed him to use the first move.

’Advanced spatial blades.’

Since he got the advantage of using the first move, Ajax didn’t want to waste the chance. So, he used the full-powered ’Advanced spatial blades’ towards the neck of the dragon.

’Clang’

’Cling’

The portal opened right in front of the dragon’s neck and all the blades were focused at a single place.

However, not a single blade was able to make a scratch on the dragon.

”As expected of the Azure wind dragon.”

Ajax was not surprised when he saw that the ’Advanced spatial blades’ were unable to do anything to the dragon.

”Kid, it is not used. You need even more powerful skill to make a scratch on my dragon scales...Haha.”

The azure wind dragon chuckled at Ajax’s attack and swept his long dragon tail to stop Ajax from nearing him.

’Swoosh’

’Abyss beast god bloodline, activate.’

Ajax dodged the incoming attack and activated his bloodline.

With the activation of his bloodline, Ajax felt his body was full of energy as he muscles bulged a little.

’Huh? A bloodline? Interesting.’

Even though the dragon didn’t hear Ajax’s words, he could sense the sudden increase in Ajax’s strength and only bloodline could give such a sharp rise in cultivation.

’Azure dragon beam’

Even though he felt Ajax was interesting, he was already giving a big advantage, so he didn’t want to give any more benefits as he didn’t want any kind of restrictions placed by the one who sealed him in this battle tower.

’Swoosh’

Ajax dodged the beam just by an inch just like earlier.

’Let’s see whether my bloodline can help me do any damage to him.’

’Advanced spatial blades.’

Once again Ajax repeated the same attack pattern and chose to attack the front side of the neck.

’Clang’

’Cling’

’Scratch.’

Unlike before, there were some scratches appearing on the dragon scales making the azure wind dragon raise its brows.

’Looks like my plan is going to work.’

Even though there were only a few scratches on the dragon scales, Ajax felt excited because in the earlier attack, he didn’t use the full-powered attack.

”You are definitely the descendent of that bastard, Kid.”

Looking at the scratches on his neck, the huge dragon chuckled and became serious.

”Sir Dragon, be careful of my next attack. It will be powerful.”

.When he heard the dragon’s words, Ajax raised his words; however, decided to ask more about his predecessor after he defeated the azure wind dragon.

Instead, he wanted the dragoon to be careful.

”Really?”

The azure wind dragon was surprised a little when he heard those words as he continued, ”So, I will not let you use that attack.”

’Swoosh’

As soon as he finished his words, the huge dragon spread his wings and flew into the air before shouting, ”Azure movement technique.”

’Swoosh’

Just after it activated a movement technique, the huge dragon disappeared from his place.

’Where did he go?’

Ajax hurriedly checked for the dragon; however, he didn’t find any traces of the dragon.

”I am here, kid.”

All of a sudden, Ajax heard a voice behind him and before he could notice what was happening, the huge wind dragon collided with him.

’Damn it...Teleport.’

Without wasting any time, he tried to use the second effect of the ’Lightning cloud steps’.

”It’s too late to dodge, Kid.”

The dragon’s majestic voice resounded in the surroundings as Ajax blasted into the distance.
