New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 994: [Bonus Chapter]Rejected by the Spirit Beast

When Ajax healed the Primitive Ape Kingʼs soul,? he got 3000 units of cursed energy; however, from the human, he got 5000 units of cursed energy.

Adding those two numbers alone gave him 80 units of Astral Energy that combined with the 80 units of Sacred Energy and gave him 80 units of Sacred Astral Energy.

ʼLooks like I have to postpone my entry into the Origin paradise for another time.ʼ

Ajax silently thought in his head as he walked towards the unconscious man.

The thing is, Ajax felt it was just a waste of time for entering into the Origin paradise just for the sake of 20 units of Astral Energy.

Moreover, if he healed the woman, even those units of Astral Energy accumulated in his Sacred Astral Space.

So, Ajax decided to postpone that even for now.

The man wearing the half-torn fire sword sectʼs uniform looked like he was in his forties with an average build.

He opened his eyes and saw that he was currently surrounded by one old man, one middle-aged man and one young man.

”Who are you? Where am I? What happened to me?”

As soon as he opened his eyes, that man unconsciously stood up and hurriedly took a few steps back before asking Master Elek and Nameless cultivator.

”Brother Nameless, why donʼt you just explain everything that happened to him.”

Master Elek shook his head as he just gave the task of explaining everything to Nameless cultivator.

At the same time, he silently thought in his head, ʼHumans are such a pain in the neck.ʼ

Earlier, Ajax helped the Primitive Ape King; however, it didnʼt bother to ask about anything except for a few excited roars.

However, after helping a human turn back to his original form, not only they would not get any thanks in return; instead, they have to explain all the things.

”Stay away from me. If you have anything to say, just say it by standing there itself.”

However, the man didnʼt allow Nameless cultivator to come near to him.

It was not that manʼs fault because the entire surrounding looked eerie. Moreover, there were some corroded beings around him making him shiver a little.

Even though he had a cultivation of around level 5 elite general realm, he was not much of a fighter even prior to him becoming a corroded being.

”Fine.”

Nameless cultivator became a little annoyed with the manʼs behaviour; however, he knew that the man could not be blamed. So, he started explaining everything.

…

”Master Elek, I can only help one more among those corroded beings for now.”

While Nameless cultivator was explaining the past events to the recently recovered human, Ajax informed Master Elek in a low voice.

”I can see that.”

Master Elek was not surprised with Ajaxʼs words because he knew that there would be limits for everything as he continued, ”Even though their lives are worth something, but for you, your life is worth even more than. So, take your own time.”

”Hm”

Ajax nodded his head in understanding.

Behind Ajax, the huge Primitive Ape King was sleeping soundly and if Ajax made any movements, he would open his eyes to see where Ajax was going and follow him slowly.

ʼSighʼ

As for Ajax, he could only sigh and ignore it.

”Do you want to form a contract with me?”

Since the Primitive Ape King wants to follow him around, Ajax asked him after thinking for a moment.

”No”

A husky voice resounded in the cave.

ʼWhat?ʼ

Ajax was shocked by the reply because he was from the Primitive Ape King.

He was not shocked by the husky voice,? he was shocked because his offer was mercilessly rejected by the Primitive Ape King.

”Okay.”

Ajax didnʼt bother to convince the Primitive Ape King or explain anything after being rejected by it.

Since the Primitive Ape King didnʼt want to form a contract, of course, Ajax was not going to use force to make it submit to him.

He just stopped bothering with the Primitive Ape King as he looked at Nameless cultivator and the cultivator from the fire sword sect talking with each other.

Time continued to pass and in a flash, one hour passed by.

It took Nameless cultivator a little more than an hour to convince the cultivator from the Fire sword sect that Ajax helped him in turning back into his human form.

”Thank you, young man, for helping me turn back to my original form.”

As soon as he was convinced, the cultivator walked towards Ajax and bowed to Ajax while thanking him.

”No problem; however, I hope you donʼt tell anyone about todayʼs events to anyone.”

Ajax revealed a slight smile on his face as he replied to that cultivator.

”Of course, I will not talk about it with anyone. Moreover, I donʼt have anyone to share these….”

While saying those words, that manʼs eyes landed on the woman who was lifelessly looking into space.

”She is alive...my wife...my wife...she is alive.”

That cultivator was excited when he saw the familiar yet unfamiliar face of his wife.

”Young man, can you please save her?”

He controlled his excitement as he hurriedly begged Ajax to save his wife.

ʼWife?ʼ

Ajax and others raised their brows for a moment

It was not an uncommon thing for the cultivators to venture into dangerous places with their partners; however, for both partners to stay with one another for the entire time even after turning into lifeless beings, they were a little surprised.

Moreover, Ajax would be healing her soon and would make a reunion for that couple.

”Looks like it is time for me to save her.”

Ajax felt he had rested enough to save the woman and after finishing that, he would go on his much-awaited mission.

So, nodded his head at the cultivator from the fire sword sect, Ajax stood up from the ground and walked towards the woman to start the healing process.
