New Age Of Summoners

Chapter 991: [Bonus Chapter]Healing the Apeʼs Soul, Generous rewards

ʼDing,

Yes, but everytime, he enters into someoneʼs soul space, it would continuously push your consciousness out of it. Moreover, staying long in someoneʼs soul space will make your soul weak for some time.

ʼSo, this is what you warned me about. Donʼt worry, I will not stay for long here.ʼ

Ajax understood why the system informed him earlier that his soul would also take a toll from jumping from one soul space to another.

Soon, after that, he looked at the soul in the distance and moved towards it.

The soul was in the shape of a monkey that was small and cute; however, its white body was covered by some grey-coloured thing as though it was corroded.

ʼHuman, please kill me. I canʼt endure this pain any longer.ʼ

Once he moved towards the small monkey, it opened its eyes and requested Ajax to kill it.

Even though it was shocked by the sudden appearance of a humanʼs spirit consciousness in its domain, the monkey was not in a mood to fight.

”Donʼt worry, I am going to help you become a normal spirit beast.”

Ajax knew it was the monkey who spoke in his head. So, he tried to give hope to the soul of the ape.

ʼ...ʼ

The apeʼs soul was unable to believe Ajaxʼs words; however, it didnʼt say anything and allowed Ajax to do whatever he wanted to do.

ʼSwooshʼ

Without wasting any time, Ajax hugged the apeʼs soul and silently muttered, ʼSacred Astral Energy, heal it.ʼ

Even though he spoke like he ordered the Sacred Astral Energy, it was Ajax who controlled the Sacred Astral Energy which came out of his spirit consciousness form and covered the apeʼs soul.

ʼDing,

Host, please hold the apeʼs soul as tightly as possible. The pain it is going to suffer when the system separates the Cursed Energy from it, will be very painful.

ʼAaghʼ

Just as the system sent him the system notification, the apeʼs soul in his arms started groaning painfully.

ʼDamn it. Is it already started?ʼ

Ajax cursed as he tightly held the monkey in his arms.

ʼBetter it works; otherwise, all my effort will be gone for nothing.ʼ

Even though it looked like Ajax was doing nothing, he felt a slight pain in his spirit consciousness form and at the same time, his intuition was continuously asking him to leave the soul space.

ʼI canʼt leave in the middle.ʼ

Ajax shook his head as he continued to hold the monkey in his arms.

…

In the cave,

ʼRoarʼ

The huge ape fell to the ground and started roaring; however, for some reason, Ajaxʼs hand was attached to the spirit beastʼs body.

Along with the spirit beastʼs body, Ajaxʼs body was also rolling.

”Brother Nameless, letʼs hold it.”

When he saw that Ajaxʼs hand was attached to the spirit beastʼs body, Master Elek thought of something and hurriedly shouted at Nameless cultivator.

ʼSwooshʼ

ʼSwooshʼ

Nameless cultivator didnʼt ask anything because he also felt something was not right and followed Master Elek before holding the huge spirit beast to the ground. So that Ajax could have a better focus on what he was doing.

ʼEveryone, come here and help us.ʼ

Since they were both Peak elite general realm cultivators, they were about to hold it; however, to be on the safe side, Nameless cultivator ordered the other corroded beings to help them.

Once all the corroded beings helped them, it was very easy to stop the huge spirit beast from moving its body any longer.

”Brother Elek, what is it?”

Once the huge ape came under their control, Nameless cultivator asked Master Elek about something.

”I think Ajax knows some kind of Soul technique that can heal othersʼ souls. From the looks of it, all these corroded beingsʼ souls were corroded by the Cursed Energy and Ajax was trying to forcefully separate the Cursed Energy at the same time he was healing their souls.”

With an excited look on his face, Master Elek replied to Nameless cultivator that made him shiver a little.

Healing a soul?

Isnʼt it very hard?

These were the thoughts in Nameless cultivatorʼs head.

”He might be an Astral Healer; however, to do two things at the same time and moreover, it is very hard to heal the soul that was corroded by the Cursed Energy. Maybe, it is a very high-grade Astral Healer.”

”However, at his current age, it was already a great achievement for being rank 1 Astral Healer. It looks like he has an extraordinary talent. No wonder, he was able to become the personal disciple of a powerful cultivator.”

.

..

...

Master Elek said the difficulties and opportunities and everything he knew and everything he felt about Ajax to Nameless cultivator.

Inside the huge apeʼs soul space.

ʼDing,

Consumed two units of Sacred Astral Energy.

ʼDing,

Congrats to the host for successfully healing a soul.

ʼDing,

For spending two units of Sacred Astral Energy, the host will gain two units of storage upgrade in his Sacred Astral Space.

ʼDing,

Since it was the hostʼs first time healing a soul, he will be rewarded with 100 units of storage upgrade in his Sacred Astral Space.

In the soul space, Ajax was tightly holding the monkey in his arms and he only removed his hands around it, with the series of system notifications that appeared in his head.

ʼWhat?ʼ

Ajaxʼs eyes looked visibly tired as he lazily looked at the series of system notifications and with each system notification he read, he became excited.

At the same time, his tiredness also disappeared without a trace.

ʼSo, spending the Sacred Astral Energy food healing will also help increase the storage space? Excellent.ʼ

Once he learned that, Ajax felt reaching the rank 2 Sacred Astral Healer was not a big issue for him.

All he has to do is find the cultivators or spirit beasts that were suffering from soul injuries and heal them.

Nevertheless, in the very next second, Ajax became dispirited as he thought of something.
