New Age Of Summoners

476 Demon Chief

ʼI need just a little more time and I can finally complete it too,ʼ Edmond silently thought in his head before looking at Udo and Darbaudr.

ʼThudʼ

ʼThudʼ

At the same time, both Udo and Darbaudr finished their opponents after an intense fight before walking towards Edmond.

”Should we clear some more elite demon generals?” Darbaudr was excited after killing an elite demon general as he had bad blood with the demon race.

The more elite demon generals he kills, the more satisfaction he gets and when he kills the twelfth demon kingʼs apostle, who killed his entire tribe and forcefully sent him to this Zrochester province by sealing his strength he would be completely satisfied.

Also killing demon servants didnʼt satisfy him at all as they were just cannon fodder and it wonʼt affect the demon world by killing them.

So, he was excited to kill as many elite demon generals as possible.

”Haha…,”

Just after Darbaudr asked Edmond, an eerie laugh came from the black portal and by the time they knew what was happening, a group of elite demon generals came out of the portal and surrounded Edmond, Udo and Darbaudr.

”Everyone, these three must be the reason why our demon generals and elite demon generals from the previous two batches are getting killed as soon as they come out of the portal. Letʼs kill them and destroy the mercenary guild,” A level 8 elite demon general looked at the three and ordered the 12 elite demon generals who had the strength levels from level 1 to level 6.

”Yes, Chief,” All the 12 elite demon generals nodded their head and eyed Edmond and others with a hateful gaze.

Humans and Demons were enemies by nature and hated one another to the core.

”By the chief, what about those kids,” Among the 12 demon generals group, one of them looked at the young cultivators, who were busy fighting with the mutated demon servants and normal demon servants.

”Let them play for a while, I have another thing to do before that,” The Demon chief looked at the elite demon general, who was playing dead and chuckled.

”Oh”

All the elite demon generals followed his gaze and mysteriously smiled before rushing towards Edmond and others.

ʼDamn it, why did this many elite demon generals arrive all of sudden,ʼ Edmond became anxious when he looked at the dozen elite demon generals that were rushing towards them.

ʼAlso, where are the guild master and little sister? Why havenʼt they arrived yet?ʼ At the same time, he thought about the paper cranes he had sent earlier.

His thoughts were running at a lightning speed and finally concluded, ʼIf worst comes to worst, I will have to use that move.ʼ

Behind him, Udo and Darbaudr also didnʼt show any fear on their faces and rushed at the demons.

While they were fighting, the chief of the elite demon generals walked towards the mutant elite demon general.

ʼDid he noticed my plan,ʼ

ʼWhy is he smiling while looking at me,ʼ

ʼI need to get out of here,ʼ

The elite demon general who boosted his strength, had many thoughts in his mind when he saw the Demon chief.

ʼI canʼt win against him,ʼ he continued to think in his mind before finally standing up from the ground and warily looked at the demon chief.

”What? He is alive until now?” Udo gasped when he saw the previously killed elite demon general standing up with almost no injuries on his body.

”Not only that, his strength seemed to have increased more than us,” Darbaudr checked his strength which had almost reached the level 7 of the elite general realm.

ʼPuchiiʼ

”Damn it. How can I be this careless,” Edmond killed a level 1 elite demon general and cursed himself for being careless.

”Haha...is not your fault though. It is his method that is very powerful and he can increase his strength from his death. Every time you kill him, he will become powerful,” the demon chief laughed at Edmond and calmly explained the mysterious technique of the elite demon general.

ʼHow can these demons are gaining more and more powerful techniques? If this is continued, then the human race will be completely invaded by them,ʼ Edmondʼs heart started worrying about the future of the human race.

Even though he had some bad blood between some of the humans, that didnʼt mean he wanted the entire human race to be invaded by the demons.

ʼI should complete my revenge and start preparations for the war with the demons,ʼ Edmond thought in his head and continued fighting the elite demon generals.

”You did your job just as you are instructed. Now itʼs time for us to make use of it,” Demon chief smiled at the elite demon general before extending his hand.

”Wait. So, you are from the organisation. Thank god, I got scared a little when you were coming towards me earlier,” The elite demon general heaved a sigh of relief before extending his hand for a handshake.

”Yes, we are from the same organization; however, you are a servantsʼ section in that organization whereas I belong to the leadersʼ section of that organization,”

As their hands met, Demon chiefʼs calm smile turned into an evil one that made the elite demon general didnʼt understand what was happening before his body started burning with a black flame.

”Hey, what are you doing? Didnʼt I follow what you asked me to do?” The elite demon general anxiously asked while trying to take back his hand; however, no matter how hard he tried, he could not take back his hand.

Finally, after struggling for some time, he managed to pull back his hand but as soon as he freed his hand from the demon chiefʼs hands, the intensity of the black fire on his body increased all of a sudden.

ʼAarghʼ

ʼAarghʼ

His painful shouts resounded in the surroundings that made all of those who were instantly fighting stopped for a moment to look in his direction.

Even when his body was completely burned by the black fire, he still didnʼt understand the exact reason for his death.

However, after his body was completely burnt by the black fire, it slowly came out of the ashes and hovered in front of the demon chief.

ʼBy the order of the burning flame, split into 100 parts and entered into 100 mutated demon servants,ʼ The demon chief did some mysterious sign with his hands before lightly touching the black fire in front of him.

As soon as he did that, the black fire which was hovering in front of him shook a little before it separated into 100 small parts and entered into many mutated demon servants in the demon army.

ʼSwooshʼ ʼSwooshʼ

All of a sudden, around 100 mutated demon servants jumped out of the demon army and angrily looked at young cultivators who were fighting at the other end of the demon army.
