The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 850: Chapter 850: Fugitive (2)

”Madam, he’s a man, and he will establish his own family in the future; some training won’t do him any harm,” Fang Dehua was quite pleased, ”If he can run, it means he’s in good health... Besides, we’ve assigned enough people to be by his side, there won’t be any problems...”

”That’s true,” Yuan Mengzhu laughed, just like in the past when she was so worried she couldn’t even leave the house; but now... even though he’s going out, she was still concerned. She quickly glanced at Yang Ruxin, ”Xinxin, don’t take this to heart, as his mother... my heart is breaking for him. He couldn’t go out before, and I longed for him to get out, but now... I know you mean well for him, it’s just me...”

”Godmother, I won’t take it to heart,” Yang Ruxin shook her head, ”I can understand your feelings.”

”That’s good.” Yuan Mengzhu stretched out her hand to pat the back of Yang Ruxin’s hand.

”Godmother, godfather, I’ve come today because I need your help,” Yang Ruxin quickly changed the subject.

”Speak, godfather will definitely not decline to help if he can,” Fang Dehua nodded.

”I want to purchase someone, the kind that can be trained as a confidant...” Yang Ruxin looked at Yuan Mengzhu, ”someone without any concerns of a past... preferably skilled.”

”This, well, is difficult if you say it’s difficult, but quite easy if you deem it easy,” Yuan Mengzhu smiled upon hearing this, ”Actually, if you want someone who can get started right away, the best candidates are former servants from collapsed noble families, but there are not so many noble families collapsing all the time, are there? And now, servants sold by big families are usually those who have made mistakes, so to buy some good servants, you really need luck... It would be best to let your godfather keep an eye out for you, although they are scarce, they are not non-existent. Every year, people like palace maids and nannies of a certain age are released from the palace or Wang Residence...”

Yang Ruxin nodded eagerly, aware that finding suitable people wasn’t easy.

”Xinxin, I actually have a few people in mind,” Fang Dehua had been silent since Yang Ruxin stated her purpose, and finally spoke up, ”However...”

”Godfather, just speak frankly,” Yang Ruxin glanced at Fang Dehua, sensing his hesitance.

”Let’s just forget it, I...”

”Since when have you ever been so hesitant?” Yuan Mengzhu suddenly chuckled, ”Don’t you know what kind of temperament Xinxin has? Isn’t this just deliberately keeping her in suspense?”

”Madam, do you remember that last year I helped quell the bandits of Panlong Mountain?” Fang Dehua looked at his wife.

Yuan Mengzhu nodded, ”I remember, there were quite a few casualties. Wasn’t it said that they killed the leader of Panlong Mountain?” She suddenly realized something, ”You’re not considering... No, no, that’s too dangerous, these people are desperados...”

”They were forced unto the mountain,” Fang Dehua sighed, ”Actually, to be fair, they haven’t really done anything that terribly outrageous...”

”It’s just that I’m worried, after all, Xinxin is a girl, and those people look quite frightening...”

”Godfather, godmother, who exactly are these people?” Yang Ruxin became curious, ”Now you’ve really made me as edgy as if a cat were scratching at my heart. Why don’t you take me to see them, and we’ll see if they’re suitable after meeting them.”

Fang Dehua and Yuan Mengzhu exchanged glances, then nodded.
