The Fierce Farm Girl Has A Secret Space

Chapter 803: Chapter 803: Seeking Cooperation (4)

”Lady Xinxin,” Yong Cang had spotted Yang Ruxin entering as soon as she did, and he hurriedly got up to approach her.

”Elder cousin,” Yang Ruyu squeezed her hand inside her sleeve, thinking, Couldn’t this Yang Dani come back later? She was interrupting her moment, yet she had to show a happy face, ”Yong... Yongzai has been waiting for you for half a day...”

”Is something the matter?” Yang Ruxin looked towards Yong Cang. Although they had met a few times before, she did not consider him a friend because they were not of the same race. Besides, in her previous life, she had disliked the people from Wa Country for historical reasons.

”I do have something I wish to discuss with Lady Xinxin,” Yong Cang nodded. ”I wonder if Lady Xinxin has the time...”

”That depends on the matter,” Yang Ruxin said with a laugh, ”You see, I find mundane matters uninteresting.”

”It’s a matter of business, which I believe Lady Xinxin would find interesting,” Yong Cang raised an eyebrow slightly. He had stayed in Lianhua Town for several days just to get a clear picture of the situation with the Divine Sauce. The information he gathered did not disappoint him; even foods like pancake fruit and meat sandwiches seemed promising. Therefore, when he received word that Yang Ruxin had come to the county city, he followed without hesitation.

”A money-making matter?” Yang Ruxin stroked her chin, ”Well, that’s something we can talk about.”

Yong Cang immediately smiled.

”Then let’s go to my room to talk,” Yang Ruxin said, leading the way upstairs.

Yong Cang hurried after her. En, leaving the previously amicable Ruyu alone downstairs.

Yang Ruyu couldn’t help stomping her foot in frustration. Yang Dani, you whore, you little slut... But as much as she cursed in her heart, she still had to keep a smile because the other party glanced back at her from the staircase.

Inside the room.

”My cousin seems quite fond of you,” Yang Ruxin said casually as she sat down by the table.

”That’s her business,” confessed Yong Cang, feigning innocence. He had grown tired of being pulled into conversation by her, but his manners did not allow him to show anger, especially since he wanted to learn more about Yang Ruxin.

”If that’s the case, if you want to know something about me, you can ask directly. If it’s something you’re allowed to know, I won’t hide it. As for what you can’t know...” Yang Ruxin laughed, ”You won’t be able to find out even if you ask around.”

”Haha...” Yong Cang laughed too, without a hint of embarrassment, ”I need to understand my potential partner if I want to cooperate, though I’ve made Lady Xinxin laugh...”

”So you finally admit that the previous ’coincidences’ were not mere coincidences?”

”You have me there.”

”Let’s get back to business,” Yang Ruxin had no interest in beating around the bush, ”Otherwise, my cousin will become a widow pining on the rocks...”

A glint passed through Yong Cang’s eyes, then he smiled a little, ”Divine Sauce, I wish to partner with you in the Divine Sauce business...”

Yang Ruxin’s eyebrows lifted slightly.

”As you may have noticed, I can only be considered half a person of the Great Xuan Dynasty,” Yong Cang sighed lightly, ”My father is a man from Wa Country...”

”A mixed-blood, then... No wonder you speak Chinese so well...”

”Wa Country is in the middle of the sea, and it’s rich in fish and shrimp,” said Yong Cang, looking at Yang Ruxin. ”If we collaborate, I believe the production will be higher, and so will the profits...”

”You want to buy my recipe?” Yang Ruxin was somewhat surprised.
