THE GOD EATER

As Wandering Thief roared, the Space Crash Metac executed his Will and space around him cracked like glass. Then space exploded into shattered pieces.

The explosion of space shattered all of the marks, devouring force field, and seals that Loki had placed on the Wandering Thief’s avatar. The shattered fragments also tore through Loki’s avatar, shredding it to pieces.

The fragments of space had various shapes and were of various sizes, but the one thing they all had in common was that they were sharp. They were so sharp that there was technically nothing that could block them.

So Wandering Thief wasn’t surprised when Loki’s avatar disintegrated right before his eyes. However, when he looked at the remains of his opponent, he didn’t see any Supreme Metac within it.

This made him shout in anger, saying, ”Damn you, Ragnarok!!!!”

As he roared in anger, the world began to fade away around him. He couldn’t perceive this development, but he still felt a sense of panic. He felt as if the world was ending.

”Damn you, Ragnarok!!!” he roared again.

The Supreme Metac he was looking for was in the River of Time, swimming upstream into the past.

The Devouring Supreme Metac was usually in the form of a white wolf with a black python tail. But now there were six wings on its back serving as propellers, pushing it against the flow of time.

Since there was no danger at the moment to think about, Loki was thinking about what had just happened. He was thinking about the fight and what had led up to the fight.

When he thought about how the Will of the Blessed Heaven World had removed his Domain, he chuckled and said, ”Well played. Very well played.”

”What did I do that was so bad that made you decide to cut me off? Was it as bad as Black Chain trying to enslave you?”

”It is not your fault. If I had forcefully anchored my Domain to you, you wouldn’t have been able to cut me dry and loose like that. No matter how bad I did, you would have had to suck it up. So it is my fault.”

The alternative to securing his position in the Blessed Heaven World was to implant his pathway into the mortals such that the quantity of mortals would be enough to forcefully anchor his pathway into the divine constellation.

Unfortunately, he learned about this method too late. And even if he knew about it early, he still wouldn’t have had enough time to make his sect reach that level of influence. The time between his ascension and the backstabbing was just too short.

”Anyway, I was planning to do this anyway. They have only brought my timetable forward.”

”And I don’t regret attacking that moose. My only regret is that I was too weak to destroy that world of his.”

When he remembered what that moose had said to him, he sneered and said, ”You’re right. The Gemini race is far beyond what I can go up against.”

”But I am not going up against the Gemini race, at least not yet. I am only going against you. Surely, I can take down a second-generation child like you.”

”Anyway, I should stop talking about that little shit. I have a lot more to deal with and a lot to do.”

”The first thing I should do when I have time is to use the Unshackled Divine Metac to free myself. I should put it into Fenrir so that I can use it.”

”I need to make more Supreme Metacs. That’s for sure. But I also need to advance to two-celestial as soon as possible, which is more important.”

”Not only will a second star give more divinity, but it will also allow me to use a second Supreme Metac. Plus, a second Supreme Metac will allow me to expand my Domain in the Sea of Worlds.”

”So advancing is definitely more important than making more Supreme Metacs. Especially since I can buy more Supreme Metacs instead.”

”I can make more Supreme Metacs and practice to raise my conversion efficiency anyway. So I can do them together. But I should definitely focus on advancing as soon as possible.”

”While I am doing those things, I should establish and expand my sect throughout the Sea of Worlds. That way, I can use my disciples to earn lifespan and farm Supreme Metacs from the talented ones.”

”There is also the need to expand my Domains in the Sea of Worlds. I need more Domains for power and to secure my control over the Divine Mountain.”

”That means I need to help large worlds become super worlds. I also need to invade the Wandering Thief’s super world.”

”You know what? Maybe I should invade the Wandering Thief’s super world first,” he said in anger.

These were the main things he planned to do, but more plans went through his mind the more he thought about the future. All of the things he experienced in the previous timeline went through his mind, helping him streamline his plan.

He was thinking about the future when he reached his usual limit in the River of Time. This was the point in time when he awakened his Energy Well.

”Should I try to see what will happen if I go beyond this point?” he asked himself.

But he shook his head and said, ”Forget about it. There’s no need to take such a risk at this moment.”

”I don’t even know if my Spark of the Power from the future will follow me up to this point. So it isn’t a good idea to add more variables to the already uncertain situation.”

So he allowed himself to fall from the River of Time into the physical world. Then he fused with his body in the past.

As soon as he returned to his body, he began to advance to rank 10. He didn’t seem to have a choice in the matter.
