Sweet Nostalgia of the 80s

Chapter 539: Chapter 539: What the Fox Spirit Is Good At

Their affair was lackluster.

While Yang Dahe mechanically repeated the same motion, his mind wandered off, wondering when his wife, Feng Chunhua, would leave.

Feng Chunhua also felt unsatisfied, thinking about the noises she had just overheard outside Qin Jian’s room, which immediately stirred her emotions.

She remembered that whenever An Hao moaned loudly, there would always be loud thumping sounds.

Their intimacy always took place in the dark and in silence, like trying to scratch an itch through a shoe, leaving her hanging, neither satisfied nor relieved.

This time was no exception!

Perhaps, she should learn from An Hao? That girl had her man utterly bewitched, probably a reincarnated fox spirit in her past life.

The skills of a fox spirit, once learned, surely couldn’t be wrong.

So, Feng Chunhua mimicked the sounds and moaned a few times.

”What are you doing!” As Yang Dahe maintained his pace and rhythm, about to reach the summit, her sudden moaning sent a shiver through him, and the rising sensation was suppressed back down.

”Nothing.” It was Feng Chunhua’s first time making such a sound, and she scared herself, finding it quite embarrassing.

She wondered how that little fox could moan so coquettishly, making listeners go weak at the knees.

She tried pinching her voice and writhing again, moaning a few more times; it sounded much better. Then, she cleared her throat and began to imitate the sounds in earnest.

Little did she know that such sounds are an uncontrollable response that comes with deep passion between a man and a woman.

Yang Dahe couldn’t take it anymore as his wife’s moans grew louder and slapped her in frustration, ”Are you trying to crow like a rooster?”

”Why did you hit me? Isn’t that little fox next door moaning like this?” Feng Chunhua was also quite angry, as she had tried hard to imitate.

”What? Little fox?” Yang Dahe was momentarily stunned, then realized she was talking about Qin Jian’s wife, ”What were you doing not coming home for so long? Have you been listening in on them?”

”So? With all that noise they’re making, am I not allowed to listen?”

Listening to his wife’s impertinent clamor, Yang Dahe felt blocked up inside. Eventually, he let go of her and got up.

”Where are you going?” Just as Feng Chunhua started to feel something, she was interrupted and cursed angrily, ”Do you despise me?”

”Yes, I do despise you.” After saying that, Yang Dahe went to the water room.

He returned shortly, drenched with cold water, and seeing Feng Chunhua still glaring at him, he didn’t say a word. He grabbed a towel, dried his head, and lay down.

Before sleeping, he left her with one last thought, ”I don’t care what you’re like in the village! But this is the military, and you are a military spouse! You’d better watch your behavior.”

Feng Chunhua brought it on herself and couldn’t vent her anger.

Unable to sleep as she tossed and turned in bed, she got up, took a basin, and went to the water room to wash Yang Dahe’s clothes from the day.

Upon entering the water room, she unexpectedly discovered Qin Jian was also there, with two basins under the tap, soaking a red dress and an army-green uniform.

”My, my, big brother! Washing clothes so late at night?” Feng Chunhua eyed the clothes and reached out to lift the dress, ”Isn’t this what your daughter-in-law wears? What’s this? Washing your wife’s clothes?”

Qin Jian didn’t expect to see her there and felt a bit embarrassed, but he answered her question, ”Yeah. An Hao likes cleanliness. She doesn’t like dirty clothes sitting overnight, so I washed them for her.”
