Zhang Fei ignored the notification and looked at the man inside his science capsule. ”How was the result of the examination, Mei?”

[Master, you should wake Gu Jinglin up immediately, especially considering that this man is being controlled by a Gu Insect. According to the system, it is a Soul Marionette Gu, and I cannot separate it from his body.]

”Gu insect, huh?” Zhang Fei himself had long wanted to learn the Gu Creation Technique that he had obtained from Gu Jinglin, but he could not learn it without the Gu Heart. Moreover, the process of creating the Gu Heart required significant sacrifice and took several years, leading him to postpone it.

Zhang Fei then went to Gu Jinglinʼs room and removed the effects of the dream imprisonment from her before waking her up. Soon, the old woman opened her eyes and let out a soft sigh, especially since her mind was always a mess whenever she locked up her subconscious for too long.

”Follow me.” Gu Jinglin immediately followed Zhang Fei, but she looked confused when she saw the man inside the capsule. ”There is a Gu inside this manʼs body, which is the Soul Marionette Gu. Thatʼs why I woke you up.”

Gu Jinglin nodded to Zhang Fei. ”The Soul Marionette Gu is indeed stronger than my Heart-Controlling Gu, and its level is several levels higher. It resides in the soul of the person it possesses, and it controls the person from the soul directly.”

”Can you get that out of his soul?” asked Zhang Fei.

”Master, I am only a low-level soul cultivator, and this Gu is not under my control, so I cannot remove it directly.” Zhang Fei frowned at that, but Gu Jinglin hurriedly continued. ”I can lure the Gu Insect to leave this manʼs soul using my immortal Gu, but you must first pull his soul out of his body.”

After Zhang Fei opened the capsule cover, he immediately touched the manʼs chest and used his soul manipulation ability to pull his soul out. They could see a black Gu insect nestling inside the manʼs soul, which was quite large compared to other Gu insects, almost the size of a babyʼs fist.

Zhang Fei looked at Gu Jinglin, who immediately summoned the immortal Gu from within her body before ordering it to enter the manʼs soul.

In that instant, the Soul Marionette Gu tried to devour it to show its superiority, but Gu Jinglin quickly pulled her immortal Gu back, and it immediately followed her Gu, leaving the manʼs soul.

Zhang Fei took immediate action by suppressing the Soul Marionette Gu with his heavenly fox aura, causing it to fall to the floor. However, he did not kill it and locked it in a glass bottle, but it tried to break it while making strange sounds inside. ”Can you control this Gu?”

”No.” Gu Jinglin responded with a shake of her head. ”Iʼm not sure who the user is, but I believe that person is a member of the Gu Masters, who visited my ancestor in the past. That personʼs Gu ability is higher than mine, and this Gu is beyond my ability, so I canʼt control it.”

Zhang Fei nodded in understanding and immediately returned the manʼs soul to his body. However, he did not wake him up immediately as they were still in his Yin-Yang Space, and he did not want strangers to know about it.

”Are you planning to lock my subconscious again, Master?” Gu Jinglin inquired.

”I can suppress this Soul Marionette Gu with my beast aura, but I still canʼt control it. Since the only way to control a Gu is by becoming a Gu Master, I want to become one, so I want you to create a Gu heart.” Zhang Fei then gave some pills and his Yang Qi to Gu Jinglin. ”Your current strength wonʼt allow you to survive in my realm, so improve yourself, and Iʼll take you there when youʼre ready.”

”Yes, Master.” Gu Jinglin went straight back to his room to use the items.

After Zhang Fei put the science capsule into the system inventory, he immediately brought the man out of his Yin-Yang Space, intending to take him somewhere else before waking him up.

When he arrived, Zhang Fei found that all the seniors had already woken up, such as Zhang Chen, Zhang Hanzhi, Ming Han, Qing Tan, Wang Zetian, and Dou Luotian.

People from the Ye, Liu, Zhang, and Chang Clans also prepared for their activities. However, they did not stay at the residence, and they went to train in the forest not far away.

Chang Wenjie, Lian Xiang, Zhu Hongtao, Qin Zheng, Zhu Qianzhi, Hai Dongyin, and Hai Dongxin continue to concentrate on their training in Zhang Feiʼs training space, particularly because they have yet to adjust to the level 1 gravity feature.

Even though he brought Chang Wuhen and Chang Wentian to the Nine Stars Realm, Zhang Fei still had no intention of bringing them to train in his training space. As for Cheng Wenjie, he did allow her to train there, but he forbade her from telling her family about it, which she had agreed to.

Not long after they left, the disciples of the Yin-Yang Pavilion and the Heavenly Sword Sect also woke up from their sleep. They hurriedly went to a different forest with the seniors, including Mu Lingshu, Lin Dongʼer, and Yue Qingya, especially since their cultivation was still far below theirs.

”Fei!” Zhang Fei immediately turned to Xian Xianqin, who was walking towards him with Zhou Meiling following behind her. ”Are we going into seclusion starting today?”

”Not yet.” Zhang Fei then pulled Xian Xianqin into his embrace and kissed her for a few minutes, causing Zhou Meiling to frown. ”Our new shop has only been open for a day, so Lingxue, Yingʼer, and Qingʼer have to manage it for the time being. Huaʼer and the Wen Twins are also still taking care of the people from my demon fox group, so we will enter seclusion in a few days. Anyway, I want to go to the Sky Jade Realm, especially since I havenʼt visited Hu Yue for two weeks, and Iʼll take you there to have a look.”

Although she had been to several other realms with her parents, Xian Xianqin had never been to the lower realms, and she was also curious about Zhang Feiʼs origin realm, so she immediately agreed to it. ”Before we go to the Sky Jade Realm, I want to return to the capital first, and I will inform my parents about our seclusion plan. Moreover, I havenʼt seen Yao Yin for a long time, so I want to meet him before we enter seclusion.”

”I also have some business in the capital, so I will take you there after Lingxue and the others wake up.” After that, Zhang Fei brought the man from the Bai Kingdom back to the Star Tower, but he immediately returned to his residence after waking him up, and he accompanied Xian Xianqin while waiting for the others to wake up.

Gu Hanshuang and Dan Qingying lay exhausted on either side of Zhang Fei [1], but they were completely satisfied after dual cultivating with him for several hours in turns.

”What exactly is your purpose in approaching us?” Gu Hanshuang asked him.

Dan Qingying also asked. ”What exactly did Prince Lian snatch from you?”

Zhang Fei [1] raised Dan Qingyingʼs right hand. ”My wife wanted this azure dragon bracelet, but Huangfu Lian snatched it from me when I wanted to buy it. Since you guys are his women, I immediately planned to snatch you two from him.”

Zhang Fei [1]ʼs answer stunned Dan Qingying. ”Do you want to take this bracelet from me? Prince Lian will be angry if I donʼt wear it, and he will do something bad to me.”

”If I wanted to take it from you, I could have done it since we first dual cultivated, remember?” Dan Qingying nodded to Zhang Fei [1]. ”Although I donʼt know Huangfu Lian personally, I have met him and his three siblings at the Star Tower, so I know more or less their characters. Moreover, he is targeting me, and I am sure that he will come after me soon, so I immediately went to see you two before he came here.”

”Does that mean you just want to use us to do something to Prince Lian?” Gu Hanshuang inquired in a disappointed tone.

Zhang Fei [1] denied it with a shake of his head. ”If I wanted to use you two, I wouldnʼt have told you guys about this matter, right? Furthermore, neither of you are capable of defeating Huangfu Lian, and using you to battle him will only result in your futile deaths.”

Both women were relieved upon hearing that, but Gu Hanshuang questioned him once more. ”Did you really challenge the Star Tower before? How far did you make it through the challenges on the first floor? How did Prince Lian and his three siblings fare?”

”Huangfu Lian and the others were eliminated from the Maze Challenge, so they should have returned a week ago, but I donʼt understand why he hasnʼt come to you two yet.”

Gu Hanshuang and Dan Qingying exchanged confused glances because they were sure that Huangfu Lian would immediately look for them as soon as he returned to his kingdom, but then they remembered his other women, annoying them.

”I managed to pass the first floor with the help of the disciples of the Xian Imperial Sect, but I canʼt go to the second floor yet.” Both women were surprised to hear that Zhang Fei [1] had successfully passed the challenges with his cultivation still in the Earth Realm. ”I have important matters to attend to, so Iʼll leave you two alone now, and Iʼll see you later.”

Before he left, Zhang Fei [1] immediately cleaned the traces of his yang qi from the two womenʼs bodies, and he left them directly after he got dressed.

ʼAnyway, you two are my partners now, so I donʼt want you to do it with Huangfu Lian anymore.ʼ Zhang Fei [1]ʼs voice in their minds left both women feeling confused about their situation. ”What should we do now, Hanshuang? Are we really going to avoid Prince Lian from now on? If we do that, he will definitely kill us.”

”Even if he didnʼt ask us that, I no longer feel comfortable having a relationship with Prince Lian, especially after we have dual-cultivated with him twice.” Dan Qingying agreed with Gu Hanshuang. ”We canʼt get away from Prince Lian, but we can do something to stop him from touching us, and Iʼm sure he wonʼt notice our actions.”

”Oh! Thatʼs right! We can use that!” Dan Qingying said with a slight scream. ”Sigh! Itʼs early morning, but I still feel tired.”

”Letʼs go.” Gu Hanshuang got out of bed. ”Ning Wu will be suspicious if weʼre still sleeping, so we should get ready before joining her and Ting Ting.”

After all his women woke up and got ready, Zhang Fei first sent Zhou Meiling into his Yin-Yang Space. He then took Liu Hua, Zhang Lingxue, the Chu Sisters, and Xian Xianqin to the Xian Capital.

Upon arrival, Liu Hua rushed to meet the Wen Twins at the Sky Jade Restaurant. On the other hand, Zhang Lingxue and the Chu Sisters went to the Sky Jade Shop to prepare to open their shop.

Zhang Fei then took the Xian princess to the Xian royal palace, but Yang Caojing informed the princess that her parents were receiving important guests. Xian Xianqin then led him to a garden in another area, where Xian Xianwu was chatting with Yao Yin alone.

Yao Yin looked surprised when she saw them, especially since Xian Xianqin hugged Zhang Feiʼs arm intimately, and she also looked more cheerful than usual.

”Congratulations on your breakthrough, Yao Yin.” Xian Xianqin immediately said as soon as they arrived in front of them. ”My brother told me that you two were getting married in two weeks, and Iʼm relieved that you finally decided to be his wife, or else he would have waited for you until he was old.”

”Hehe.” Yao Yin chuckled at that. ”What about you? When will you marry him?”

Yao Yinʼs question made Xian Xianqin blush. ”Unlike you and my brother, Zhang Fei and I have only known each other for a month, so I havenʼt thought about marrying him. Even so, I admit that I have already fallen in love with him, and I will marry him once our relationship is truly deep.”

ʼThis girl! She never wanted to openly admit her feelings to me, but she dared to confess them to her future sister-in-law.ʼ Zhang Fei inwardly muttered.

”I didnʼt expect you to fall in love with him in a month, but Iʼm glad that youʼve finally moved on from your feelings for Big Brother Aoxian.” They then sat in front of each other, and Xian Xianqin told Yao Yin about her process of falling in love with Zhang Fei, particularly the incident in the basement bedroom. ”Even though your relationship is still in its early stages, I want to congratulate you both, and I hope you guys will truly get married in the future.”

”Thatʼs for sure.” Zhang Fei answered Yao Yin as he held Xian Xianqinʼs hand. ”Even though Qinʼer is not yet willing to be my wife, I already regard her as one, and I will marry her once she is fully ready.”

The blush on Xian Xianqinʼs cheeks grew brighter, causing Yao Yin to smile in amusement. ”Zhang Fei, Xianqin and I have known each other since we were little, and she is a good woman, so I hope you will always treat her well.”

”I will definitely treat Qinʼer well.” Zhang Fei replied with a nod.

Xian Xianqin then told them something else. ”Brother! Yao Yin! Zhang Fei and I will enter seclusion soon, but we will definitely attend your wedding. Since our parents are still receiving guests, you two can inform them of this matter, and I will also leave a voice message for them.”

”All right, I will tell our parents later.”

After they talked about some other things, Zhang Fei immediately took Xian Xianqin to Gang Zhishouʼs shop, but they couldnʼt find her there because she had gone to another city.

A while later, they arrived at Sky Jade Realm, but Zhang Fei first took Xian Xianqin to the fallen moon cave to check on Zhang Yueʼs situation.

However, the cave was sealed by thick ice, and Feng Jinqiu, who noticed their presence, immediately told Zhang Fei that Zhang Yue was still concentrating on her training and could not be disturbed.

Zhang Fei then took Xian Xianqin away to the portal to the moon foxʼs sub-realm, and he contacted Hu Yue through the harem link, asking her to send Hu Qiaomu to meet them.

”Is the entrance to their sub-realm located at this location?”

Zhang Fei nodded before telling her. ”Actually, I have the key to enter it myself, but Hu Gao would notice my arrival if I did that, so I asked Yueʼer to send someone to pick us up.”

”I see.” Xian Xianqian then looked around them and tried to feel the Qi in that realm. ”The quality and quantity of Qi in this realm is not even a quarter of the Qi in the Nine Stars Realm, so I am not surprised if the highest cultivation here is only at the Sovereign Realm.”

”Youʼre right.” Zhang Fei answered with a soft sigh. ”Thatʼs why I rushed to bring them to our realm, even though they werenʼt fully prepared to face the situation there. If we continued to stay here, it would definitely take me several years to reach the heaven realm, and Yue ʼer will have to wait longer for me to be able to save her.”

Xian Xian immediately asked him. ”Do you need my help? Since Hu Gaoʼs cultivation is only at the Sovereign Realm, itʼs too easy for me to defeat him, and you can take Hu Yue with us afterward.”
