The Deadly Hitwoman: The Heiress's Special Abilities

Chapter 179: Chapter 179: The More Rumors, the Safer She Is

Su Yu is known in the Spirit Cultivation Realm as the most talented person in a thousand years.

With his protection and guidance, combined with Jing’er’s talent, she would achieve even greater heights.

So if today Su Yaogeng was facing someone else, no matter their status, if they bullied Jing’er, Su Yaogeng would first give them a beating. But Su Yu, he was too different.

To gain Su Yu’s protection, for Jing’er, this is an opportunity, a tremendous opportunity. Even Su Yaogeng couldn’t resist wanting to keep this opportunity for Han Jing.

Su Yaogeng admits, perhaps this idea somewhat disregards Jing’er’s feelings. However, it feels like she wants to give Jing’er a pearl, but now a huge and radiant Luminous Pearl is presented to her, so she can’t resist such a temptation and wants to place this better offering before her.

And more importantly, they have known each other for so many years, she somewhat understands Su Yu’s character. What he promises, he will certainly fulfill. Jing’er will never be wronged by marrying him.

”Alright, I promise you, and I will keep it a secret, but you must guarantee that no matter what happens in the future, you will never let her be hurt.” Su Yaogeng really hadn’t expected that she would agree to something that seems so absurd.

Su Yu nodded slightly.

”But even if I agree with you, have you thought about the fact that this matter is not that simple? I believe in you, Brother believes in you, but the princes in the capital fighting fiercely against each other may not trust you. They will only think that we are joining forces to seize power. You may not care about these rumors, but I don’t want Jing’er to get involved.” Su Yaogeng trusts Su Yu’s character, but others won’t, especially if she and Su Yu, both so sensitive in identity, marry, the entire Nanyao Country would likely be in an uproar.

”Get married in three months, no need to inform anyone, just directly hold the celebration.” Su Yu declared straightforwardly.

Su Yaogeng’s face immediately darkened: ”Where does that leave Jing’er? I do not agree!”

She had gone through great lengths to cover up this matter. If after three months, nothing needs to be hidden, all the accusations would fall on Jing’er! What meaning would this marriage have then!

No matter how highly she thinks of Su Yu, she would not let Jing’er suffer such grievances!

Su Yu is not someone who likes to explain. Of course, he knows why Su Yaogeng would oppose, but he wouldn’t make such a decision without reason.

”The more rumors, the safer she is.” He wanted rumors to spread everywhere, making everyone know that Han Jing’s child has nothing to do with him, so she would be safest. He must keep her by his side, only then he could be assured, so the less she knew about the truth, the safer she would be. Until she has the ability to protect herself, she must not know the truth.

Su Yaogeng is a perceptive person, with Su Yu’s mention, she immediately understood what was going on.

Indeed, only this secret remaining forever a secret can solve all problems. It can place Jing’er openly under Su Yu’s protection and dispel those doubting that she intends to join forces with Su Yu, and even confuse Su Yu’s admirers or opponents in the Spirit Cultivation Realm.

The only problem is that Jing’er will still be burdened by rumors.

But handing Jing’er over to someone else, she really wouldn’t feel at ease.
