Chapter 2154: Chapter 2162: Getting Angry Makes You Age Faster

”Not going, I heard if you eat you’ll just lie down like a corpse and get fat.” Jane Sampson shook her head and moved aside to avoid James Black’s hand, ”I need to try hard to gain weight, so I can’t go out with you to digest the meal.”

”Little Jane, you’re really getting better at finding excuses for being lazy.” Peter Gingery sat in the corner and laughed at Jane’s reason.

”Shut up, you!” Jane Sampson yelled at Peter Gingery, then turned around to seriously explain to James Black, ”I’m really serious about gaining weight.”

”You want all the weight to pile up on your waist?” James Black asked, ”Keeping it as a life-saving swimming ring for emergencies?”

”Pfft~” Peter Gingery spat out a mouthful of tea.

What a sharp tongue.

Jane Sampson’s face turned green.

She tilted her body and hummed, ”It’s cold outside, I don’t want to go out, is that reasonable now?”

”Do you need me to get you a down jacket?” James Black reached out to pull the person squatting on the ground level up, ”If you don’t move, I’ll go upstairs and get it for you.”

Jane Sampson angrily slapped away James Black’s hand, kicking her feet reluctantly as she followed James Black out the door.

It’s only autumn, she’s still wearing a coat, walking out the door, dressed like this, the temperature is just right.

If James Black went to get the down jacket, it was just to block her.

So angry!

Jane Sampson had already stepped out of the Black Residence’s gate, and her hand was held by James Black, but she was still angry inside.

James Black squeezed her palm, coaxing her, ”Being angry makes you age faster.”

This was what Jane Sampson used to coax him at noon.

However, James Black didn’t expect Jane Sampson to glare at him, even angrier, leaving him somewhat baffled.

”I just wanted to take you out for a walk, digest a bit, talk while walking, and yet you’re this angry, not wanting to go out with me?” James Black pinched Jane Sampson’s face lightly, with a hint of helplessness.

”Then next time just say you want to go out for a walk with me, or want a chance to talk with me alone, wouldn’t that be fine?” Jane Sampson snorted, ”Or say you want to ask me out for a walk, or a date, no matter how you say it, it’s better than snapping at me.”

”Alright, I’ll remember.” James Black nodded, ”Next time I’ll directly express my thoughts.”

Frankly speaking.

Sometimes, when James Black finally expresses what’s in his heart, he can make Jane Sampson very happy.

This steel strong man who isn’t good at saying sweet words, only at this time, would he say such pleasant and agreeable words.

”Did you listen to what I said to auntie this evening? Do you think establishing Black Clan’s own brand is a good idea?” James Black suddenly asked Jane Sampson this question.

”Isn’t it because you want to prevent me from ever wearing those clothes again that you thought of this plan?” Jane Sampson couldn’t help but suspect the reason behind James Black’s idea.

It was just too coincidental, she wore a backless dress today and made James Black upset, he drank vinegar all afternoon, and during dinner, he proposed Black Clan establish its own brand and even provide her with special supply clothing in the future.

Isn’t this just planning to prevent any similar unexpected happenings like today right at the root?

”I’m not that boring.” James Black directly denied.

But he only denied the proposal to create a brand wasn’t to prevent Jane Sampson from wearing backless clothes again, yet he didn’t deny he disliked Jane wearing backless clothes.

”Exposes too much, a group of people staring at you, I don’t like it.” James Black’s hand pressed against Jane’s back, ”No matter how beautiful, you’re mine, for me only to see.”
