CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1603: Chapter 1611: Can’t Manage

”20%?” Leah Webster was utterly shocked, ”I don’t have to put out a dime and I get 20% of the shares?”

This...

That’s a lot.

Leah Webster was astonished in her heart.

If it’s a ten million investment, her 20% of the shares, that means she’s getting two million for free.

She’s just a fresh university graduate, a newcomer in the workplace, even if she sells this design drawing for a hundred thousand or two hundred thousand, she’d feel she’s struck a fortune.

”Right, the design is yours, the planning is yours, the selection of location and everything is you, my sister and I are busy with work, we don’t have much time in the early stage, so many things are basically left to you, so before the home stay officially opens, you will work hard.” Bright Sampton nodded, ”After the home stay opens, if you can handle the management position, then you can take over the management and have a salary, if you can’t manage, we can hire professionals from outdoors to suit the position.”

”I definitely can’t manage such a big investment.” Leah Webster didn’t even think and shook her head directly, ”I’m just a designer, because I like design, I like folklore, that’s why I have an idea of a high-end guesthouse that everyone thinks is absolutely impossible.”

Leah Webster muttered in her heart, it’s better to directly call it a high-end holiday village than a high-end guesthouse.

”Alright, I’ll slowly find our candidate now.” Bright Sampton handed the mobile phone to Leah Webster, ”Let’s add each other on WhatsApp, then I’ll create a group and pull my sister in, after that we’ll discuss things on WhatsApp, the first thing now is for me to find a lawyer to draft the land use transfer agreement, you go ask the villagers about the price, and temporarily don’t mention that my sister and I are partners.” Bright Sampton instructed, ”Otherwise, you might find it difficult to handle things.”

After all, Jane Sampson is a big star, those villagers would probably think a big star has money, they can rip off a little more, plus it might cause an impact on Jane Sampson.

”Okay.” Leah Webster nodded.

”So, tomorrow I’ll tell my assistant to come over, let her pretend to be your classmate, you just tell the villagers that your university classmate from the city decided to team up with you.” Jane Sampson said, ”You also don’t tell the villagers how much land you want to buy yet, just ask about the three spots you’re looking at now and don’t hide that you’re continuing to find two more small ones, when they see you’re young, they’ll probably think you can only afford one, at most two places, those who want to sell, naturally won’t shout random prices.”

”I know, I have the same idea.” Leah Webster nodded, ”Once everyone has given me their lowest price, we’ll go one by one to sign the agreement.”

”Hmm, just spare some time for me to register the company, then when we sign the agreement, sign directly in the company’s name, the equity contract these also take time to draft.” Bright Sampton said, ”So sister, no need to call your assistant so soon, Ms. Webster, tomorrow take your luggage and go to the city for two days, wait for me to give you messages, then come back with my sister’s assistant.”

Bright Sampton muttered in his heart, the most important thing is he still needs to make an effort to gather money.

”No, the most important thing is, we haven’t decided on our name yet.” Jane Sampson patted Bright Sampton’s arm, ”Name! Name! The company’s and the guesthouse name.”
