CEO's Reborn Wife

Chapter 1601: Chapter 1609: No Objections, That’s Good

”Actually, I think Bright Sampton’s point is right. Villagers all know each other, so if something happens, it’s easy for them to cover for each other, which can make management somewhat difficult.” Jane Sampson nodded in agreement.

”Nowadays, there are many employee trainee centers that issue certificates. As a home stay in the service industry, if our employees can have this certificate, it first elevates the service level of the home stay. The most direct comparison is the service we receive at a five-star hotel versus that of a regular business hotel, which truly has a world of difference.”

”My sister is right. Ease of management is one major key factor. Additionally, the professional nature of the waiters is a catchy element for the home stay’s publicity. Don’t forget, your plan also mentioned you want to hire professional British butlers, so your waiters need to match the steward’s level.” Bright Sampton said.

Leah Webster sitting there surprisingly found Jane Sampson and Bright Sampton’s words quite reasonable, thought for a moment, and nodded, ”Just now I heard Granny Sampton said your university major was learning management. Now it seems, even if I check more information, it’s indeed not as good as having a professional background.”

”As long as you have no objections.” Bright Sampton said, ”Your plan here is for three small villas, so the investment is about two to three million. I have one thing, which is to expand by two more. You choose two more places, making it a total of five small villas. However, the other two can be slightly smaller than the three you’ve already designed, with the area being approximately 35% to 40% smaller.”

Bright Sampton said, ”With a smaller area, choosing a location should be easier. Of course, if there are good locations with the same area as the other three, that’s completely fine too.”

”Five villas, isn’t that too many?” Leah Webster was a bit panicked. You know, with Bright Sampton’s arrangement, one villa, charging tens of thousands a night, thinking about this price, Leah Webster felt a little scared.

Expanding to five villas all at once.

What if no one stayed there? How much funds would be wasted every day?

”Is it many? Just five villas, not a lot.” Bright Sampton shook his head, ”Here is not far from the Capital Province city center, driving over is very convenient, spending the weekend here for a holiday is quite easy.”

Bright Sampton looked at Jane Sampson, ”There’s even less need to worry about publicity. Who is my sister! She’s the Monkey King of Sampton, with super high popularity on the internet!”

”You want a beating, don’t you?” Jane Sampson raised her hand and gave Bright Sampton a smack on the forehead, ”You’re the Monkey King of Sampton!”

”Haha, sorry, it slipped out.” Bright Sampton rubbed his head, ”My sister is like a walking advertisement board. As long as she puts an ad on Twitter, will anyone not know about this home stay? Plus, my sister has so many good friends within the circle who can help forward the publicity.”

With Jane Sampson around, Bright Sampton really wasn’t worried at all about publicizing the home stay.

”Later, I’ll have my sister invite a few big stars here to experience a trial stay. Those crazy fans would surely flock like bees, wouldn’t they? And inviting a popular variety show to record a show here, wouldn’t our home stay become a place known by everyone?”

Bright Sampton hugged Jane Sampson’s arm, ”We must strive to fully use my sister’s resources, and work hard to squeeze them dry!”
