Chapter 1410: Prosperity Sky Division

The hidden golden peak within the clouds of Wealth Mountain was one of the most guarded and secure areas of the PHW King Sect, and it was called the Prosperity Sky Division!

The Prosperity Sky Division was the most powerful and prestigious division among all the divisions of the Prime Heavenly Wealth King Sect. Only core disciples, titled Prosperity Disciples, could join it, and it was overseen by Prosperity Elders.

Although the Prosperity Sky Division had the lowest population, the power level of its members made up for its lack of personnel. Furthermore, every new member’s admission was considered a massive event because everyone knew that only the most talented people could enter this place.

Whoever became part of the Prosperity Sky Division would gain instant fame and prestigious status, and every one of its disciples was a force to be reckoned with, not to mention the Prosperity Elders.

However, today, no celebration or commotion was caused when two new Prosperity Disciples were admitted into the Prosperity Sky Division. Even the Prosperity Elders were given last-minute notice about their arrival, which made them befuddled for a while.

Furthermore, these two Prosperity Disciples were directly admitted through the Prosperity Matriarch, and no one dared to question this decision anymore; they kept their opinions to themselves.

Moreover, to everyone’s shock, those two new Prosperity Disciples were humans!

At this moment, within the Prosperity Sky Division’s Prosperity Wealth Hall, Ace appeared, and a hint of frustration flashed past his eyes after he had been pushed around by that woman like a toy.

However, he quickly acted as if he were excited and looked around. The Prosperity Wealth Hall was massive, and at the far end were five massive golden gates.

’Wealth Hall, Scripture Hall, Mission Hall, Training Hall, and Prosperity Law Hall...?’ Ace read the massive golden characters etched on top of those gates with great interest.

”You should be Ace? The second Prosperity Disciple?” A kind elderly voice suddenly rang from behind him, startling Ace.

He quickly turned around and saw a tall, wizened man with gray hair wearing golden robes. He seemed like a mortal old man without any Qi fluctuations, but his eyes were anything but ordinary, and Ace didn’t dare to belittle this old man because this was the PHW King Sect. What a surprise! Ace was surprised that this old man seemed to be human!

”Greetings, Elder!” Ace respectfully greeted while he thought as his heart raced, ’Could this be the Prosperity Elder appointed by that woman to instruct me?’

”No bad, no bad at all. You are just like what Norman had described you to be. In fact, you are far more extraordinary.” The Elder kindly commented and sounded very pleased.

Ace was astounded when this elder mentioned ’Norman’, after all, Norman was the one who had brought him here. But he didn’t get the chance to see him after joining the PHW King Sect.

Ace carefully asked, ”Elder is?”

The elder smiled and introduced himself, ”I am Prosperity Elder of the Prosperity Sky Division, Maxwell Blackwood.”

’It’s really him!’ Ace hadn’t forgotten about the Prosperity Elder who wanted to sponsor him at the start, and he was also the one who had approved of giving him all those remaining materials needed to upgrade Moira. He wasn’t expected to meet him like this out of the blue.

”Please forgive my manners, esteemed Elder. I didn’t know who you were. You have shown me great kindness by bringing me here and giving me the opportunity to be part of the PHW King Sect.” Ace quickly bowed deeply, showing his gratitude, which wasn’t entirely fake.

After all, this Prosperity Elder had helped him upgrade Moira without any trouble, and Elder Maxwell was also human.

Elder Maxwell smiled approvingly, ”It was nothing, really. In fact, I was just protecting our human race’s talent. Anyone else in my shoes would’ve done the same thing. But I must admit, you surpassed my expectations, got recognition by the ’Matriarch,’ and were promoted to Prosperity Disciple.”

’That bastard also calls that woman ’Matriarch’ and now I’m more than sure that she’s the Ascension King of the PHW King Sect...’ Ace grimaced slightly.

”Anyway, you are now the fifth human disciple to enter the Prosperity Sky Division. Although the one before you was appointed a different Prosperity Elder, he’s still human, and this is a huge deal,” Elder Maxwell emotionally stated.

’Another human like me? Could it be that Bastard was also talking about this other human? Just what is going on? Why do I have a feeling that all these events are related to this new guy?’ Ace thought.

He wasn’t an idiot, and from what Elder Maxwell had just said, he was sure that whoever this second guy was, he was probably like him, which was a huge deal because this meant anyone ’Heaven Chosen!’

He clearly remembered Steward Jesper mentioning that Heaven Chosen wouldn’t appear so easily; yet another one had appeared. Furthermore, only Ace knew he wasn’t a Heaven Chosen; he was more like a Heaven Defier.

”Thank you for your praise, esteemed Elder.” Ace kept his thoughts to himself and kept acting clueless.

Although he wanted to know about this second person, he kept it to himself. Furthermore, only a few hours were left before his main body would be teleported to the Abyss, and it wasn’t clear if his avatar could remain in Heaven.

That’s why Ace hasn’t made rash decisions yet; he can only plan after confirming this matter. After all, if this avatar was also teleported out with his main body, then everything would be for nothing.

”Hah, just call me Teacher from now on since I’m your official instructor. Although I would like to be your official master...” Elder Maxwell sighed before he shook his head, his expression going solemn.

”Forget it. You need to become an Ascension Grand General within nine months because you have been selected to join the team that will be going to the White Evil Secret Realm! And trust me when I say this endeavor will not be pleasant. If you weren’t careful, you’ll lose your life there just like many others before you!”
