The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2532: Facing the entire Eighth Realm

Before Cain could crush the figure of the Eternal Soul King, the Royal Blutlinie and Soul Beasts surged back into the fray, attacking from every direction. The pressure became overwhelming, a storm of power and killing intent converging upon a single point.

Yet even under such crushing force—and despite the overwhelming numerical disadvantage—Cain still held the upper hand.

His figure vanished just as three spells detonated around him, reappearing instantly before a massive Soul Beast. Without hesitation, he struck. His fist crashed forward with devastating force, shattering the creature’s skull in a single blow.

Not even a heartbeat later, he twisted midair. A beam of energy slammed into his left arm—yet instead of resisting it, he absorbed the force, redirected it, and fired it back with his right hand. The redirected attack burned through the body of a Royal Blutlinie who had attempted to ambush him from behind, reducing her legs to ash before she could even react.

The energy had barely left his fingertips when Cain’s eyes narrowed.

A soul invasion.

He turned slightly and saw a Royal Blutlinie woman, her Ancestor Eye glowing with eerie brilliance as she launched a direct attack on his soul. Spiritual assaults were nearly instantaneous—faster than physical motion, faster than thought. And while Cain’s body had reached the Fourth Realm, his soul had not.

Yet—

He smiled.

Trying to attack his soul was one of the worst mistakes anyone could make.

The woman—Marina—smiled as well, her confidence surging. Her Ancestor Power allowed her to wound even Limit Alpha Omega Overgods through spiritual means. If she succeeded, she could turn the tide of the entire battle.

Her consciousness pierced into Cain’s soul.

And what she found...

Was not a soul.

It was an endless golden river.

A vast, infinite current that stretched across reality itself. Its flow was calm, eternal... and absolute.

For a brief moment, Marina stared in awe.

Then—

The river looked back.

Her soul trembled as the Endless River of the Flow reacted. It did not attack with violence or pain—it simply was. And in its presence, her mind began to unravel.

Her identity dissolved.

Her thoughts fragmented.

Her very sense of self faded into nothingness.

There was no scream. No agony.

Her mind simply... shut down.

Her body fell from the sky like an empty shell.

A wave of dread spread across the Royal Blutlinie of the Eternal Soul Kingdom.

Marina had been one of their strongest—her spiritual power capable of threatening even the highest-tier warriors. Yet she had collapsed in less than a second after touching the Scarlet King’s soul.

”Dammit!” the Eternal Soul King roared, fury and frustration burning in his voice.

He had hoped that spiritual attacks might provide an opening—but now it was clear they were useless.

His mind raced as he continued fighting, searching desperately for a solution. But the longer the battle went on, the clearer the truth became.

They could not compare.

’A Fourth Realm body... is it truly this overwhelming!?’ Shakra cursed inwardly, envy gnawing at his heart. That level of power should have been his. It was within reach—yet it had been taken by this man.

Still, even amid his rage, Shakra’s mind did not stop working.

And then—

A realization.

His gaze shifted toward the Knights of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom.

They had not intervened.

They were not aiding the Scarlet King—but neither were they opposing him. They lingered at the edge of the battlefield like spectators, watching, waiting.

Perhaps they intended to strike the victor once both sides were exhausted.

Perhaps they were simply afraid.

Either way—

Shakra needed them.

”Fight with us,” his voice echoed across their minds, carrying authority and promise. ”And I will allow you and your people to return to the Seventh Realm.”

The words caused the warriors of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom to glance at one another.

Returning home...

It was what they wanted.

And yet—the punishment awaiting them there was far from certain.

Shakra’s voice came again, sharper this time.

”I will also allow you to take the Crown Prince with you. He is not dead. His father will be able to heal his soul.”

That changed everything.

The Knights slowly clenched their fists.

Failure would not go unpunished—but if they returned with the Crown Prince alive, their fate would not be execution. They might suffer, but they would survive.

Then came the final push.

”Do you truly believe,” Shakra continued coldly, ”that after finishing us, he will simply let you go? After witnessing his nature, do you think the Scarlet King will allow even a single Ancestor Drop to leave this battlefield?”

Silence followed.

But it did not last long.

They understood.

The Scarlet King was a predator—a voracious monster with an endless hunger for power. Once the Eternal Soul Kingdom fell, they would become the next prey.

Running was an option.

But many would die.

If that was their fate... then it was better to gamble everything here.

Explosions echoed as the warriors of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom unleashed their full power. One after another, they surged forward, their killing intent locking onto Cain.

The battlefield shifted.

What had been a one-sided slaughter turned into something far more dangerous.

As the forces of both realms combined, the pressure upon the Scarlet King rose exponentially.

A lion could tear apart packs of hyenas with ease.

But if enough hyenas gathered—

Even a lion could be brought down.

Cain moved like a storm of destruction.

He sent a planet-sized Soul Beast crashing into the ground. He redirected a sword strike meant for his back, causing it to tear through another Royal Blutlinie. He shattered the ribs of a third opponent with a single elbow strike.

All of it—

In less than a second.

Yet the attacks did not stop.

They came endlessly, from every direction, layered and relentless.

And finally—

An opening appeared.

The Eternal Soul King seized it.

His figure flashed forward, and his fist struck directly into Cain’s chest. The Soul Beasts fused into his arm detonated at the moment of impact, releasing a catastrophic explosion.

A massive blast engulfed the Scarlet King.

Light consumed everything.

The land below was illuminated like the birth of a new sun.
