Hearing Liu Baoguo’s explanation, everyone understood what he meant.

Because they had the initiative, even if they resigned, the school would eventually look for them.

Otherwise, the school would have to shut down.

This kind of thing had to be done by an experienced teacher. They did not think it through themselves.

“Everyone, don’t just stand there. Hurry up and pack your things.” A male teacher with glasses said.

“If we don’t pack up and leave, Principal Ding will think that we’re playing around. We have to pressure the school a bit.”

“Yes, yes, yes. Pack your things and leave now. Show him that we’re quitting.”

With a single call, more than twenty teachers began to pack their things.

About twenty minutes later, everyone packed their things and walked out with boxes of different sizes.

“Don’t be in a hurry to leave. Let’s go over and say goodbye to Principal Ding.” Liu Baoguo said.

“We have to let him know that we’re really leaving and he’ll have to figure out a solution.”

“Yes, yes, yes. Let’s go over and say bye. Haha… After all, I’ve been in school for so many years. 1 have to go and say goodbye.”

After discussing the countermeasures, everyone carried their small boxes and walked toward Ding Wenjun’s office.

However, when they arrived at the office, they realized that Ding Wenjun was not there.

“Huh? Where did he go?” The bespectacled male teacher muttered.

“He probably went to try to figure out a solution.” Liu Baoguo said.

“Since he’s not here, let’s go. Regardless, the initiative is in our hands. There’s nothing to be afraid of.”

“Of course. If the salary doesn’t rise to 4,500,1 won’t work here anymore.”

Everyone walked out one after another with smug expressions, as if they had won a battle.

“However, there’s something I need to tell you guys in advance,” Liu Baoguo said on the way.

“What is it? Tell me.”

“I’m guessing that the school will definitely call us during this period, but all of you have to be strong. You can’t submit. If one of you screws up, this strike will be meaningless. We can’t let Principal Ding drive a wedge between us.”

“Don’t worry. He called us when we were at home. He won’t find any weakness in us.”

“That’s right. We’re fighting for our own benefits. Why would we self-sabotage like that?”

Liu Baoguo nodded in satisfaction. “Since everyone has expressed their stance, I won’t say anything else. I’m sure that in less than a week, the school won’t be able to hold it in anymore. They will definitely call us back. In short, don’t panic. The good days will come soon after.”

“Alright!”

Everyone responded, as if they had seen the light of dawn.

However, the moment they walked out of the school building, they stopped in their tracks.

They saw a large group of people walking towards the teaching building!

Heading the group were Ding Wenjun and Director Lin from the Office of Poverty Alleviation!

“What’s going on? Why are there so many people here? What are they doing?”

“They are not visitors, are they?”

“The teachers have all already left, but Principal Ding still brought so many people to visit. What nonsense is this?”

Liu Baoguo smiled. “Alright, stop discussing here. We’ll know once we go over and take a look.”

Facing Ding Wenjun and Lin Yi, Liu Baoguo and the others walked over.

He deliberately raised the items in his hands, fearing that Ding Wenjun wouldn’t notice.

“Principal Ding, are you here for a visit?”

Ding Wenjun nodded and then asked, “What are you all planning to do?”

“Didn’t we just tell you? We plan to resign. We’ve just finished packing up and are ready to leave.”

“Feel free to go. 1’11 pay your salary at the end of this month.”

Liu Baoguo was a little surprised. He did not expect Ding Wenjun to act so tough.

‘Heh, your calculations might be off this time. Even if you pay our salaries, we won’t be afraid.’

“Then 1’11 have to trouble Principal Ding.”

Ding Wenjun ignored Liu Baoguo and the others. He smiled at the teacher sent over from Yuhang and said,

“Teachers, let me first take you on a tour around the campus, and then we’ll head to the teaching buildings and living quarters. Arrangements have already been made for two people per room, ensuring cleanliness. We’re committed to providing you with a conducive teaching environment.”

“Thank you, Principal Ding.” A middle-aged male teacher said.

“We’re not here to enjoy ourselves. We just have to follow the school’s arrangements.”

“How can that do? You’re all outstanding teachers in Yuhang. Since you can come to our Dongsan County, you have to receive you with the highest standards. In the future, the children in the school will depend on you.”

“Don’t worry, Principal Ding. This is our duty.”

Hearing the conversation between the two sides, Liu Baoguo and the others were stunned.

He felt that there was something wrong with what these people were saying.

“Principal Ding, what’s wrong with these people? Aren’t they here to visit? Why are you discussing accommodations?”

“Director Lin arranged for these teachers to come over from Yuhang. From now on, they’ll teach in the school.” Ding Wenjun said.

“They just arrived here and are not familiar with the campus. Naturally, 1 have to bring them around.”

“New teachers?!” Liu Baoguo unconsciously raised his voice.

“That’s right. Moreover, every one of them is an outstanding teacher in Yuhang City. I believe that under their leadership, the educational standards of Dongsan County will rise to another level!

This time, Liu Baoguo and the others were dumbfounded!

No one expected so many teachers to be sent over at once!

“If they’re here, then we…”

“You? Didn’t you say that the salary here was low and you wanted to resign? Moreover, all your stuff has been packed. There’s nothing left for you to do here. Go back first. 1 won’t talk to you anymore.”

Seeing that Ding Wenjun had no intention of asking them to stay, the twenty over teachers were completely dumbfounded!

They had just found so many teachers, and their qualifications were even better than theirs!

He would definitely not look for them again!

“Um, Principal Ding, I think we can still discuss this matter…”

“There’s no need to discuss anymore. Just go,” Lin Yi said, “But we still have to talk to Teacher Liu.”

Everyone looked at Liu Baoguo, not understanding what he meant.

“Teacher Liu, thank you so much for helping us weed out so many teachers. Their skills were subpar, and they were obstructing our progress without contributing much. With your help, they’ve all resigned, making room for new teachers. The school will surely enter a positive cycle of development. We owe you our thanks.”

Lin Yi paused, then continued, “Starting from tomorrow, these new teachers will officially start working, and you should come back to teach as well.”

Hmm?

Li Sijin was a bit confused, her naive demeanor looked very cute.

Why was the lead troublemaker being kept on?

However, Xiao Bing winked playfully.

The boss’ reverse psychology worked brilliantly!
