Chapter 130 Armor Repair Engineer

Chapter 130 Armor Repair Engineer

After putting on the battle armor again, Lin Ye felt confident.

However, after dealing with the matter of the genetic medicine and Samson this time, he still needs to fully test the performance of the armor.

By the way, let the scientific researchers of the temple upgrade the energy of the armor.

Because the current battles are mainly concentrated inside the temple, but after just a few battles like this, the energy of the battle armor is directly exhausted.

After returning to Blue Star, he will definitely leave the temple to perform missions on the ground, and maybe even conduct cross-continental operations.

He can’t come back to recharge halfway through the fight, it’s too hip!
While complaining silently in his heart, Lin Ye checked the integrity of the battle armor, and after confirming that there was no problem, he stood up from the crystal seat.

The moment he stood up, the energy array on the ground stopped functioning instantly, and the light spots floating in the array also gradually dissipated.

The hall returned to darkness. With brisk steps, he opened the door and found Gray who was still waiting at the door.

Gray immediately bowed his head and saluted, and said with concern: ”Your Highness, how is it, how is your experience?”

”It’s okay, I thought the charging process would be very long!” Lin Ye responded.

”In fact, with the growth of the armor, the subsequent charging time will indeed become longer and longer!” Gray spread his hands and shrugged helplessly.

Lin Ye looked at him in surprise, ”Why, have you done research on armor?”

Gray smiled and said, ”My grandfather worked as a armor repair engineer for Jialan, the former Lord of the Temple, so I also learned something about it.”

Hearing this, Lin Ye became even more confused.

Armor repair engineer?
Doesn’t Jialan’s battle armor have any automatic repair function?
Gray looked at the fiery red battle armor that was free from any damage and scratches, just like a brand new factory, and said:
”Every master of the temple can inherit the battle armor, but everyone’s battle armor is different.

This set of mysterious equipment forged from ancient civilizations usually exists in the form of energy. After the initial activation, the final style and combat module of the armor will be determined according to the inner needs of the user.

For example, the former Lord of the Temple, Jialan, was once the commander of the El Star United Fleet. His decades of military life left a deep mark on his heart.

So after the battle armor is activated, the overall look is somewhat similar to the equipment worn by the temple guards.

I believe you must also have some doubts in your heart. Although I have not studied deeply, I can explain some simple questions to you. ”

After Lin Ye heard this, his brows were filled with joy. He happened to have some things that he really didn’t understand.

For example, the suit of armor he is currently activating actually has the ability to learn independently, but is there any limit to this ability? How strong can it be?He didn’t even know.

Judging from the current situation, it has learned a bunch of fancy skills in just one day.

But to be honest, apart from the huge energy consumption, these skills are really easy to use.

”Since you said so, I would like to ask about the armor skills.”

”Skills?” Gray frowned, looking at this expression, as if he had heard this word for the first time, ”Warframe...does it still have skills?”

Now it’s Lin Ye’s turn to be a little confused: ”Yes, it’s skills, such as [supersonic speed], [electromagnetic gun] and other skills!”

Gray shook his head vigorously:
”His Royal Highness Jialan’s battle armor provides high-strength protection, and also enhances movement speed and attack power. Of course, it also has flying devices.

But I have never heard of the skills you mentioned, Your Highness! ”

ha?
Lin Ye suddenly felt a headache.

He immediately raised his left arm, his thoughts moved slightly, the fiery red light instantly enveloped the arm armor, and he began to quickly construct the electromagnetic gun launcher.

After the light dissipated, he shook the electromagnetic cannon and continued: ”Look, this is the thing. Doesn’t Jialan know this type of skill?”

Seeing this scene, Gray at this moment was shocked.

”This, this, this is the first time I have seen this form of battle armor.

Because even if we want to add external weapons, they are all assembled in the weapon research laboratory, and they have to go through many compatibility tests. They are not as easy to deploy as your Highness! ”

While speaking, he also took two steps forward, flipped back and forth with the electromagnetic gun in his hand, and couldn’t stop admiring it.

”All right……”

To be honest, Lin Ye was a little disappointed, but he didn’t blame Gray, after all, this guy didn’t know much.

However, he still has a problem in his mind that needs to be solved urgently:
”Then do you know about the energy of the armor? I feel that the energy of the armor is not enough. I want you to help me upgrade it!”

Upon hearing this, Gray immediately put down the electromagnetic gun and cleared his throat:

”According to my grandfather’s notes, the power of the armor is stored here.”

He pointed to the animal head in the middle of the breastplate, from which the halo patterns on other parts spread out.

”Each set of battle armor has different types of beasts and energy lines, like some kind of unique anti-counterfeiting mark, but my grandfather never studied the significance of this in his whole life.

The seemingly complicated lines around them are actually the ancient characters and symbols of the Aiur civilization. After being arranged in a certain order, energy can be efficiently transmitted to various parts of the armor.

If Your Highness can give me some time, I may be able to decipher and translate these ancient texts. At that time, I can reorder them and cooperate with the beast heads that have changed the core frequency to enhance the energy output. ”

”Then how long do you need?” Lin Ye said seriously.

Gray said firmly: ”Seven days, give me seven days!”

Lin Ye crossed his arms and thought carefully for a while.

Seven days later, it was almost time to destroy Star Aiur and return to Blue Star.

And at this time point, the energy upgrade of the armor is completed, which is just right to go to the surface of Blue Star to perform tasks.

He then nodded: ”Then I’ll give you seven days, but I have to wait until I finish handling the matters at hand before I can hand over the armor to you.”

”Thank you for your trust, Your Highness will definitely live up to your expectations!” Gray said happily.

Lin Ye responded with a smile. Since the armor has already recognized its owner, he doesn’t worry about losing it.

And from a certain point of view, directly handing over the battle armor to the chief engineer is also a test for him.

Lin Ye, who had untied his knot a little, continued to chat with Gray for a few words before waving goodbye and leaving.

He activated the particle injection device of the leg armor, flew out of the ancestral temple along the long corridor, and headed for the security center in Area A.

Lin Ye, who was flying at a low altitude of several hundred meters, was about to pass through Area C, when suddenly a beam of shining light hit him, and he was caught off guard and shot down directly.

After a series of uncontrolled high-speed rolls, he fell into the middle of an old factory area with huge inertia.

After smashing through two walls in succession, he barely stopped his body.

”Made, what’s the situation? Friendly fire?”

Lin Ye got up from the ruins, and under the effect of [self-healing] ability, the scratches on the surface of the battle armor were gradually repaired.

He endured the pain and moved his dislocated right arm, then gritted his teeth and flicked it, making a ”click” sound, successfully resetting the bone.

But at this moment, several piercing sounds suddenly sounded in the ears.

Before he could even see who it was, the other party attacked mercilessly.
