Chapter 128 The Source of Gene Medicine

Chapter 128 The Source of Gene Medicine

After watching Rita and others leave, Lin Ye returned to the laboratory on the second floor of the medical center.

The explosion just now only shattered the outer tempered glass door, and the people in the laboratory did not suffer any harm.

They were just terrified at the moment, and they all huddled in the small aisle behind the dissecting table, trembling uncontrollably.

Lin Ye carefully opened the glass door and walked in. The first thing he saw was Cheng Bei who was unconscious on the ground.

He sighed, and dragged the guy directly to an unoccupied dissecting table, covered it with a sterile surgical drape, and walked up to the researchers.

”There was a little accident just now, and it’s all right now!”

The terrified expressions of these people gradually turned into surprise.

Small accident?
The earth-shattering explosion just now was called a small accident?

If it wasn’t for the distance between the medical center and the scientific research center, it would have been affected as well.

However, everyone breathed a sigh of relief after hearing Lin Ye’s words, and slowly stood up while supporting the dissection table.

The biggest reason why these people are so nervous is that when the rebel army invaded before, it left a deep shadow in their hearts.

At that time, a team of dozens of people led by Elvin Elvin was shot and killed most of them on the spot, and the rest were taken as hostages, and finally died tragically in the worm nest of Planet El.

Moreover, according to the descriptions of the soldiers of the Temple Guard who came back alive, those compatriots who were taken as hostages were all infected with the Zerg virus and turned into ugly bugs.

So for such a sudden attack, these people only have fear in their hearts.

In addition to worrying about life, there are fewer and fewer scientific researchers inside the temple.

Without the addition of fresh blood for a long time, the research and development strength of the temple gradually withered.

In this case, it is even more impossible to damage the existing scientific research strength in vain.

While the researchers were still calming down, Lin Ye had already walked around the dissecting table.

The body of the ”No. [-]” man lying flat on it had already been dismantled in half, and even his head had been opened.

He took a closer look at the person’s body structure and asked:
”As for the R-type genetic medicine, have you analyzed the specific ingredients and what gene fragments are contained in it?”

”We have preliminary results from our research on this corpse.” After the lead researcher finished speaking, he gestured behind him, and then led Lin Ye to the control console and called up detailed data on the screen. .

In the window that pops up is the gene sequence of the R-type genetic agent, and several windows next to it display the comparison data of the gene sequences of other races.

The researcher pointed to the pattern on the screen and explained carefully:

”We tested the gene sequences of the corpses and found that 50% of them are mutated Zerg genes, 20% are Aiur’s own genetic fragments, and the remaining 30% are gene fragments of foreign species that act as stabilizers.

Judging from the data, the alien species does not look like an organic life form. Their genetic makeup is very complex, but at the same time it is very tolerant. ”

Not an organic life form?
When Lin Ye heard this sentence, he immediately thought of that ”old friend”.

According to the researcher, the genetic medicine may contain gene fragments of silicon-based organisms.

Of course, there may be other life forms composed of inorganic bodies in this universe, and they may be even more powerful than silicon-based organisms.

For this reason, he was a little worried: ”Where do these medicines come from?”

The scientific researcher frowned and looked very troubled:

”The source of the R-type genetic medicine is really difficult to trace, because after the human experiment was exposed, all the experimental equipment was destroyed, and the relevant personnel were executed. It should be impossible for the formula of the medicine to flow out.

Moreover, this kind of remodeled Ayre people only appeared again after more than 20 years! ”

”Then, where is the previous laboratory?” Lin Ye asked.

He originally wanted to go to the laboratory to find out if there were any usable clues, but what the researchers said next completely gave up his idea.

”The laboratory is in the Jongmyo Temple, but it has been emptied now, and no team has settled in for more than 20 years.”

Lin Ye frowned. Since it was only emptied and not banned, why didn’t the scientific research team settle in?

It is estimated that there are some strange legal provisions in it.

”You said earlier that in addition to the R-type genetic medicine, there is also a compliant common medicine. Who is in charge of the production?”

”This kind of medicine is produced by the lower-level foundry in Area A.” The researcher responded, but his expression was a little helpless.

”In the past, genetic medicine was a necessary physical enhancement medicine for soldiers to fight continuously, but in recent years, the genetic enhancement ingredients in it have been diluted to the point of view, and it has changed from injection to oral administration, so now it can be regarded as Some kind of energy drink!”

Hearing this, Lin Ye couldn’t help but be a little shocked.

Diluting the potion that strengthens the physique and enhances the physique into an energy drink, it is estimated that only capitalists can make such a wonderful operation, maybe it is the Ibrahimovic Chamber of Commerce led by Samson.

”In this case, when I go to District A later, I will take a look there.” Lin Ye sighed, and then continued:
But before that, I need to recharge the battle armor. The charging device in the ancestral temple needs to be repaired for a long time. Can any of you come with me? ”

As soon as these words came out, everyone looked at each other in blank dismay, but no one stood up.

”Your Highness, we are only responsible for the research of biological genes, and we don’t know much about weapons and armor.

You can go directly to the weapon research department of Jongmyo, and there will be special people to guide you to use the charging device! ”

”Weapon research department?” Lin Ye nodded. He didn’t have any ink marks. After saying goodbye to everyone, he directly boarded the airship and headed towards the ancestral temple.

Although he became the lord of the temple and obtained a complete set of armor.

However, Lin Ye found that in the previous memory, there was no concept of armor charging, nor the specific functions of the armor.

It seems that the memory of the battle armor has been deleted and emptied.

I don’t know if it’s for confidentiality reasons or for other reasons.

And according to some fragmentary memory fragments, after each temple lord obtained the armor, he was taught to use it by his predecessor.

Except Lin Ye.

He bought the whole set of courses with his life, but the instructor ran away before he could achieve the small goal of ”teaching and meeting”.

Just as he was complaining silently, the airship had arrived at the mooring port of the ancestral temple.

Enter the Jongmyo along the long corridor. The laboratories on both sides of the road have been severely damaged by the rebels before.

Although a bunch of people are repairing it, the amount of work is too large, and the repair has not been completed yet.

At this time, Lin Ye saw a familiar figure standing in the middle of the corridor and assigning tasks to everyone.

”Grey?” He beckoned to the other party.
