Global Cataclysm: Start building a floating island

Chapter 102 In short supply

Chapter 102 In short supply

This roar seems to be full of momentum, but in fact it is only used to boost courage.

The man holding the light blade naturally understands this truth. He just hid in the dark and made a sneak attack. He did not cause any damage with all his strength, which shows how powerful the person behind the wall is.

So right now he was standing in the middle of the street, not daring to take a step forward.

On the other side, Lin Ye didn’t come out directly, he first used [Insight] to observe the number of people in the aisle.

There were originally two people standing outside, and then four people came out of the warehouse.

The total number of people is the same as what he saw on the street before, so that he can take action with confidence and no longer have to worry about the future!
And more than half of them are not equipped with weapons, which is basically the same as being given for nothing.

For Lin Ye, dealing with these Aiers is far easier than those Zerg creatures.

He can beat the gang to death even without a weapon.

After confirming the number of people and the terrain, Lin Ye slowly walked out of the corner.

Without waiting for the other party to question, he rushed up quickly.

After being strengthened many times, his physical attributes are beyond the reach of ordinary people, and even these Aiirians cannot bear his strength.

At this time, the person standing at the front with the light blade reacted very quickly.

The moment he saw Lin Ye rushing over, he directly took two steps back, and at the same time raised his knife to chop several times in front of him.

It is indeed a good way to use offense as defense, but the younger brothers next to them did not have such good luck.

They didn’t even understand what happened, and after a muffled sound, they fell to the ground, with rose-purple blood gushing from their mouths.

Looking at Lin Ye again, his fist was still stained with blood of the same color, but he just shook it casually.

While finishing off the two of them, the light blade cut down head-on again.

With the help of [Dynamic Perception], he easily dodges the attack while sidestepping towards the enemy target.

After approaching the furthest attack distance, he swung his fist violently.

Accompanied by a cracking sound, the fist hit the opponent’s chest and abdomen directly like an armor-piercing bullet.

There was a crisp bone cracking sound, probably the sternum was broken.

The person called ”Boss” on the opposite side staggered back a few steps, couldn’t even hold the light blade, and then fell to the ground without moving.

Before he died, his eyes were full of doubt and anger.

The few remaining companions looked at it, and immediately raised their heads, looking at each other.

They wanted to attack, but when they saw the murderous aura emanating from Lin Ye, they turned around and ran out of the aisle.

A few even wanted to shout for help.

Naturally, Lin Ye would not give them a chance to escape.

He chased after them directly, and knocked down the guys who had abandoned their armor and run away one by one.

In addition, Lin Ye also rewarded these people with a few more punches, directly breaking their arms into comminuted fractures.

According to the medical level of the temple, comminuted fractures are not difficult to treat, and there will be no difference between recovery and before injury.

But there is only one thing that cannot be cured, and that is the wounded mind. Presumably these people will never dare to have crooked thoughts in the future.

After cleaning up the gang of rotten fish and rotten shrimp, Lin Ye looked up and looked around.

In the middle of the aisle not far away, there is still an airship parked.

Looking at the logo on the ship, it seems to be the means of transport of the Ibrahimovic Chamber of Commerce.

Through the translucent glass back panel, you can see that most of the food and drinking water in the cabin have not been evacuated, and there are also some precious pharmaceutical resources.

Although the variety is not rich enough, these supplies are enough for the Ayer civilians on the outskirts of the temple city.

The premise is that these materials have not been detained by the people of the Ibrahimovic Chamber of Commerce.

Judging from the previous conversations at the scene of the riot, these people were ordered by Shangfeng to carry out the so-called material distribution.

However, the reality is quite different.

Most of these things probably went into their pockets.

Lin Ye stepped over the unconscious Al people on the ground, boarded the airship, and began to check the specific situation of the supplies inside.

He opened a box at his feet, picked up a square bag of rations, and immediately felt a hard touch from his fingertips.

”Is this what the Ayre people usually eat?”

This thing feels no different from compressed biscuits!

He weighed the food in his hands, and then turned his gaze to the other side of the cabin, where there was a lot of drinking water, but the water container looked a little worn, as if it had been reused many times.

Lin Ye tried to open the packaging bag, tasted the food, then took out a bottle of water and took two sips.

Surprisingly, these ordinary-looking foods taste and texture very well.

At least it was much better than the special forces rations on Blue Star.

But according to what the passers-by said before, they eat these things all day long.

It was quite novel at first, but after that, I didn’t have the desire to eat at all.

Thinking about it, I have eaten these things for hundreds of years, and I probably feel sick when I see the packaging.

However, a question gradually emerged in his mind:
Standard industrial food, cheap and high in calories, why is it so scarce?

When Lin Ye hadn’t carried out the fusion upgrade of the floating island, the area of the temple was not small. Apart from the city for living, there were also large areas of forest vegetation that could be used for planting.

And according to the memories passed down, there are many fully automated breeding farms in the temple, specially used to cultivate animals for food.

With these conditions, it is a bit strange that this small-populated city will still be short of supplies.

After finishing what was in his hand, Lin Ye continued to inspect on the airship.

However, at this moment, he saw an unknown building next to it with its door open.

And just now these people also walked out of the building.

What is it here for?

Lin Ye jumped off the airship and walked in there.

From the outside of the building, I really don’t know what it is used for.

But after walking in, he went around many corners before he came to a hidden warehouse, which was full of supplies.

Lin Ye looked at the scene in front of him and couldn’t help being a little surprised.

Didn’t the group of people just say that they want to share the resources equally? Why are all the materials stored in this place?

When he was puzzled, he saw a list of transactions scattered on the low table beside him.

Many addresses and names were written on it, and most of them were marked.

”Seventh Street, Area B, Gladstone, twenty boxes of supplies...”

”No.13 Street, Area B, Ruskin, fifteen boxes of supplies...”

”No.13 Street, District B, Jones, fifteen boxes of supplies...”

The city in this temple is divided into three rings, from the inside to the outside are A, B, and C three areas.

Area A is full of elites, powerful people and big shots.

Area C is where Lin Ye passed by before, and all of them are ordinary people.

Now on this list, except for the residents of District B, there is no trace of civilians in District C at all.

Could it be that all the supplies looted from civilians were given to the people in Area B?
