Starting from the Wizarding World

Chapter 135: The Paradise of Strange Species, the Blood Prison Incident!Chapter 135: The Paradise of Strange Species, the Blood Prison Incident!

Rorschach was not surprised at all that Nicole couldn’t find any intermediate scholars willing to participate in the exchange, because the scholars in the [Tower of Omniscience] were essentially a group of hardcore wizard nerds, and it was not easy to get them to go on a long journey.

Even Nicole herself would probably not be willing to participate in this kind of social interaction activity if her teacher hadn’t assigned her this task.

But there is no way, sometimes you just can’t help yourself.

[Grey Tower Academy], as the cradle of wizards in the Grey Tower Continent, has similar cooperation and exchanges with all parties, and no one is embarrassed to refuse.

Because each party has many wizards who graduated from the Grey Tower Academy, they will give them some face.

In addition, Rorschach had heard that the dean of the Gray Tower Academy was also a member of the ’Tower Research Society’ of the Omniscient Tower.

Generally speaking, the style of the Gray Tower world group is very complicated, which is somewhat different from the situation in the Blood Prison world group.

It was only after Rorschach came here that he gradually noticed the difference.

”Gray Tower Academy? It’s time to go check it out...” Many figures flashed through Rorschach’s mind, and a smile appeared on the corner of his mouth.

……

a few days later.

Nicole finally found all the people who were going to participate in the exchange.

There are three intermediate scholars in total. In addition to Nicole, the team leader, there is Rorschach, who is known as the ’youngest intermediate scholar in the tower’, and another intermediate scholar named Bell, who is a four-ring Moon Master Wizard!
Although Rorschach had met the great wizard Bell several times in the tower library, the two were not familiar with each other.

It’s not that the other party is arrogant and looks down on him because he is the Two-Ring Morning Star, but simply because the great wizard Bell is very introverted.

It is said that he would not utter more than a hundred words throughout the year, and most of them were words like ”um, okay, no”, etc. Even when he met senior scholars or great scholars, he was the same.

However, his presence in the tower was not considered strange, as there were many more peculiar scholars in the tower.

Just the ones Rorschach has seen, there are a lot of strange species.

There is a senior scholar named ’The Hanged Man’ who hangs upside down on the ceiling no matter what he does, whether it is walking, reading, or even resting. He vows to continue hanging upside down to the end.

There is also a great scholar named Jin, who often appears in the tower in various forms. Sometimes he is a walking chair, sometimes he is a talking door, and so on.

Rorschach had met the great scholar ’Jin’ before. On that occasion, he was looking through materials under a desk lamp in the library. After he had been looking through for about half an hour, the desk lamp suddenly asked him: What are you looking for? Do you want me to help you find it?

Rorschach remembered it very clearly. Not only was he frightened that time, but even Segura, who was napping on his shoulder, was frightened so much that he fell five meters high.

If he hadn’t reacted quickly, the lamp was most likely owned by the well-known furniture expert in the tower, Mr. Jin, and he almost took action.

Since then, he has developed a habit of using the True Prison Eyes to check whether the great scholar Jin is there before sitting down.

Rorschach even thought that the tower could be renamed the Paradise of the Devils.

In short, compared with those eccentric scholars, the great wizard Bell who keeps silent is relatively normal.

When Rorschach saw the great wizard Bell, he immediately asked Nicole out of curiosity, ”How did you convince him?”

”I promised him that as long as he participates in this exchange, I won’t say a word to him for the next ten years.” Nicole whispered.

”...”

After Nicole said this, Rorschach understood.

It must be that she tried to persuade the other party tirelessly, and the great wizard Bell couldn’t stand her nagging anymore, so he agreed.

Normally, when these three intermediate scholars participate in an exchange activity together, the leader should be the most powerful Great Wizard Bell.

But he only agreed to participate because Nicole’s nagging gave him a headache, so it was naturally impossible for him to be a team leader, so this task ultimately fell on Nicole.

As for the junior scholars, Nicole selected a total of seven, ranging from the first to the third ring, all of whom were wizards who lived in the tower.

A group of ten scholars soon set out on their journey.

It is worth mentioning that if Luo Xia had just arrived at the Gray Tower Continent, he would definitely be wondering why such a long-distance journey was not directly teleported using the space magic array.

You know, when you are in the Blood Prison World Group, whether it is different areas within the Eighteen Blood Prisons, or traveling between the Eighteen Blood Prisons and the Blood Prison Island, you can teleport remotely through the space wizard formation.

However, this does not work in the Grey Tower Continent.

The essence of the Gray Tower World Group is a large number of small worlds surrounding the Gray Tower Continent, and the Gray Tower Continent can be regarded as a higher world.

In terms of world standards, it is even higher than Blood Prison Island. This also makes the various rules of the Grey Tower Continent extremely stable, and it is impossible to teleport using space magic arrays. Only the top Yueyao Great Wizards who master the rules of space can break the space of the Grey Tower Continent with their personal strength.

In addition, even most of the great wizards of the Moon have to find ways to travel on their own.

Whether you fly by yourself or take public transportation, don’t even think about teleporting using the space magic array.

This time, Luo Xia and his companions took the ”Crystal Energy Flying Boat”, which was produced by the [Crystal Energy Group] in the Ark World Group and is also one of the standard means of transportation in the tower.

Its flying speed is no less than that of the Three-Ring Morning Star flying at full speed, which can be said to be fast.

So the price is naturally very expensive. Even if an ordinary three-ring Morning Star empties its family savings, it cannot afford a ”Crystal Energy Flying Boat”. But for the [Tower of Omniscience], this is nothing and is a standard travel item.

In addition to the ’Crystal Energy Flying Boat’, the tower is also equipped with a higher-level ’Crystal Energy Divine Boat’ and the highest-level ’Crystal Energy Ark’!
It is said that it is a low-profile version of the Ark developed by [Crystal Energy Group] imitating the eternal world device ’Zhouji Ark’ of the Ark World Group.

But even so, it is much better than the ordinary ’Crystal Energy Flying Boat’.

However, intermediate scholars like Rorschach are not qualified to apply for that kind of creation. At least one has to be a great scholar or above to be qualified.

”You all should go and take care of your own things first. I’ll notify you when we’re almost there.” Nicole said to everyone as soon as she got on the flying boat.

Soon, everyone, including the great wizard Bell, didn’t bother to be polite with Nicole and went about their own business.

Because they knew that if they wanted to go from the [Tower of Omniscience] to the [Grey Tower Academy], it would take at least ten days even if they took the ’Crystal Energy Flying Boat’.

None of them wanted to waste time on the journey.

So, some were practicing, some were reading, and the rest were just chatting on the flying boat.

Rorschach had no intention of listening to their conversation, but a topic raised by a junior scholar named Ubery piqued his interest:
”Have you heard? Something big seems to have happened in the Blood Prison recently.”

”What’s the big deal? Tell me in detail.” Another junior scholar, Koby, asked curiously.

”It seems that something unexpected happened in the extraterritorial battlefield. A Five-ringed Moon Star named Jiying was instigated by the extraterritorial old gods to rebel, causing the eleventh prison master of the Blood Prison to fall into a trap set by the extraterritorial old gods and unfortunately die. This in turn opened a gap in the extraterritorial battlefield of the Blood Prison, triggering a series of chaos.”

Ubery pondered, ”After that, the Outer Gods attacked several strongholds of the Blood Prison. It is said that even the origin blood beast of the Eighth Blood Prison was killed by the Outer Gods, which angered the Lord of the Eighth Prison. He went straight to one of the Outer Gods’ divine domains. Although he slaughtered half of the divine domain, he was almost left behind. In the end, it was Lord Warden West who took him back.”

”Has the situation become so tense?” The junior scholar named Kirby asked in surprise.

”Who says it’s not true... It is said that the [Prison Court] has already invited various forces. It should be showing some intention, but I don’t know to what extent it will go this time.” Ubery said with some regret.

”It’s just an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.” A junior scholar named Solo said calmly.

Solo’s words were also recognized by the others.

When Luo Xia heard this, he quietly retreated and came to the aisle of the ’Crystal Energy Flying Boat’, where he could see the window, and sighed:

”It seems that the Eighth Prison Master thinks highly of you, Xiao Gu.”

”That idiot Nuhun, how could he think of running to the opposite divine domain to fight? Isn’t he afraid of being stopped by those ’Lords of the Old Gods’?!” The bloody little toad on Rorschach’s shoulder couldn’t help but curse.

However, Rorschach could tell that Segura, the arrogant toad, was just suffering from his old bad habits again and his words were not sincere.

He was obviously very touched by the Eighth Prison Master’s behavior, but was too embarrassed to express it, so he could only hide his emotions by cursing.

”But this makes sense. Why would those damn old gods appear in the rear?” The bloody little toad said in a heavy tone, ”That guy Willer always likes to charge into the front line. He has survived several encounters with powerful enemies. I didn’t expect that he would fall into the hands of his own people this time...”

Obviously, the ’Viller’ mentioned by Segura should be referring to the eleventh prison lord who was unfortunately ambushed and killed.

None of the lords of the Eighteen Blood Prisons are lower than the Five-Ring Moon Stars, and their strength is far different from that of ordinary Five-Ring Moon Stars.

For example, Tiffany, the thirteenth prison lord whom Rorschach had met, and Angry Soul, the eighth prison lord whose strength Rorschach was unable to discern at the beginning, were actually both five-ringed Moon Stars, but ordinary five-ringed Moon Stars would only be beaten by them.

Rorschach has never seen the eleventh prison lord, but he thinks he is the same.

However, Rorschach did not expect that, to some extent, he himself was one of the triggers of this Blood Prison incident.

The bloody little toad was still gritting his teeth at this time: ”I remember that guy Jiying. He was always very polite to me every time he saw me. How dare he do this!!”

”This matter... may have something to do with me.” Rorschach said suddenly.
