Starting from the Wizarding World

Chapter 131: A sudden increase in strength and a drastic change!Chapter 131: A sudden increase in strength and a drastic change!
Gray area.

The headquarters of the Paradise Church, in the prayer room of the Paradise Cathedral.

The old pope said earnestly, ”Abel, what I am about to tell you is the biggest secret of our Paradise Church. You must be mentally prepared...”

Abel said respectfully: ”No matter what the secret is, it will not affect my loyalty to my Lord. I will always be the Lamb of the Lord.”

When Abel mentioned our Lord, the expression on his face became more pious.

This made the old Pope very satisfied.

But he obviously didn’t know that when the traitor in front of him mentioned ”My Lord”, what he was thinking of was not the God of Distortion and Bliss at all.

The old pope nodded and said, ”Of course I believe in you, otherwise I would not have passed the position of pope to you. As the most favored genius of our Paradise Church in thousands of years, your future is limitless.”

Abel pretended to be confused and asked, ”The future?”

The old Pope smiled mysteriously and said, ”Don’t you think it’s strange that I’m still talking to you about the future now that you’ve become the Pope? In fact, there’s no need to be surprised, because this world is much bigger than you think. The secret I want to tell you is about this world...”

The old Pope’s next words were not new to Abel at all. He simply said that the Gray Region was actually a small world.

Of course, his version of the story would definitely not be centered on the perspective of the wizarding world, but rather it would say that the gods were taken advantage of by the enemies of the gods because of civil strife, causing the gods to be tarnished, and what the believers have to do is to use their own faith to make the gods return.

Translated it means: I am your God, but now I have been harmed by the villain and forced to leave my homeland. Please give me a little faith, and I will grant you eternal life when I return.

If Abel was still the same person, he would not have doubted this statement at all, but unfortunately, he had already changed his ways.

Although Rorschach did not talk to him and Su Xueqi about everything, he at least told them the truth about the six wizard world groups, so he knew very well that those so-called gods were just objects of suppression by wizards. Even in their base camp, the abyss, they would be bullied by the abyss wizards.

Are these gods worthy of his belief?
Naturally, Abel was disdainful of this in his heart.

However, he also knew that only if he went further on this path could he create greater value for his Lord Rorschach.

Therefore, he had always played the role of a devout believer, and as his strength increased rapidly, he soon became the new Pope of the Church of Bliss.

The old Pope called him today not only to tell him the secrets of the Gray Realm and the Gods, but also to give him a chance to choose.

Should he continue to stay in the Gray Region and develop the Church of Bliss here, or should he go to a wider world and make more contributions to the gods?

Abel was waiting for this opportunity and would not miss it. After listening to the old pope’s question, he immediately answered firmly:

”I am willing to die for my Lord!”

”Okay, good boy, I knew I was right about you.” The old Pope smiled with satisfaction.

a few days later.

Abel successfully reached the Grey Tower World Group through the underground altar of the Church of Bliss, but it was not in the Grey Tower Academy.

As soon as he arrived at the Gray Tower World Group, he conveyed this message to Rorschach through the Master-Slave Mark and waited for Rorschach’s instructions.

……

Before Abel arrived at the Gray Domain world group, Rorschach was inside the body of the Earth Emperor Blood Toad Segura, cleaning out the dead blood toad dolls in his body.

Although he had entered the legendary realm when he came last time, he had not yet been promoted to Morning Star at that time, and his overall strength was far less than it is now.

This also made his cleaning speed much faster this time than last time. It was really like a spring cleaning along the way. He used himself as bait to let those blood toad dolls possess his body, and then dragged them directly into purgatory.

This process made Segura feel extremely comfortable, and the same was true for Rorschach.

There are more than a hundred esophaguses in Segura’s body, and when Rorschach had only cleaned out one-tenth of them, he made progress again.

Originally at the lower peak legendary level, he quickly reached the middle legendary level, and in the process he further fed back to his witch spirit.

When Rorschach cleared the fiftieth esophagus in Segura’s body, the realm of the Purgatory Knight side advanced further and reached the upper legendary realm!

You know, if compared with the Morning Star level, this is already equivalent to the life level of a three-ring Morning Star!
But at this time, he had actually only cleaned less than half of Segura’s esophagus, and there were still sixty or seventy esophaguses that had not been cleaned.

Rorschach immediately took action and started cleaning up at a faster speed.

However, after reaching the upper legendary realm, it is not so easy to make further progress. The difference is like that between the morning star and the moon.

Breakthroughs to smaller realms usually come naturally through accumulation, but breakthroughs to larger realms require even greater accumulation and different opportunities.

From this point of view, this is true whether you are promoted from a high-level wizard apprentice to Morning Star, or from Morning Star to Moon Star.

Therefore, at this stage, Rorschach is further accumulating his own foundation in preparation for breaking through the legendary realm.

This also meant that a large part of his Purgatory Power did not need to be used immediately to improve the realm of the Purgatory Knight, because it would be impossible to break through again in a short period of time anyway.

As a result, his True Prison Eyes and Witch Spirit each underwent a transformation. The former had more room to play in battle, while the latter directly allowed Rorschach to move from the first-ring Morning Star to the second ring.

Almost not long after he stepped into the second ring of Morning Star, he felt the master-servant mark with Abel, transmitting a thought.

The content was nothing more than informing Rorschach that he had arrived at the Gray Tower World Group and asking Rorschach if he had any further instructions.

Rorschach’s reply was also very simple, just three words:

”I am coming--”

……

”I am coming?”

Abel was a little unsure of what Rorschach meant for a moment, but he soon understood why Rorschach said that.

Because soon after this thought came, he felt a surge of infernal power coming into his body from the brand, and along with the emergence of this infernal power, Rorschach’s familiar voice rang in his mind: ”Is this the Gray Tower World Group?”

”My Lord?!” Abel was surprised and happy.

”Yes, it’s me.” Luo Xia’s voice sounded in his mind again, ”My original body is still in the Blood Prison, but I just happened to have made some insignificant progress, so I came to see how you are doing.”

”Is this God’s descent?” Abel was a little excited.

Although he no longer believed in the false god, the God of Distortion and Bliss, he was still a fanatic in essence, except that the object of his faith had changed from the God of Distortion and Bliss to Rorschach.

In his opinion, Rorschach’s ability was clearly a gift from God!
”You’re not wrong to understand it that way.” Rorschach rarely corrected Abel’s strange statement.

Because his ability is indeed very similar to the descent from God, and strictly speaking it is even more powerful than the descent from God. The descent from God can only bestow will and power upon the believers, but he can not only do that, but at the critical moment, even his true self can come directly to Abel along the master-slave mark!

Similarly, he can also use the master-slave brand to go to other servants, but the process will consume a lot of energy.

If this ability could only work on the four servants, Rorschach could really be said to be everywhere.

”Tell me what’s the situation here.” Rorschach asked while observing Abel’s environment with his consciousness.

”Yes, I have just been teleported here from the underground altar of the Gray Domain Paradise Church. Someone should be here to pick me up soon. According to the old Pope, I should be baptized by God by then, which will allow me to completely transform into a priest of Paradise...” Abel narrated his own situation.

Rorschach had already observed the surroundings at this time and found that Abel was on a huge teleportation array, and there were three or four people around him. It seemed that they were teleported here at the same time as Abel.

It’s just that those people looked much older than Abel, and the aura fluctuations on their bodies were also similar, equivalent to middle or upper gold.

To Rorschach now, this was no different from an ant. On the side of the Purgatory Knight, he was equal to the Three-ring Morning Star, and his actual combat power was only higher, not lower. This was already enough to fight head-on with the weak divine power of the Abyss Evil God, and there was a high probability that he would win!

Just like Pierre in the past, he had the experience of defeating weak divine powers more than once.

Rorschach asked himself that his strength at this moment was definitely not inferior to Pierre’s. If he added the power of the wizard, Pierre would definitely not be his opponent.

This also means that he can touch even weaker divine powers.

Even if his real body is not here now, he can still defeat the enemy with just this wisp of consciousness and part of the power of purgatory transmitted.

This is the confidence he gained after being promoted to a higher level legend!

While Abel was still recalling what happened before, Rorschach suddenly interrupted him, ”Someone is here, let’s take a look at the situation first before we talk about anything else—”

Abel immediately stopped reminiscing and waited quietly.

Sure enough, not long after Rorschach’s reminder, a figure walked towards the door of the teleportation room.

Since Rorschach himself was not here, he was unable to observe the other party with the True Prison Eyes. He could only roughly sense that the other party was equivalent to a high-level wizard apprentice. The person who came was indeed not an important person. He was only responsible for taking Abel and the others to meet the person in charge here.

After a while, Abel and his companions were brought to a church with a distorted style, just like those distorted churches in the Gray Region.

At this time, a middle-aged man in a priest’s robe appeared in front of them and said with a smile: ”Welcome to the Grey Tower Continent——”

After a brief greeting, the middle-aged man introduced himself to Abel and the others.

His name is Chick, and he is a priest of the Paradise Church on the Grey Tower Continent. If Rorschach is not mistaken, the priest’s life level is roughly similar to that of a first-ring Morning Star. And according to this priest Chick, above the priest there are high priests, divine servants, and divine attendants.

Rorschach didn’t know much about the church developed by the evil god of the abyss, but if he took the priest Chik in front of him as a reference, then the high priest should have a life level of two rings, and the servant of God should have a life level of three rings. It was unknown what the situation of the servant of God was.

Because weak divine power is equivalent to the life level of the four-ring moon, it can’t be that the divine servant is the same as the weak divine power, right?

Of course, these so-called level divisions are actually meaningless.

It’s like the evil gods of the abyss, who are clearly superior life forms by nature, but because their starting point is too high, their combat power is pitifully low.

When fighting against a wizard at the same life level, he would only be attacked by a dimensionality reduction attack, which is why he was beaten by the abyss wizard and fled away in fear.

Rorschach didn’t care about the strength of the priest named Chick, he just wanted to see if there would be any accidents in the baptism of God that Abel was about to receive.

However, the unexpected gain was that the priest Chick then told Abel and the others about the situation in the Grey Tower Continent. Although he did not mention the other five major world groups in the wizarding world, he did explain the general situation of the Grey Tower world group.

Unlike the Blood Prison World Group, the Grey Tower World Group has a much simpler structure, and there is no structure like the Eighteen Blood Prisons.

The entire Gray Tower world group is centered on the Gray Tower Continent!
As for the rest of the small worlds, they are like small islands floating in the starry sky, just like they are attached to the Gray Tower Continent.

At this time, they were on the Gray Tower Continent, and the Gray Domain’s [Gray Tower Academy] was also founded on the Gray Tower Continent.

This is an extremely vast continent, even much larger than any of the Eighteen Blood Prisons, or the Blood Prison Island!
The situation on the Gray Tower Continent is actually like a super-enlarged version of the Gray Domain.

The only difference is that the overlords of the Gray Domain are the three empires, while the Gray Tower Continent has no ruler.

If we have to say there are any, then at most wizard organizations such as [Grey Tower Academy], [Tower of Omniscience], or [Randolph’s Alchemy Hut], etc., can influence the overall situation to a certain extent.

Each of them has a pivotal position in the Grey Tower Continent, but none of them can completely decide everything in the Grey Tower Continent.

Unlike the Blood Prison, the [Prison Court] has the final say!

As for the abyss cults like the Church of Bliss, they are still rats in the gutter in the Grey Tower Continent, but they are not condemned by everyone.

Because most wizards don’t have time to pay attention to them, and the Grey Tower Continent is really too large, giving them more living space than the Grey Domain.

Rorschach was listening with great interest, but something unexpected suddenly happened on my side!

……

Boom!

Rorschach was cleaning the last few esophagi and was about to finish when he suddenly felt a huge shaking!
Then came Segura’s angry frog croaking, which was amplified countless times. It was obvious that Segura had suddenly encountered some trouble. Before Rorschach could figure out the situation, the mini version of Segura he had seen before appeared in front of him and said to him with a heavy face:

”We might be in trouble, Rorschach—”

”What’s going on?” Rorschach asked immediately.

”My real body is currently at the rear of the extraterritorial battlefield. Originally, I was responsible for clearing out the miscellaneous soldiers, but I don’t know how the enemy directly crossed the front line and came to the rear. I can’t stop them by myself!”

Segura explained hastily, ”I originally wanted to teleport you back to your original location, but now the surrounding space has been locked by the other party, and even I can’t leave. I’m really sorry this time...”

While Segura was communicating with Rorschach, his real body was still fighting with the enemy, which Rorschach could feel from the vibrations around him.

Segura’s words made Rorschach’s heart sink slightly.

Because he understood that if even Segura couldn’t deal with the enemy, then he would definitely be helpless.

Before, after being teleported here, he used the True Prison Eye to observe Segura again and found that Segura was indeed an original blood beast with the same status as the Five-Ring Moon. This was why it was able to conclude an equal contract with the Eighth Prison Lord, because its strength was no less than that of the Five-Ring Moon!
Moreover, because the original blood beasts have a deeper connection with the Boundless Blood Prison, they can often exert strength stronger than their own life level near the Blood Prison world group!

Even in this situation, Segura was caught off guard by the alien enemy, and judging from its tone, it might be in great danger this time.

Faced with such a sudden and drastic change, how could Rorschach not feel heavy-hearted?

”Wait, if the space is completely blocked, why is the connection I established through the master-slave brand not affected at all?” Rorschach suddenly discovered a blind spot.

Because at this moment, his consciousness on Abel’s side was still not affected in any way, and he could also feel that he could go directly to the Gray Tower Continent where Abel was through the master-slave mark!

This gave him an idea and he said, ”I may have a way to escape from here. If you can hide on me, I may be able to take you away with me.”

”Are you sure?” Segura was a little surprised when he heard it.

Because even it couldn’t deal with the current situation, so how could Rorschach, a little guy who had just broken through to the Morning Star level, say he had a way?
”Sure.” Rorschach nodded.

”I can indeed do this. Although my strength will plummet in a short period of time, I can still recover if I am given some time. But once I do this, there will be no turning back. If you cannot escape by then, I may not even be able to delay time!” Segura said.

”It should be fine.” Rorschach said again.

”Okay, then I’ll gamble with you!” Segura said.

As it spoke, the aura of this mini body became stronger and stronger, and the noise emitted by its real body also increased synchronously!

Obviously, it was using a method similar to burning power, burning part of its own power to achieve an explosive effect, while transferring another part of the power to this mini body in order to attach to Rorschach.

After a while.

”Okay, quack!”

Mini Segura suddenly leaped up, shrank again in mid-air, and hit Rorschach’s earlobe directly.

Luo Xia only felt a slight pain in his earlobe, and then he heard Segura’s voice: ”I am already on your ear. If you have any solution, hurry up. My real body can’t hold on for too long!”

”it is good!”

Rorschach didn’t hesitate any more and closed his eyes!
