Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 465: Checking the Off-Limit Sea, Basics

”I got 685 Trinity Force.”

”I have 559 Trinity Force.”

”I got 495 Trinity Force. Is that average or above average?”

”Below average, most likely.” Natalia snickered.

”Tsk, then what do you have, Miss Natalia?”

”Heh, I have 852 Trinity Force.”

”Shss, voice down, Nat. I have 879 Trinity Force,” Marcus laughed.

”You kids still need to train,” Kexell said with a laugh.

”Why, How much trinity force you got?” Noah curiously asked.

”Heh, I have 1058 Trinity Force, and I am an Elite God.”

”It’s not highest among us, that we all know for sure,” Emma remarked with a chuckle.

”It seems like those with over 1000 Trinity Force are considered Elite Gods,” Admiral Rudra said as he checked with others.

”Almond, what about you?” Maya turned to Almond.

Everyone looked at him, curious.

”There’s a feature. We can see each other’s power levels and statuses. I’ve enabled it.”

[Name]: Almond Regalon

[Rank]: Elite God

[Trinity Force]: 2037

[God Energy]: 1,00,000/1,00,00+ (Rank limit)

[Trinity Techniques]: —

[Divine Blessings (5/5)]:

”Damn, two thousand?!”

”As expected of King Regalon.”

”Heh, you all saw the requirement for clearing this 100th floor? It’s 500 to 1000 Trinity Force and average 1000 to 3500 Power Level.”

”how can we see our Power Levels?”

”I can’t see anyone’s Power Level, but you can see the tab when you try to focus on the person you want to know their power level.”

”Oh yeah. But it shows a dash, eh?”

Almond noted it as well and spoke up. ”Power Level is determined by our comprehensive power, so we will need to take some actions. Based on our Trinity Techniques, and our combat ability, the power level is determined.”

”Anyway, let me first check this off-limits ocean,” Almond said and turned around to face the ocean.

”Why?” Big D raised his eyebrows. ”It says off-limits. What if something happens if you try to go in?”

”That’s what I want to know,” Almond said with a chuckle. ”The ocean looks like an illusion since I can see the spatial layer.”

Almond stretched his arm as his palm touched the space. ”Yep. It’s like a wall. We can’t go past this.”

”It must be this floor’s edge. Maybe there’s nothing meaningful past it, just the empty, dark space?” Kira speculated.

”That could be the case, indeed.” Admiral Rudra nodded.

”I’ll send something else past this forcefully and see what happens.” Almond waved his hand, using a few spirits and designing a scout-type Spirit Servant as it appeared before him a second later.

A big eye with devilish wings, and a tail.

Almond’s thoughts were simple. He knew he was going to become an enemy of this Grimworld as soon as he comprehended Voiderran and his entire Deity Familia would have to move sneakily and smartly alongside him or without him, he had yet to decide if he wanted to involve everyone else aside from Lily or not.

Lily would not take No for an answer, and he also wanted her to be his eternal companion because she was the only one capable of catching up with him. Admiral Rudra was also able, but if he decided to separate, Admiral Rudra would be a better leader for the Regalons.

Naturally, he had yet to make a decision as he needed more information, so he wanted to gather as much data about the Grimworld as possible.

Sending the scout past the spatial layer, Almond felt intense resistance and it couldn’t go in.

”It looks like I’ll have to exert myself a bit,” Almond muttered as his eyes flickered.

His will imposed over and his Unbound Hack got boosted.

The scout tore through the spatial layer, breaking another one of the Grimworld’s laws.

With his senses shared, Almond saw what was past the border and felt overwhelming pressure coming from below as the scout began to get erased by pure destructive force.

Almond put up his own willed resistance to keep it as long as possible while observing.

Down below, he saw strange colorful sparks, but he couldn’t see at the absolute bottom as he hit the limit of his power that couldn’t be broken with will, but required training.

He must become stronger.

’Grimworld Tree has three layers...if we are in the topmost and if this world is shaped like a tree, we must be among the leaves, I suppose.’

Shaking his head, Almond removed that thought. He was just throwing out guesses. But the fact was that his current strength wasn’t enough to see through the fabric of this world in detail.

”Alright, everyone. Before we move, let me tell you some information about this for preparation.”

Almond turned around and announced. ”We will read in groups of ten to fifteen while moving towards the center. Fortunately, we are provided with a simple live map by the Grimworld that notes things we discover. The arrow pointing in it leads to the center of this floor.”

”We will move in different groups, but we can remain in contact with each other regardless of the distance on this floor by using our Geneline’s connection to talk and converse unless something blocks us from doing so.”

”The challenges and events, and whatever this place has are both easy and hard to find. The easy ones give away their location by the phenomenon we discover while there are some that are hidden and require some puzzle-solving to find. Completing these challenges and events gives Trinity Force and God Essence as rewards. Of course, the hidden and harder ones give more.”

” Trinity Force is added to individuals. If you haven’t felt it yet, Trinity Force determines our overall potency of everything. As for the God Essence that we earn, 50% of it is automatically stored as the familia’s property for me and the god council members to spend, while you keep the remaining 50%.”

”We can use God Essence to purchase many things, including summoning living beings, and reviving fallen comrades as long as 24 hours haven’t passed since their deaths, but for that, we have to enter one of the cities on this floor.”

”That’s all. Now, let’s start moving.”

...

On the other hand, the Deity Familias saw the leaderboard as a brief silence descended, which was broken by one hearty laughter.

”You all can go back to your home now. The House Regalon will become the allies of...”
