Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 463: The Grand Annihilation Plan (7/7), Ascension to the Third Layer

With no competition in the Ascension War Zone, Almond arrived at the end and stood on an Ascension Spot, a pedestal-like pillar.

There were 49 more Ascension spots, meaning that a total of 50 Supreme Emperors along with their Geneline-affiliated members could ascend to the third layer via the Ascension War Zone.

Moreover, the Ascension Spots would refresh every year like the Ascension Games.

This time, there was no competition, so after Almond got the Ascension Spot, he got a notification from the Grimworld.

[ Congratulations. You will now ascend to the third layer where challenging adventures and wars with others await. Would you like to take along every person with your Geneline or a certain number of them? You may decide. ]

Almond had already decided to take everyone with him.

He had already talked with Lily on how to proceed after ascending, so he was ready.

Having made his decision, Almond replied.

In the next second, he was enveloped in a golden film.

All the Regalons were enveloped in a golden film. The ones who had entered the Ascension War Zone and the two billion Regalons back on planet Earth were also enveloped in a golden film.

Earth was a bit empty since Almond had stored some of the signature buildings that Krala and others had created with much work and all the people of Earth were also waiting while watching the stream since they knew they were about to ascend when Almond went to the Arcadia Spectrum to wage this war.

Back in the Ascension War Zone, Big D was standing on another pedestal as he also accepted, and so did the other Supreme Emperors who were his followers, standing on the other Ascension Spots.

Everyone was enveloped in a golden film and stayed that way for three seconds before vanishing.

Those who ascended from the second layer wouldn’t directly enter the Abyssal Grim Tower.

To enter the Abyssal Grim Tower required the familia to have a certain Power Level.

Instead, they would arrive at one of the three thousand cosmoses that circled around the Abyssal Grim Tower.

And the choice of where to go was theirs, or more specifically, it belonged to Almond since he was the originator of the Regalons.

The place he, Big D, and other individual Supreme Emperors who kept their own Genelines knew what to select as they had discussed beforehand.

Veitara Cosmos.

Myriad Star Alliance’s main base on the 75th floor was being destroyed by multiple big and powerful familias that had descended from above floors when Almond and the two billion Regalons arrived on the Veitara Cosmos.

This cosmos had the smaller base of Big Ten where they usually sent their newly ascended Supreme Emperors.

Naturally, it was a weak base that only had weaker God-rank powerhouses and Supreme Emperors.

Almond and others arrived on a mostly empty planet in the Veitara cosmos, which only had monsters and no intelligent races.

Almond took out the big buildings, including the inter-dimensional buildings he took from Starry Horizon Academy like Vitalis Crucible Tower and Devil’s Playground.

Krala, Neo, and all other Supreme Emperors among Regalons and Big D’s followers who had suitable exotic elements to build structures started building them.

In just an hour, a massive city spanning 450 kilometers in diameter was created with enough houses for the two billion Regalons.

Over 90% of the Regalons were in the High-mortal Rank since those who became Regalon and new kids birthing were already as strong as Mythical-rank A.K.A peak of the Mortal-rank due to the power of the Geneline.

All of those people began settling down in the new homes, led by the leaders who handled the mundane settings.

Those who had yet to become Supreme Emperors also began helping to settle down and establish a new order.

Until they reached the Supreme Emperor by using the facilities and resources they had amassed by looting the Big Ten, they had no business in the conquest.

On the other hand, Almond and other Regalons who were Supreme Emperors went high up, outside the planet as they floated in space with stars glittering far and wide.

Big D and his Supreme Emperor followers were also there.

All of them floated in focus and meditation.

They had reached saturation in their current lifeform, and upon arriving here, they could already feel this superior energy in the atmosphere tugging at them.

Breaking through to God-rank lifeform, a whole new realm from before, required Supreme Emperors to conjoin their sources and form the Trinity Source.

Body, Mind, and Soul as one.

There were no barriers to this process. All one required was to reach the Supreme Emperor and sense this superior energy in the atmosphere.

Once they managed to sense it, they would have to use it as a medium and a chain where their physical body’s source, mental source, and soul source are connected.

The moment that connection is formed, a natural flow of evolution follows.

Their exiting Prana and soul energy dispersed.

A single pool of superior energy formed, existing under the new Trinity that formed.

God Energy.

And this energy was determined by the number of people having the same Geneline.

The power of this energy, however, was determined by the force of one’s Trinity—Trinity Force.

Trinity Force dictated the power of one’s body, soul, mind, and God Energy.

The only way to acquire Trinity Force was through the Abyssal Grim Tower, by participating in various challenges and events through the floors.

As soon as Almond became a God-rank lifeform, his body transformed.

Everyone who broke through transformed and they felt the manifestation of the 4th Geno Gate that appeared, though it would take some time before they would be able to open it.

For now, the initial allocation of the Trinity Force depended on the prowess and potential of one’s Geneline, and one’s arsenal of powers that one had cultivated so far.

Almond opened his eyes, feeling a surge of newfound power and elevation of his senses.

In the next moment, he also felt a resonation with Lily as his Geneline churned, wanting to conjoin with the other half.

After all, Lily’s Regalon Genelinie was the upgraded form as it had assimilated the powers of Achromatic Geneline.

Without further ado, Almond accepted it and his Geneline surged with new powers.

Lily also felt new changes since Almond had assimilated Kexell’s Geneline aspects into Regalon Geneline.

”Almond, it looks like it’s time for me to become a Regalon as well,” Big D said as he arrived before Almond.

Kexell also arrived while Admiral Rudra and other top brass of Regalons also gathered as they finished the breakthrough.

”Let’s start the Regalon Divisions with Big D and Kexell,” Almond announced.

The geneline had a limit on the aspects of powers it could hold. Right now, Regalon Geneline had already incorporated major aspects of Achromatic Geneline and some Kexell’s Geneline since Almond had hit the limit.

There was no more space to add more aspects of other Genelines.

So the plan was to create ten divisions, each with a Regalon-major Geneline, but having different aspects to create a diverse set of Divine Blessings.

”We will have ten divisions total, equaling the ten God Council members. I want each member to be competent enough to create signature Divine Blessings blooming from their modified Genelines.”

Almond smiled and continued. ”Everyone is free to choose which five Divine Blessings to keep for the usage, according to their combat styles.”

Big D nodded. ”Sounds good.”

”You choose the name for my division,” Kexell said with a grin.

”Divison Hexa Regalon of Kexell.”

”And for me, it’ll be the Milleno Regalon Division,” Big D said with a wide grin. ”With my set of abilities, people who choose this division will have cloning and scouting powers aside from your signature Regalon powers for superiority.”

”Well then, let’s start creating our first set of Divine Blessings,” Admiral Rudra smashed his fists and smiled. ”Let’s start climbing floors after setting up our Deity Familia.”

...

On the other hand, Myriad Stars Alliance was exhausting all of its resources as various items and artifacts won from their centuries of surviving on the floors.

At the moment, there were not three but a total of eight great deity familias were attacking them.

Although those who descended from higher floors were suppressed, the Myriad Stars Alliance was being destroyed with utter impunity.

The forces that were on the 75th floor couldn’t even participate in the destruction. They were not allowed to.

All they did was watch while eating popcorn, floating high up and far away.
