Re-Awakening: I Ascend with a Legendary class

Chapter 464: Entering the Abyssal Grim Tower, Determining The Winner

As everyone had broken through to God-rank, their previous abilities were useless.

They no longer had Arcane Board, so it was impossible to execute the abilities.

Naturally, Genelines’ abilities were still available.

Aside from that, they also needed to create Trinity Techniques, which were similar to abilities and skills.

In the first layer, the moves were termed skills.

In the second layer, they were termed abilities.

And in the third layer—Techniques.

Trinity Techniques. Using one’s arsenal of powers to execute a move that one has designed, has a variety of effects.

”You all create some Trinity Techniques while I create a bunch of blessings temporarily to use for now and get to know the combat here by entering the Abyssal Grim Tower.”

”You can’t wait to meet her, am I right?” Admiral Rudra heartily chuckled.

To meet Lily, he would have to enter the Abyssal Grim Tower.

Almond wanted to enter the tower and settle the familia there to gradually and speedily catch up with Lily and incorporate Achromatic familia in the Regalon.

There was also the announcement he made about allying with the familia that contributed the most to the destruction of Myriad Stars Alliance, so Almond knew he had to be prepared for that.

Those were his words, and the Chiefs of those powerful families who destroyed the alliance would come to him to form an alliance.

An hour passed by as Almond finished creating the blessings while others also created a few Trinity Techniques according to their combat styles.

Almond could create Trinity Techniques while fighting. There was no need for him to do it now.

”Interesting. It seems the blessings rated by the Grimworld itself,” Big D said as he looked at the list of blessings everyone could access.

”So the higher the rating, the more powerful the blessing it is, right?”

”Yeah, that should be the case.”

”Eh? You created seven blessings?!”

Everyone was looking at the list of blessings they could suddenly access after Almond applied them.

All the Regalons on the planet also felt something and could access the list of blessings.

[Divine Blessings]

1. Insperedox Regalon Barrier (L).

2. Doom Sense Automaton Combat (SS).

3. Cursed Benediction Release (S).

4. Sepheron Regex Cloak (SS).

5. Regalon Armament Codex (SSS).

6. Everbloom Overdrive (SS).

7. Veil of Severence (SSS).

The whole entourage of God-rank powerhouses numbered 168 people, but not all of them were Regalons, so they didn’t get the blessings.

Big D’s most of the followers were not Regalons, as they had kept their own Geneline.

Initially, Big D and those followers were a mutually beneficial single group to eventually fight against the Big Ten.

After ascending, they decided to go their separate ways, having no idea what the third layer was about.

But now, all of them were thinking that they should just become Regalons.

Regalon Geneline was ultimately flexible in the sense that it had freedom in terms of designing combat styles according to individuals. Regalon Geneline’s abilities were not fixed for everyone, after all.

Everyone could create their own armament set and weapon, and the powerful vision talent, as well as severance and spirit harvest, could be done according to the individual to suit them during combat.

The debuff creation was also flexible since people could design ultimate debuffs accordingly to enhance their combat styles against their opponents.

Not to mention that everyone still had their own assets like elemental masteries, intents, and ability trees that are used to design their Trinity Techniques.

As such, Big D’s followers voiced out their desire to become Regalon and Almond had no problem in gaining more powerhouses, so he made them Regalons.

”Alright, time to go.” Almond’s eyes flickered as he saw a flickering screen of Grimworld before him when he desired to enter the Abyssal Grim Tower.

[ Choose the floor ]

Available floors:

—> 100th

—Floors conquered: 0

There was no other option except for the 100th floor, so Almond vanished, followed by everyone else.

They arrived at the beach of a vast ocean that faced an exotic forest.

[ The ocean is off-limits. You are at the edge of the 100th floor. You may move towards the center while surviving and participating in challenges and events you encounter if you wish to. ]

[ If you wish to attain a territory for your Deity Familia, you must defeat another Deity Familia in a random war event as there are no territory spots left on the 100th floor. ]

[ If you wish to ascend to the higher floor, you may challenge the Floor Boss at the center. Floor Boss challenge may vary according to the number of participants, but as long as the Chief God is in the party and wins, the Deity Familia can ascend to the 99th floor. ]

[ All the best and good luck in your endeavors. ]

”Our new status is out. Let’s see who got how much Trinity Force in the start,” Kexell said with a grin.

...

An announcement rang on the 75th floor.

[ Myriad Star Alliance consisting of ten Deity Familia has been annihilated. Their territory is open with a 10-person Boss Challenge. The familia that sets the highest record of defeating this boss fastest will acquire the territory. ]

The nine big-shot deity familias that had descended with their armies now faced each other.

Their Chief Gods/Goddesses sat at a table in the center.

These nine familias were from between the floor 15th to floor 28th.

Their Chiefs gods were the fastest to act and were also more desperate for improvement.

There were other deity familias who were tempted upon seeing Almond’s latent potential, but the ones that arrived early obviously made more contributions, so other familias didn’t bother coming down.

Now, these nine chiefs faced each other to determine which of their deity familia made the highest contribution.

”Obviously, it is us.”

A flaming red-haired man with pale white skin that had glowing symbols on his bare upper body and had two curved glowing black horns spoke first.

Raileo Torfansa, God King-rank and chief god of the 15th floor’s 28th-ranked Deity familia—Torfansa Os’lorn Familia.

”Humph, you arrived last and you say you made the highest contribution?”

”It was us. We arrived first, and caused the most destruction.”

”Wrong. You may have arrived first, but you are not the strongest and haven’t caused as much destruction as us who arrived right after you.”

”Right after us?! Humph, nobody but us was here for ten whole minutes.”

”So what? The things you can do in ten minutes can be done by us in one minute.”

”We are the first ranker in the contribution. If anyone has an objection, we will visit your deity familia’s base.”

”Who are you threatening? Do you think just because you are on the 15th floor, you can come down to the 28th floor and wipe us out? Hahaha, what a job. Are you perhaps the new Chief God of your familia?”

”Don’t make empty threats. We all live above the 30th floor, and destroying us won’t be as easy as destroying this puny alliance on the 75th floor.”

”Yeah, you are on the 15th floor, not on the 10th or above.”

”How about we put up a request to the Grimworld to be the judge?”

”Good. That will be impartial and ultimate fact on who made the highest contribution.”

The nine of them put up the same request of creating the leaderboard regarding which of them made how much contribution in destroying the Myriad Star Alliance.

Sure enough, the response was swift.
