Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

100: Glass Exhibition 2Little Xu also keenly saw them enter and quickly went to greet them.

”Teacher Sun, Teacher Lu, you’ve arrived. I’ll show you around the Liuli Exhibition and introduce everything to you.”

”Alright, your name is Xu Bai, right? We’ll just call you Little Xu. Little Xu, you’re quite impressive; I didn’t expect this to be a series of products.”

Lu Zhengde looked at the scene before him and patted Xu Bai’s shoulder with satisfaction.

He had thought it was a junior needing guidance, but it turned out to be a rising star.

”What’s the difference between Liuli and star energy stone?” Sun Puge was more concerned with the material differences.

”I see it this way: Liuli is an amorphous inorganic solid material, whose internal structure is not long-range ordered, appearing as a continuous network-like amorphous solid.

While our star energy stone is also an inorganic substance, it is a crystal, and its internal structure is long-range ordered.

This is just my current shallow understanding; to know more about their differences will require a longer time for research.”

Xu Bai expressed his thoughts.

”So that’s how it is. What am I thinking about right now? Do you know?”

Sun Puge looked at Xu Bai seriously.

Xu Bai looked back at him with a bewildered expression.

What?

How would I know what you’re thinking?

”Hahahaha, Old Sun, don’t be so serious. This is just a conjecture, and it might not necessarily be achievable.”

Lu Zhengde laughed, breaking the serious atmosphere.

”Little Xu, we currently have an idea: whether it’s possible to make star energy stone using a cards.”

”Make star energy stone with a cards?” Xu Bai recalled his memories. ”Didn’t they say star energy stone couldn’t be made with a cards?”

”The reason for that saying is because it hasn’t been successfully made yet. Currently, one of my research teams is studying the properties of star energy stone. Looking at it now, I think this Liuli object looks very similar to star energy stone. If we can figure out the energy of star energy stone, maybe it can be made. You can think about whether you want to join the Government; I can arrange for you to be in this team.”

Xu Bai thought about it. He wasn’t particularly knowledgeable about star energy stone, and he had many other cardss waiting for him to make. If he fell into the deep pit of making star energy stone cardss, he didn’t know when he would be able to climb out.

In his opinion, it was already very good if he could just make what he knew.

”Sorry, Teacher Sun, I’m not particularly knowledgeable about star energy stone, so I’m afraid I can’t help you.”

”Alright, I’m not one to force people. You can find me again if you decide to join later.”

”Thank you, Teacher Sun, for your affirmation. I will find you if I want to do research in the future.”

Hearing Xu Bai’s refusal, Lu Zhengde interjected and expressed his thoughts.

”You need to think carefully. In my opinion, researching star energy stone cardss is a pitfall.

Many Card Makers are initially very curious about star energy stone and want to research it, wondering if star energy stone can be made with a cards.

But this is what I think: cards readers consume star energy stone to read cardss. If a star energy stone cards were made, which would be greater, the energy consumed by the star energy stone or the energy extracted from the star energy stone? Just thinking about it gives me a headache.”

”One always has to consider the future more; what if it works out?” Sun Puge wasn’t angry at his old friend for undermining him.

For all things, if you don’t try, how can you be sure it can’t be done? If you have an idea, try it. Maybe you’ll have an unexpected gain.
