Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

82: Penalty resultsThe students returned to their classrooms after eating, intending to take a nap, but at that moment, the Homeroom Teachers of each class arrived in the classrooms.

“Students, I’ll take up a little of your nap time. Please gather on the sports field; the Dean has something to announce.”

“Okay.”

All the students lined up and orderly walked to the sports field. Usually, they would gather on the sports field for a meeting on Mondays, but today wasn’t Monday, yet they were asked to gather, which meant something had happened.

Many students thought of what happened yesterday; it should be related to that.

The events of yesterday became known to more and more people as they spread throughout the afternoon, but the absurdity of the matter also became more and more outrageous.

So, the Dean decided to inform all the students about the matter to curb the spread of rumors and also to warn other restless students… “Ahem, everyone, quiet down.” After Dean Liao Qianxin spoke, the buzzing immediately stopped.

Everyone was serious about listening to gossip. (Okay, that’s a joke.)

Everyone respected the Dean; he was a Five-Star Card Maker. For many ordinary Card Makers, reaching Two-Stars in this lifetime was already a very good result; Five-Stars was something they could only dream of.

“I won’t waste any words here. A very serious incident occurred in our academy last night. This is the most severe incident since the establishment of our school.”

“Jin Momo, a student from Class 3, Grade 9, last night, while everyone was resting, secretly snuck into the Homeroom Teacher’s office and replaced the cardss of other groups in her class participating in the Card Innovation Competition, intending to plagiarize others’ works and claim them as her own.”

“Jin Momo was caught red-handed by our academy’s security guards, with ample evidence. During the investigation, Jin Momo also admitted to her actions.”

“Jin Momo’s behavior, on one hand, violated our academy’s rules and regulations, and on the other hand, it was also a serious illegal act.”

“Our academy’s relevant teachers criticized and educated Jin Momo, helping her recognize her mistakes.”

“Based on the investigation results and relevant regulations, and after communicating with Jin Momo’s parents and the victim’s parents this morning, our academy decided to penalize Jin Momo with expulsion and compensation to the victims.”

“We hope all students take this as a warning. If any student commits such an act again, we will punish them severely and show no leniency.”

“The Card Innovation Competition is a competition jointly organized by all academies with Card Makers in the Tianlong Republic. To participate in the competition, we not only need teamwork skills, close cooperation with teammates, mutual support, and encouragement, but also a spirit of struggle, the courage to try challenges, and not to give up easily when facing difficulties and setbacks.”

“Although the results of the competition are very important, the competition is based on fairness. Even if Jin Momo won the championship by doing this, what good would it do? The truth will not be easily covered up, and we would cancel her competition results after investigating.”

“So, everyone, don’t think about doing such things…”

Listening to the academy Dean’s narration, it caused a series of exclamations from the students.

However, as the Dean spoke more and more, and became more and more excited, the students wilted.

Although it wasn’t raining now like it was in the morning, standing for a long time was still quite tiring.

Many students were now praying for the Dean to finish speaking quickly, wondering if all leaders talked so much.
