Different World Card Master: Change the World with Cards

98: Results Announcement 2Yang Haoran looked at Liu Zhitao, confirming that she was indeed scared.

”Alright, Xu Bai, go up and receive the award. One of those trophies has your contribution.”

”Okay, Brother Yang, then I won’t be polite. I’ve participated in several competitions, but I’ve never received an award at a major competition.”

Xu Bai was quite happy about receiving the award and readily agreed.

”You go up, I’ll play with Xu Le.”

Hearing Xu Bai say this, Liu Zhitao quickly took Xu Le from Xu Bai’s arms.

”Lele, come, say ’bye-bye’ to Brother.”

”Brother, bye.”

Standing on the awards stage, receiving the trophy and certificate, Xu Bai suddenly felt an impulse.

He came to this new world, he had to do something, he had to change something.

He always thought he had superpowers before, and now making cardss is also a superpower; he should cherish the present.

He will bring more things to this world.

After the first prize was announced, for the second prize, third prize, and innovation prize, the host did not spend time calling out each number one by one, as there were too many people.

Only to see staff members carrying three large blackboards, each inscribed with the cards serial numbers of the winners for each award, allowing teachers from each academy to check them themselves, and then, after full verification, to collect their award certificates from the side of the exhibition stand.

Of course, for these winners, their names would also be registered according to their application forms, then sealed, and after the college entrance examination results were released, they would be unsealed to add points for these students.

The bonus points were not equally divided among the group, but rather, generously, each person in the group received bonus points: 50 points per person for the first prize, 30 points per person for the second prize, 10 points per person for the third prize, and for the innovation prize, only 3 points per person.

So, some people might wonder if this would be unfair to ordinary students.

To this, one can only say, yes, it would be.

The world is unfair.

Higher Academies need students with good grades, but they need students with innovative spirit even more, so some academies will even set up special recruitment classes specifically to recruit some students with strong innovation abilities, and some people from society are also recruited.

Therefore, there are many innovation competitions in society, and many social Card Makers participate. They think this way - maybe they will be noticed by an academy and be able to attend a Higher Academy, or at the very least, some of their cardss will be purchased for copyright by a company, and they can still support their families.

However, the premise for all of this is that the person needs to be excellent enough... To tally the academy’s award situation.

Yang Haoran assigned tasks to everyone. He and Ji Yun were each assigned one blackboard for the second and third prizes to tally.

Liu Zhitao and Wang Lang were assigned the blackboard for the innovation prize to tally.

As for Xu Bai, he carried Xu Le back to the academy’s exhibition hall to register the cards products that enterprise representatives wanted to purchase. Negotiations for cooperation would follow in the next few days... It wasn’t until noon that everyone finished their work.

”Oh, I’m so tired.”, Liu Zhitao collapsed onto her seat.

This time, everyone’s lunch was not eaten in the central area; they bought it on their way back to the academy’s exhibition hall.

”Brother Yang, it’s all tallied. Our academy has 2 first prizes, 11 second prizes, and 28 third prizes. It seems to be our best performance ever.”

Wang Lang said, looking at the notebook in front of him.

”Yes, it certainly is. It might also be related to the funding from the Fang, Wang, and Li families this year, which allowed students to have more experimental materials.”

Yang Haoran nodded, and a thought immediately came to him, realizing the reason.
