Spiritual Energy Revival: Transform Into a Divine Phoenix, Automatically Upgrade

88: Chapter 88 The Apocalyptic Red Moon! The Great Xia Kingdom Mobilizes its ArmyDeep underground in a corner of the Lighthouse Country, in the west of Blue Star.

In a secret room, the mysterious organization held another meeting.

”It is soon... soon, only half a month remains!”

”The Apocalypse... Red Moon is about to descend. We, the Divine Epoch Organization, have prepared for this for over a century, and we will surely achieve the organization’s ultimate goal!”

”That’s right! This will be our opportunity for human evolutionary transition, and we must seize it!”

”Sigh... it’s a pity... I don’t know how many of the seven billion people on the planet will survive after the Apocalypse Red Moon...”

”Hmph! Have there been few deaths in the history of human evolution?! As long as the Divine Epoch Organization exists, the flame of human civilization will continue!”

”Alright, silence. We have already recalled most of our members globally to the headquarters or branches, and we are prepared to face the Apocalypse Red Moon in half a month. It is time to notify the nations of Blue Star about the information regarding the Apocalypse... After all, the power held by these major nations is very important for the humans of Blue Star after the Apocalypse Red Moon.”

”Seconded!”

”Agreed!”

”Indeed, after the Apocalypse Red Moon, we will still need the major nations of Blue Star to help us withstand the crisis, but the future of Blue Star and humanity belongs to the Divine Epoch Organization!”

”Praise the Divine Epoch Organization!”

Shortly after, the major nations of Blue Star received information from the mysterious organization once again.

This was not the first time the mysterious organization had sent them information; the previously transmitted information about beast levels had already proven how powerful the wild beasts of nature had become.

At that time, once the nations realized the information was true, they organized military forces to vigorously exterminate those powerful creatures.

Now that the mysterious organization had sent a message again, all the nations of Blue Star were confused...

Because the message was very short, consisting of only one sentence...

”Half a month later, the Apocalypse Red Moon... chaos on Blue Star. After the disaster descends, it is estimated that only three billion of the seven billion population will survive!”

What the hell is this?!

All the leaders and upper echelons of the nations on Blue Star were stunned, completely unaware of what this sentence meant.

”Global population halved? A meteorite hitting the Earth? Does this mysterious organization have a mental problem?”

”The Apocalypse Red Moon... Could it be referring to the red moon astronomical phenomenon in half a month?!”

”Is it really that serious? The red moon is just an astronomical phenomenon that happens every few years; how could it be a disaster?”

”This mysterious organization must be a hacker terrorist group wanting to spread rumors and create social chaos...”

Most countries scoffed at this information. After all, there was no other information, and it just claimed that the red moon would bring disaster in half a month, causing the human population to shrink by more than half. It was obvious that this was terror-inducing information spread by some terrorist organization.

Some countries chose to believe it. Previously, relying on the information about beast levels sent by the mysterious organization, they had mobilized personnel to investigate and truly discovered some beasts within their borders that far exceeded their imagination.

Therefore, these countries chose to believe it. Even if it were fake, taking precautions in advance wouldn’t cost them anything; at most, it would waste some manpower and resources, and as major nations of Blue Star, they could afford to waste those resources.

Among them, the Great Xia Kingdom was the most worried about the information from the mysterious organization.

The reason was that the Great Xia Kingdom had vast territory and abundant resources. Over the month since spiritual energy appeared in the air of Blue Star, many violent beasts had already attacked their citizens.

Among the tens of thousands of beasts, there even appeared some powerful ones that were invulnerable to blades and guns, which could not be eliminated by light equipment like rifles.

Even more terrifyingly, a supersonic Prehistoric White-Feathered Great Eagle had appeared in the south of the Great Xia Kingdom!

Therefore, the Great Xia Kingdom attached great importance to this message from the mysterious organization and began a meeting shortly after receiving it.

”This message reveals quite a lot of information...”

”The mysterious organization has named the red moon astronomical phenomenon in half a month as the Apocalypse, viewing it as a disaster that will sweep across the globe...”

”And it is this disaster that could cause the seven billion population of Blue Star to shrink by more than half...”

”If what the mysterious organization says is true... that would be truly terrifying...”

The top leaders of Great Xia were all very fearful and anxious.

You must know that Great Xia is not only one of the top three nations in the world in terms of land area, but also in terms of population!

That’s over a billion people!

If the population were really reduced to less than one billion, they could not imagine how much turmoil the Great Xia Kingdom, which had been stable for a century, would face!

”What we can do at the moment is to cull all potential future crises...”

”I speculate that if the red moon astronomical phenomenon truly represents a crisis, then it must be related to the spiritual energy that has appeared in the air of Blue Star!”

”A crisis related to spiritual energy would be those animals that are mutating and evolving!”

Soon, someone deduced some information based on the domestic situation: the animals mutating after the Apocalypse Red Moon might be the source of the crisis.

”Therefore, I propose that while we still have half a month, we should implement combat measures to wage a full-scale war against the beasts domestically...”

”Agreed.”

The supreme Leader of Great Xia, Leader Xia, nodded after thinking for a moment.

”Military, withdraw the troops from the borders back into the country and cooperate in this operation to exterminate the beasts!”

The military leader looked troubled.

”Leader! Withdrawing the border defense forces is too reckless. If the troops are really redeployed, foreign militants and illegal smugglers will inevitably enter the country...”

”Sigh, there is no other way. Rest assured, your military department does not need to take responsibility for this; I will bear it all myself.”

”Alright then, it can only be this way...”

The military leader sighed silently and said no more.

Although he knew that withdrawing the border forces was equivalent to unlocking the iron lock on the front door of the house and that people with ulterior motives would definitely take the opportunity to sneak into Great Xia, there was no other way.

Because he knew that this operation was being carried out nationwide simultaneously, the coverage was extremely extensive, and the military force being deployed was the largest in modern times!

It would require at least millions of troops!

The military’s regular reserve forces were far from enough to support this combat operation, so they had no choice but to withdraw most of the border defense forces...

After the combat plan was simply formulated, the military personnel immediately began to mobilize the various army groups.

The Leader of Great Xia, Leader Xia, had a calm look in his cloudy eyes, but his heart was full of sorrow.

”I hope this operation is the right one...”

At the same time, he also contradictorily hoped that the operation was wrong.

The reason was that he did not want to see the over a billion people of the Great Xia Kingdom suffer heavy casualties...

Shortly after.

Half a month later, the Apocalypse Red Moon!

Facts proved that this decision made by the Great Xia Kingdom was absolutely correct...
