Special Forces Soldier: Me, the Number One Troublemaker of Wolf Fang

31: Chapter 31 The Domineering Wang YanbingThe words he had just spoken were still fresh in everyone’s minds.

He had said that although Yang Han’s Physical Fitness was strong, Marksmanship was the ultimate standard for measuring a person’s strength.

But now, Yang Han’s Marksmanship was still the strongest.

It could be said that if Xiang Yu were to participate in this Marksmanship assessment, he could also take first place.

However, the outcome was fundamentally different because he was a veteran, while Yang Han was still a recruit.

In the recruit assessment, he surpassed everyone, taking first place in every single event.

This...

How could anyone even evaluate this?

All the Beast Battalion recruits—Zhang Chong, A Gan, Jiang Xiaoyu, Lu Yan, and the others—were speechless. They could only stare wide-eyed, internally screaming that this was freaking badass.

On the high platform, Long Baichuan’s brow was also tightly furrowed. He felt a sense of difficulty; with Yang Han being this strong, in what area should the Beast Battalion compete?

At that moment, a gaze turned toward Long Baichuan.

It was Xiang Yu.

Xiang Yu raised his right fist and gave it a quick shake. Long Baichuan’s eyes flickered, and he instantly understood.

He understood Xiang Yu’s meaning. Xiang Yu’s intent was simple: a contest of fists.

Combat! Hand-to-hand combat!

Long Baichuan’s eyes lit up. That’s right! Among the recruits in the Beast Battalion, there was A Gan, known as the King of Iron Fists. He had won a Muay Thai championship in Siam and even appeared in newspapers; the power of a single punch was six to seven hundred kilograms. That terrifying combat ability meant even some Special Forces couldn’t defeat A Gan in a head-on fight.

And there was another person: Zhang Chong.

This man was even more of a freak of nature. He had never undergone formal combat training, but Zhang Chong had grown up in the snowy ridges of the Northeast, and who knows how many carnivorous wild animals had perished at his hands.

Leopards, wild wolves... Zhang Chong had killed quite a few.

His combat ability leaned toward killing techniques, and his strikes were incredibly vicious. Back when he was a recruit, even when he faced Squad Leader Ba Lang, he could go toe-to-toe with him, eventually making Ba Lang admit defeat.

The combat abilities of these two were the Beast Battalion’s best calling cards.

It was also why Xiang Yu and Long Baichuan believed they could surpass the Iron Fist Regiment in this regard.

Just looking at Yang Han’s fragile, thin body, one could guess his combat power probably wouldn’t exceed 5. Therefore, choosing a combat competition was the best option.

Long Baichuan smiled knowingly, a hint of a grin spreading across his lips.

Seeing this from the side, Kang Lei had a bad premonition.

At this time.

The New Recruit Company’s assessment had completely concluded.

After a chaotic scramble, Yang Han ultimately ended up in the Sharpshooter Fourth Company.

Entering the Sharpshooter Fourth Company along with him were He Chenguang, Wang Yanbing, and Li Erniu.

With these four top-performing recruits all entering the Sharpshooter Fourth Company, Gong Jian’s face was beaming like a blooming flower.

Not long after, Gong Jian walked up to Kang Lei and announced loudly, ”Reporting to the Regimental Commander, the recruit assessment has been successfully concluded!”

”Good.”

Kang Lei stood up and said with a smile, ”I am very satisfied.”

Then, he addressed the crowd: ”Comrades, I am very, very satisfied with your performance. I can say this is the class I am most satisfied with. So many talents have emerged in this batch; it is the honor of the Iron Fist Regiment.”

Clap, clap, clap.

A burst of applause rang out.

At this moment, Long Baichuan glanced at Xiang Yu.

Xiang Yu immediately let out a cold laugh, then stepped forward and spoke: ”As a commander from the Beast Battalion, I also wish to express my high respect for everyone’s powerful performance today.”

”Everyone’s performance was indeed... not bad.”

Xiang Yu deliberately paused, making it feel like there was more to his words. Immediately, many people’s brows furrowed.

Xiang Yu walked out from the Beast Battalion’s group, smiled faintly, and said, ”According to the instructions from higher-ups, our various units should interact more to increase military exchange and improve overall military quality.”

”I believe you all know this.”

”The reason I brought these recruits here today is for only one purpose: to spar with all of you and witness the capabilities of both sides.”

Xiang Yu’s voice was very loud, ensuring all the recruits of the Iron Fist Regiment heard him.

Wang Yanbing snorted coldly, ”This guy talks a big game, but isn’t he just here to show off? I thought they were Special Forces or something. What’s he acting so smug for?”

He Chenguang also frowned. From the moment Xiang Yu and his people arrived, they had worn expressions of contempt, which felt like a provocation.

”I believe that the more primitive the sparring, the more manly it is.”

”And what is the most primitive, most manly act? That would be bare-handed physical combat!”

A sharp, piercing light suddenly erupted in Xiang Yu’s eyes.

”In my Beast Battalion, there are some with very strong combat abilities. I wonder if the Iron Fist Regiment has any?”

”I hope the combat strength of the Iron Fist Regiment’s recruits won’t disappoint me.”

Xiang Yu’s voice was booming, and his tone was extremely irritating.

At that moment.

Wang Yanbing was the first to step out, shouting, ”Buddy, you’re pretty arrogant.”

”Oh?” Xiang Yu’s gaze immediately locked onto Wang Yanbing.

”Coming to my Iron Fist Regiment to act wild—you’d better look at who you’re talking to.”

Wang Yanbing cracked his neck, the popping sound echoing, then he walked toward Xiang Yu. ”Me, Iron Fist Regiment recruit, Wang Yanbing.”

”Very good. The Iron Fist Regiment still has people with guts. The first one to stand up is truly brave.”

Xiang Yu chuckled, while his gaze inconspicuously swept over Yang Han. The implication was clear, as if saying Yang Han had no guts.

Yang Han remained unmoved. He actually wanted to see what kind of trick this fellow Xiang Yu was trying to pull.

”Zhang Chong, A Gan!”

Xiang Yu suddenly shouted.

”Here!”

Zhang Chong and A Gan shouted in unison, then stepped forward together, looking at Wang Yanbing with murderous intent.

Xiang Yu said, ”So, Wang Yanbing, who do you want to challenge? Speak up.”

”Challenge who?”

Wang Yanbing gave a cold laugh. ”I think these two haven’t said much, so they’re actually somewhat pleasing to the eye. I want to challenge you!”

”You arrogant prick, your eyes are practically floating in the sky. Who do you think you’re looking down on?”

Wang Yanbing barked, ”I’m challenging you!”

”Challenge me?”

Hearing this, even Xiang Yu was slightly stunned, as if this were an unbelievable statement.

The Beast Battalion recruits behind him were also taken aback, then burst into laughter. Many looked at Wang Yanbing with pitying gazes.

This guy... he’s like an idiot. Even if you’re looking for death, this isn’t the way to do it, right?

Daring to challenge Xiang Yu—he really doesn’t know how to spell the word ’death’.

Zhang Chong and A Gan glanced at each other, seeing the inexplicable amusement in each other’s eyes.

Even as arrogant and wild as they were, they were full of respect for Xiang Yu.

Why?

Because Xiang Yu’s fists were massive.

One Ba Lang could beat five Zhang Chongs, and one Xiang Yu could beat ten Ba Langs.

Xiang Yu’s strength was just that formidable.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t be called the invincible myth of the Beast Battalion.

”Are you sure?” Xiang Yu said playfully.

Wang Yanbing shouted, ”Stop the damn chatter. Are you a man or not? Get over here and fight me!”

Wang Yanbing’s words were full of dominance.
