Special Forces Soldier: Me, the Number One Troublemaker of Wolf Fang

24: Chapter 24 Friendly Exchange”Old Kang.”

”Chief, what is it?” Kang Lei asked, puzzled. It was a call from Gao Shiwei.

”Recently, the Military Headquarters has been promoting visits and exchanges between units of different branches. Isn’t it just about time for your recruit assessments?”

”When the time comes, other units will be visiting your side for an inspection.”

This left Kang Lei a bit bewildered, and he asked: ”Chief, which unit?”

”The Marine Corps, Beast Battalion!”

Upon hearing this, Kang Lei’s heart skipped a beat.

The Marine Corps was already a very unique branch; their training was infinitely close to that of Special Forces. Therefore, the overall level of the Marine soldiers was often very high, certainly much higher than the Iron Fist Regiment.

And Beast Battalion was an extremely famous entity within the Marine Corps.

Even Kang Lei knew quite a bit about this formidable squad, as they had achieved high rankings in various major military competitions.

In the waters near the Southeast, Beast Battalion had eliminated countless internationally notorious pirates, and those pirates were all of the most vicious and evil caliber.

It could be said that the Iron Fist Regiment was not yet qualified to be mentioned in the same breath as Beast Battalion; even if their scales were different, Beast Battalion was definitely stronger in terms of elite status.

Who would have thought that Beast Battalion would come to visit the Iron Fist Regiment?

Kang Lei gave a wry smile: ”Oh my, Chief, our Iron Fist Regiment is just a regular unit, why is Beast Battalion coming here!”

”What, are you afraid of losing face?” Gao Shiwei smiled calmly.

”Sigh, I’ve heard of Beast Battalion. Their training is calculated based on Special Forces standards; every single one of them is an elite among elites. Furthermore, Beast Battalion has produced many champions and runners-up in international reconnaissance soldier competitions. What is a unit of that caliber visiting our Iron Fist Regiment for? They should be visiting Wolf Fang instead!” Kang Lei said.

”Alright, there’s nothing wrong with mutual visits. Besides, have you forgotten? You have a troublemaker among your recruits, and that troublemaker would be an outstanding talent even in Beast Battalion.”

Hearing this, Kang Lei’s pupils constricted. He immediately thought of one person.

Who Gao Shiwei was referring to was naturally Yang Han.

Thinking about how Yang Han could even defeat Old Gao, Kang Lei couldn’t help but feel more confident: ”Fine, Chief. If those people from Beast Battalion are impolite when they arrive, we won’t be giving them any pleasant looks either!”

”Normal friendly sparring is fine,” Gao Shiwei said with a smile.

Then the phone call ended.

Inside the office, Kang Lei muttered to himself: ”Beast Battalion, I’ve heard that place is known for producing troublemakers. If it weren’t for Yang Han and He Chenguang, my Iron Fist Regiment would truly be an easy target. But now... if you aren’t polite, then you’ll be in for some trouble.”

At this moment.

Marine Corps, Beast Battalion.

Long Baichuan was in high spirits; he was the main figure leading Beast Battalion to the Iron Fist Regiment for a ’friendly’ exchange this time.

Another main figure was the battalion commander of Beast Battalion, that powerhouse who could be called the undefeated legend of Beast Battalion, Xiang Yu.

Xiang Yu was standing right in front of Long Baichuan.

”Uncle Long, what’s the plan for when we go to the Iron Fist Regiment this time?” Xiang Yu grinned, a thick sense of fighting spirit revealing itself in his eyes.

Long Baichuan glanced at him and said with a smile: ”Alright, we haven’t even gone yet, can’t you restrain yourself a bit first?”

”The goal for this trip to the Iron Fist Regiment is very simple: to exchange ideas and see what the quality of the recruits at the Iron Fist Regiment is like.”

Long Baichuan said with a smile: ”The higher-ups’ intention is simple: to have more interaction between the various military branches, so as to stimulate their upward potential and strengthen the quality of the entire military.”

There was a sense of pride on Long Baichuan’s face; that Beast Battalion could be valued by Gao Shiwei and used as a monument for others to chase was no small honor.

”I understand.”

Xiang Yu’s eyes lit up, and he said: ”To put it simply, it’s just a simple sparring match, haha!”

Xiang Yu rubbed his hands together. He could be described as a battle fanatic. He was strong, and he himself was even wilder. He had once passed the Special Forces training camp, yet he chose not to become a Special Forces soldier and returned to Beast Battalion.

The reason was to prove that he had the qualifications to be a Special Forces soldier.

”When the time comes, I hope that group of rookies from the Iron Fist Regiment can let us have a good time bullying them, haha.” Xiang Yu’s face was full of smiles.

He was tired of leading troops; if he could go to another unit and show off his might, that would be a very satisfying thing.

Long Baichuan shook his head with a smile. Xiang Yu was just too competitive.

But that was fine too; having a competitive heart meant that whenever he encountered a strong opponent, he would always want to improve himself.

At this moment, the phone on the desk suddenly rang.

Long Baichuan answered the phone, his expression changing.

”What? Someone fell into the water in the nearby sea area? And it’s Staff Officer Shen?”

Long Baichuan stood up in a flash. This was a serious matter; Staff Officer Shen held a high position in their Marine Corps and was a very talented individual. Now that she had fallen into the water, he could not stand by and watch.

”Xiang Yu, you stay here. I’m going to call those brats with good swimming skills to go save her.”

Long Baichuan hurriedly left the office.

Xiang Yu nodded. In his eyes, only an incomparably intense fighting spirit burned, thinking about how when he got to the Iron Fist Regiment, he would really show off his skills.

This day.

The sun was bright.

Yang Han was taking a walk by the beach alone. Today was a rare day where he could come out to rest. Yang Han felt that training was too boring, so he came out to get some fresh air.

And taking a walk by the beach was often the best way to relieve one’s mood.

Just at this moment.

He heard a burst of noisy sounds ahead. His gaze narrowed, and he saw many people gathered not far away, and there were even reporters present.

”What happened?” Yang Han was a bit puzzled, so he approached.

”The identity of the person who fell into the water is quite secretive, but it seems to be someone from the military. Now the Navy personnel have arrived, and they are carrying out a rescue!”

The reporter was speaking to the camera, and her words were also heard by Yang Han, who was standing to the side.

Someone fell into the water?

Yang Han scanned over, and suddenly discovered a few people whom he seemed to recognize...

Those few people over there putting on diving suits, why did they look more and more familiar the more he looked at them?

Isn’t that Long Baichuan? Beside him, there was also Jiang Xiaoyu and A Gan?!

”What a coincidence, running into them.”

Yang Han was startled inside, but remembered one thing: the system had once said that this was a fused world, not just the world of ’I Am a Soldier’.

”Go, go, go, Xiaoyu, let’s go down!”

Long Baichuan urged. In their New Recruit Company, Jiang Xiaoyu’s Diving Ability could be called invincible, even stronger than his own; many veterans were no match for him.

To save someone, of course, having him do it was the most appropriate.

”Alright, Uncle Long!”

Jiang Xiaoyu’s face was solemn. At this moment, he was missing that playboy look; because he had gone through recruit training, the ruffian air on him had also disappeared quite a bit.

Jiang Xiaoyu hurriedly went into the water, while Long Baichuan, A Gan, and the others waited on the shore.

Yang Han was calm inside, purely watching it as entertainment. After all, he knew about Jiang Xiaoyu’s Diving Ability; saving someone was obviously not a problem.

Five minutes later.

Splash!

Jiang Xiaoyu, who had just dived down, floated back up, but his face was filled with a look of terror.

”Uncle Long, it’s no good, I can’t save her!” Jiang Xiaoyu shouted.

Long Baichuan was stunned and asked: ”What’s going on?”

”There are big sharks underwater, two of them, they are huge! They are guarding the entrance of the cave, and I don’t dare to go in at all.” Jiang Xiaoyu said, still feeling lingering fear.
