Special Forces Soldier: Me, the Number One Troublemaker of Wolf Fang

11: Chapter 11 Old Black Needs AmputationYang Han was satisfied, then looked at Old Hei and said, ”Squad Leader, it’s your turn.”

”Of course, Squad Leader, you don’t have to run either. After all, expecting you to surpass my result is truly asking a bit too much!”

Yang Han was speaking the truth, but this only made Old Hei feel even more annoyed.

As a Squad Leader, how could he not run?

Old Hei snorted, ”Brat, so confident, huh? Fine, fine, fine, then let me show you what I, Old Hei, look like when I explode with power.”

”Don’t get cocky too early, brat. When I explode with power, I’m not messing around!”

Old Hei glared at Yang Han.

Then he walked to the starting point, his gaze suddenly becoming sharp like a wolf or eagle, causing the nearby soldiers of the New Recruit Company to narrow their eyes.

It was evident that Old Hei possessed an extraordinary aura. It was rumored that he had been to the battlefield and only became a Squad Leader in the New Recruit Company after being injured in an accident.

If he hadn’t been injured back then, he would probably still be on the battlefield. For enemies, encountering someone like him would be a nightmare.

Whoosh!

Under everyone’s gaze, Old Hei charged forward. His Speed didn’t look much slower than Yang Han’s.

Yang Han was a bit surprised: ”Huh, Squad Leader Old Hei is actually pretty strong.”

On the side, He Chenguang watched Yang Han with a deep gaze... He hadn’t expected him to be this strong in this aspect; it was something no one had ever imagined!

”Yang Han, the stronger you are, the better it is for me!” He Chenguang thought to himself: ”I’ve been number one since I was a child, and life like this has become boring. Having someone as strong as you isn’t bad; at least I have a target to surpass! I, He Chenguang, will definitely be number one, and I will be able to surpass you sooner or later. Just wait.”

Of course, He Chenguang didn’t know that Yang Han possessed a system, otherwise, he wouldn’t have such childish thoughts.

Meanwhile, on the other side, Old Hei had already finished half the run. His posture was like a fierce tiger, clearly pushing himself to his limits.

Yang Han clicked his tongue in admiration: ”Squad Leader Old Hei is actually not bad.”

Old Hei’s running Speed was indeed very fast, but his face was already flushed red. He looked to be under immense pressure and clearly wasn’t finding it easy.

In contrast, Yang Han had been very relaxed even after finishing the full course.

Phew...

Finally, Old Hei finished the 400-meter run. Yang Han glanced sharply at the stopwatch and found the time to be: 1:30.

”Not bad, but still a bit worse than me.” Yang Han felt a bit secretly pleased.

He had only upgraded his Cross-country Ability to Level 3, and he could run it in 1:27, a full 3 seconds faster than Old Hei who had given it his all!

What if he upgraded it further? Wouldn’t he run even faster?

Of course, Yang Han didn’t have any plans for that for the time being; after all, Cross-country Ability wasn’t worth upgrading too much.

Yang Han looked at Old Hei with a smile and said, ”Squad Leader, you lost this time...”

However, the next moment, his expression changed abruptly.

He saw that Old Hei, who had just finished the 400-meter obstacle run, was covered in sweat, his expression one of suppressed pain, looking very strange!

Yang Han’s expression changed as he hurriedly said, ”Old Hei, what’s wrong?!”

Then, unable to hold it in any longer, Old Hei collapsed toward the ground.

”What the f*ck?!”

Everyone exclaimed in shock. How could this happen? It was just a 400-meter obstacle run, how could he reach this state? Surely it wasn’t that serious??

Many people rushed forward, with Yang Han arriving first in front of Old Hei. He saw Old Hei’s lips trembling: ”My knee... it seems, it seems to be ruined! Take me to the hospital quickly!”

Hearing this, someone immediately jogged off to find Instructor Gong Jian.

Gong Jian arrived quickly. Seeing Old Hei in this state, he couldn’t help but be shocked: ”What’s going on, Old Hei!”

”My knee, it’s acting up. Take me to the hospital, quickly!” Old Hei’s teeth were chattering, his eyes were bloodshot, and there were even tears in his eyes!

Everyone’s expression changed. They knew very well that this only happened when the pain reached a certain level!

Gong Jian was also shocked. Old Hei was his partner, and seeing him like this, how could he stand it? He immediately went to the side to drive the car over. Everyone helped lift Old Hei into the car, and then it sped away.

However, even so, Yang Han and the others were still worried. They didn’t get in the car but followed behind it running.

The base hospital wasn’t far from here, only three kilometers away!

The group of new recruits soon followed to the hospital. Gong Jian didn’t say anything when he saw this; Old Hei was their Squad Leader, and it was normal for them to be concerned about him!

”How could this happen?!”

”Why did Squad Leader Old Hei suddenly collapse?”

”Old Hei just said his knee was having problems!”

The new recruits chattered away and followed directly into the hospital.

After entering the hospital, Gong Jian made some arrangements, and then a female doctor with short hair, a tall and slender figure, and wearing a white coat walked over quickly.

Seeing the group of new recruits crowding around, she glared and said, ”Don’t get in the way here!”

The new recruits were stunned by her imposing manner; many looked at each other and backed away.

However, Yang Han was stunned because this female doctor in the white coat looked so familiar...

Isn’t that... Du Feifei?

This appearance, this identity, it must be her without a doubt.

Du Feifei hurriedly had Old Hei moved into the treatment room, while Gong Jian waited outside the door.

Gong Jian immediately asked Yang Han and the others for the reason.

Yang Han stepped forward voluntarily and said, ”This is all my fault! I was the one who insisted on competing with Squad Leader Old Hei in the 400-meter obstacle run. I didn’t expect that after finishing, Old Hei would end up like this...”

Gong Jian’s eyes twitched, and then he sighed: ”Forget it! It doesn’t matter whose fault it is now! Let’s just hope Old Hei is okay!”

The other new recruits were bewildered. An obstacle run was actually going to cripple Old Hei?

Surely not...

At this moment, Du Feifei walked out of the ward, her expression still grave.

Seeing this, Yang Han immediately had a bad premonition in his heart.

Gong Jian stood up quickly and said, ”What’s wrong, Doctor? Tell us what’s happened!”

”The patient has fallen into a coma. Notify his family immediately! There is a major decision that they need to make,” Du Feifei said.

”What, a major decision?!”

Gong Jian was stunned and asked hurriedly, ”What is his condition now?”

Du Feifei said, ”The situation is quite serious. His knee has suffered severe nerve necrosis, his legs are basically ruined, and to prevent it from spreading to other parts, it is best to perform an amputation.”

Hearing this, Gong Jian felt his ears buzzing. This problem was too huge. To actually require an amputation, to have both legs amputated—wouldn’t that mean Old Hei was finished?

Du Feifei didn’t pay any more attention, turned around, and ran back into the ward, leaving only this sentence: ”Notify the family immediately; we need signatures.”

Gong Jian was completely dumbfounded. Not just him, but Yang Han, He Chenguang, and the other new recruits were also stunned.

Was it actually this serious?

Gong Jian didn’t know what to say for a moment. He felt terrible inside. Old Hei was his comrade-in-arms, and now that he was injured so horribly, his heart was deeply unsettled!

However, Gong Jian still immediately called Old Hei’s family.

On the side, Yang Han’s expression was grim. If Old Hei were to have an amputation because of this, it would be too tragic. In his heart, Yang Han felt a trace of guilt. Because it had at least something to do with him; if he hadn’t gone to compete, perhaps this incident wouldn’t have happened.

Suddenly, a flash of inspiration crossed Yang Han’s mind.
