What if your Honkai Star Rail was like this?

Chapter 380: Chapter 380: This Time There Is No Ambulance

”If you have something then take it out! All you do is talk nonsense! Nonsense! Nonsense!”

Bailu kicked while speaking. She rarely got this angry — Cirrus’s kidnapping had touched her bottom line.

Bailu’s mental age was not high. Coupled with practicing martial arts since childhood and being exploited by the Dragon Master, her worldview and morals had reached the highest standard in the Honkai: Star Rail universe. Therefore, when she learned that Guinaifen had been kidnapped, she was angrier than anyone else.

If there’s something, can’t it be said openly? If you have the ability, come openly! What’s the point of bullying an ordinary person behind their back?

”Fine! You forced me to do this!”

Cirrus gritted its teeth, suddenly jumped back to create distance from Bailu and the others, and took out a remote control from its pocket: ”Do you see what this is?”

”Watch carefully!”

Beep—!

As Cirrus pressed the remote control in its hand, the next second a nearby container suddenly swelled and exploded!

Boom—!

The explosion was like a thunderclap, kicking up a huge mushroom cloud. What followed was the collapse of the mountain of stacked containers, burying the unlucky Jing Yuan master-disciple pair underneath.

Seeing this scene, Cirrus immediately burst into laughter:

”Haha! Before you came, I had already considered that you Xianzhou people wouldn’t honor your promise. Therefore I planted bombs all over this area long ago. Now that you’ve forced me into a corner, I’ll detonate the bombs and blow all of you to the sky!”

”Anyway, we Heliobuses aren’t afraid of physical attacks!”

”B-Bombs?” Hearing this word, Bailu’s footsteps instantly paused, her face showing worry.

”That’s right, bombs! The one just now was only to show you the effect. I prepared hundreds of bombs like that!” Cirrus laughed loudly: ”You really thought I was stupid and unprepared?”

”Damn it...”

Bailu couldn’t help biting her lip. This was Stargazer Navalia, the Luofu’s logistics hub, and it was in a floating state. If the bombs caused it to collapse, the chain reaction would be immeasurable.

At the very least, their group would definitely suffer casualties, and this was what Bailu least wanted to see.

She looked back at the others. The master-disciple group had been buried, the colleague group was still tearing into each other, and only the ghost-hunting team including Xueyi remained behind her...

But relying on just their strength was clearly not enough.

The only one on the scene who could possibly stop Cirrus was her.

Damn it. If the bombs are activated, everyone except these Heliobuses will fall from a height and die.

We absolutely cannot let the other side activate the bombs!

Thinking of this, Bailu took a step forward and charged toward Cirrus with all her strength. As long as she was fast enough... she could definitely stop Cirrus!

”Hmph, Luofu Dragon Lady, you want to come over?!”

Cirrus gripped the bomb remote tightly and sneered: ”The bombs were the final measure I planted because I really didn’t want to lose to you. Come over! Keep hitting me and see!”

”How fast can your speed be?”

”I will deliberately let you reach the limit boundary of hope, then give you despair!”

From the back, the others who had not been possessed encouraged her:

Sushang: ”Bailu, run! Run faster!”

Xueyi: ”Do, not, let, him, press, the, bomb, switch!”

”...”

Cirrus only grinned ferociously as it watched Bailu running over and said smugly: ”Have you reached the limit distance yet? I’m about to press the switch, Imada!”

—”You know nothing of the weight of this power!”

Just as Cirrus was about to detonate the bombs, a calm voice suddenly sounded from behind it. The next second, Cirrus felt an indescribable gravity acting on its hand, forcibly spreading its palm open and making it hard to move.

Behind Cirrus, a portal opened without warning. Welt walked out with a large crowd of people, adjusting his glasses as he said calmly: ”The protagonist always appears at the last moment.”

Cirrus: !!!

Where did this batch of treasured people come from again?!

No... I must survive!!

Cirrus gritted its teeth, ignoring the suddenly appearing second group. It transferred all its strength to the hand holding the remote, even using the other hand to assist in lifting it, determined to detonate the bombs.

As long as the bombs detonated, it wouldn’t lose!

Anyway, this body was just a random passerby it had found. If it was gone, it was gone. The key was to use the bombs to create chaos so it could escape in the confusion!

When the several Heliobuses combined into ”Heliobus Little Diamond” later, it could come back for revenge!

”Aaaaaah—!” Cirrus exerted all its strength and roared hoarsely: ”You damn Xianzhou people! You damn trash!”

”You think you can defeat me just by having more people?! Don’t dream!”

”Carrying the glory of [Ignamar], how could I... fall like this aaaaaah!”

With ultimate willpower, Cirrus’s hand actually began to resist Welt’s gravity field and was about to forcibly press the remote—

Whoosh—!

Another graceful figure leaped out from behind Welt, pointed two fingers at Cirrus, and shouted loudly:

—”Clockie old man, slow down time!”

Tick tock tick tock—

That’s right. At this critical moment, Stelle had arrived on the scene in time. As Clockie’s hands spun wildly, Cirrus’s movements, which had been about to press the button, immediately slowed down.

Time slowed!

If originally Cirrus was only one step away from pressing the bomb, after time slowed that one step was split into ten small steps.

”Whew— Sorry Bailu, I was a bit late because I went to find people to help.”

Stelle landed lightly in front of Bailu and gently patted her head with some relief.

”But I saw the scene just now. Even when you were alone, you didn’t give up. You fought for everyone.”

”I’m honored to be your friend.”

”So, next...”

Stelle slowly turned her gaze toward Cirrus. Looking at the Argenti it was currently possessing, a trace of helplessness rose in her heart.

—Sorry Argenti. Although this is our first meeting, for everyone’s safety I have to be a bit ”rough.”

”Cirrus, this is really fortunate that I made it in time!”

”Ora ora ora ora ora—!”

Clockie took a step forward. Its sandbag-sized fists moved as fast as lightning, raining down continuously on Cirrus.

After Ora-ing for a full five seconds, Stelle slowly snapped her fingers: ”Time returns to normal flow.”

Cirrus: ”Graaaah—!”

The damage accumulated over five seconds settled all at once. Argenti’s body was sent flying backward, but Cirrus remained stunned in place. Its main body was exposed in the air, looking extremely helpless, weak, and pitiful...
