Chapter 357: Chapter 357: Serious for Half the Time

”Stelle, do you think changing to another appearance and another identity can erase the sins of the past in one stroke?”

”Don’t even think about escaping. My revenge is endless!”

Under everyone’s gaze, Dan Heng’s behavior gradually began to overlap with that of a certain single-word silent man. ”That’s right, I want revenge!”

”Back then I merely used the Dragon Transformation secret art. I just wanted her to live again. What’s wrong with that?! If I could do it over, I would still choose the same!”

”That’s right! Where did I go wrong?! What sin did I commit?!”

”Blade is an enemy. The more he hates me, the more it proves I did the right thing.”

”Jingliu is also an enemy. The more she hates me, the more it proves I did the right thing.”

”Jing Yuan is a friend. He supports me, which proves I did the right thing... Ah, sorry, I remembered wrong. It seems Jing Yuan doesn’t support me. Uh... Right! Jing Yuan doesn’t support me, which proves he changed from friend to enemy. The more the enemy opposes me, the more it proves I did the right thing.”

”From this perspective, the fault back then wasn’t mine — it was fate, it was this world! I want to become Nanook and destroy the universe!”

Just as Dan Heng was delivering his chuuni speech, Stelle once again quietly slid behind him, quietly activated her ultimate, and heavily knocked him on the head with a stick!

Duang!

Dan Heng collapsed on the spot. His ”revenge plan” had barely begun before it was cut short midway.

[Stelle: I saved it.]

[Dan Heng: ...Delete it.]

[Stelle: No.]

[Dan Heng: Sigh... The tide has come, I have returned!]

[Whoosh— (water spray sound effect)]

[Stelle: @Pom-Pom Help Conductor! Dan Heng is spraying water at me!]

[March 7th: What kind of wolfish words are these again...]

[Pom-Pom: Passenger Stelle! Passenger Dan Heng! The parlor car that Conductor just cleaned Pam! Aaaaah, Conductor is going to punish you two by making you do cleaning duty for a whole month Pam!!]

Whoosh—

The cyan-green flames went in and out again. This time its target was March 7th.

Seemingly having learned from the previous times when she was interrupted before finishing her words, the controlled March 7th didn’t waste any breath this time. She aimed straight for Stelle’s fair neck and bit down!

Stelle: ”Aow aow aow—! Gentler, gentler... Eek! It hurts! March! You’re hurting me!”

[Stelle: You March 7th! You’ve always been plotting against me!]

[March 7th: N-Nonsense! Isn’t this being controlled by a Heliobus? How could this young lady possibly want to bite you!]

[Stelle: I don’t care, I don’t care! You definitely have a guilty conscience!]

[Stelle: Oh—! I get it. It must be Blackie being jealous of me and taking malicious revenge!]

[March 7th: Nonsense! What jealousy! What is there between this young lady and you to be jealous about? It’s not like we have to be jealous even when we occasionally bathe together, right?]

[Stelle: It definitely is!]

[Evernight: Is that so?]

[Stelle: It... is? Blackie, move your jellyfish away a bit. I’m not afraid of you!]

”Uwah—!”

Another miserable scream. This time Bailu followed Stelle’s previous method and launched a sneak attack, knocking March 7th unconscious with a hand chop. The latter collapsed unwillingly to the ground, stretching out one finger to point forward.

Whoosh—

Repeating the previous operation, after possessing everyone present in turn, it finally reached Stelle.

Stelle: ”Ah... This feeling, it’s like the whole world has become transparent. Some words I’ve been holding in my heart, I can finally say them boldly now.”

Stelle’s eyes were filled with pity. She looked around at everyone present one by one, first turning to Dan Heng with a smile: ”Cold-faced Little Azure Dragon is your pen name, right? I’ve seen it. The reason you always stay shut in the archives is because you’re doing something shameful.”

Dan Heng’s expression changed: ”What? Could it be that you found out about ’that matter’...”

Stelle smiled calmly: ”That’s right.”

At this moment Jing Yuan had already drawn his array blade and said indifferently: ”After experiencing Heliobus possession, I also understand that everyone has some secrets in their hearts. This is understandable — it’s only human nature.”

”A little quirky privacy doesn’t mean anything. It is both everyone’s rightful power and an indispensable part of everyone’s personality puzzle.”

”So, a tiny remnant of Phantylia’s consciousness, don’t even think about using words to interfere with anything anymore!”

[Sunday: Not bad. Just as with ”Harmony,” a person’s heart is often composed of thousands of faces. Today’s us may not be able to empathize with yesterday’s self.]

[Robin: Everyone’s secrets are like a child’s dream. It’s best to keep them deep in the heart. Not everything needs to be bathed in sunlight.]

[Himeko: General Jing Yuan’s words are indeed correct. People are divided into yin and yang. The yin side only needs to be kept in the heart. There’s no need to feel guilty just because it exists.]

[March 7th: Wow, the moment it gets to serious matters, everyone suddenly becomes serious. Even General Jing Yuan in the viewing is getting serious!]

[March 7th: (emoji·cheering)]

—”Oh? Since you put it that way, then it’s fine for him to draw ’boys’ love youth romance manga’? I remember the male lead is called Ying Yuan and the female lead is called Jing Xing. It tells the story of four youths with vastly different personalities and their youth romance in a Luofu high school.”

”The manga is called Four Smiles Above the Clouds.”

Jing Yuan’s expression instantly froze.

Bailu looked pure and innocent: ”Eh? These two names sound so familiar? Old Jing, do you have any clues?”

Jing Yuan silently shook his head, only turning the array blade in his hand to point at Dan Heng: ”Of five people, three must pay a price. Dan Heng, you really are one of them.”

Seeing the situation turn bad, Dan Heng turned and ran.

”Hmph, want to escape?”

Clang clang clang—! (fighting sound effects)

”And March.” Stelle turned her spearhead toward March 7th again: ”Don’t think I didn’t hear the words you said every night after I fell asleep. Actually... I wasn’t asleep.”

Upon hearing this, March 7th’s pretty face instantly turned red: ”Y-You heard everything?”

”That’s right. Not only that, I also heard what Blackie said after you fell asleep.”

The next second, March 7th instantly turned red. A red jellyfish floated by, and Stelle knew nothing anymore. She stood there blankly, drooling with an ”ah ba ah ba” sound.

...

[March 7th: Can this young lady take back the second half of what she said earlier?]

[Jing Yuan: ...]

[Jing Yuan: @Fu Xuan Fu dear, help me check which force has had a grudge with me these years and actually came up with such a method of harming others without benefiting themselves to retaliate against me.]

[——Livestream prompt: The host is distributing viewing merchandise ”Dan Heng’s Manga” in the small cart. Limited to 100 copies. Come and grab them fast~]

[Jing Yuan: ???]

[Dan Heng: ???]

[Blade: ???]

”What? There’s even merchandise?”

Seeing this scene, Stelle and March 7th widened their eyes at the same time. They exchanged a glance, instantly realized something, and immediately clicked the purchase link—

[——Sorry, this item is temporarily out of stock]

In less than five seconds, the manga had been completely sold out.

”Ah? Who was so fast?!” Stelle and March 7th lamented in unison.

...

Shush wiped the wine glass, humming a ”peaceful little tune,” and casually opened a projection operation panel. On it was clearly displayed the livestream platform’s purchase backend.

Shush had tens of thousands of such accounts.

It was precisely by using this sniping method that it successfully grabbed the entire stock of the manga.

”Oh~”

Shush made the sound of its previous owner and murmured: ”What a good thing. I believe the Xianzhou General and the Stellaron Hunters should be willing to spend a lot of money to buy it, right?”

”The Express’s funds have another source again.”
