My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 282: Chapter 282: Our ’Candy’ Is Quite Popular

Over sixty starships?

Looking at the unified gray paint scheme of the more than sixty starships on the screen, although the general starship types could be roughly determined from their external styles.

There were no records of these models of starships in the database.

Among them, several were suspected to be T3 interstellar warships!

Logically, these starships of unknown origin should not be attacked without authorization.

But the problem was that the enemy had a T3 heavy carrier starship. If this mothership could not be destroyed, those stellar fighters and stellar drones would continue to launch wave after wave of attacks.

That would only lead to the slow death of their starships.

”No time to delay. Relay my orders: the entire fleet is to charge forward. Regardless of the cost, that T3 carrier starship must be destroyed!” Eldest Brother Big Eye King issued the command to the five interstellar fleets.

Although the fleet commanders of the five fleets were somewhat fearful of these starships of unknown origin—after all, the previous attack had truly made them wary.

The terrifying power of the stellar missiles, and the dense formations of stellar fighters and stellar drones!

But the boss was right. If they wanted to defeat the attackers in this battle, that T3 heavy carrier starship was a hurdle they absolutely had to overcome!

Two thousand starships began to actively launch attacks, their target directly aimed at the opposing T3 heavy carrier starship.

”The enemy fleet is charging toward us! If left unhindered, they are expected to directly threaten our T3 heavy carrier starship in approximately fifteen minutes.” Deputy Captain Red Eye reported from the side.

”Don’t block them completely; let a few slip through.” Zhao Chen raised his hand, deliberately creating several gaps within the entire defensive formation.

Deputy Captain Red Eye immediately understood the commander’s intention.

If the defense was flawless and without weaknesses, the enemy interstellar fleet would undoubtedly attempt to break through at all costs, trying to tear open a breach.

But if the Fierce Dragon Fleet intentionally left a few gaps, it would essentially present the enemy interstellar fleet with predetermined attack routes. The Fierce Dragon Fleet could then make early arrangements and prepare some ”little surprises” for them.

Of course, this tactic carried risks. Without sufficient control, it was entirely possible to end up losing more than gaining.

But Zhao Chen had great confidence in his Fierce Dragon Fleet, and Deputy Captain Red Eye also agreed with Commander Zhao Chen’s arrangement.

”The T2 Queen Bee-class Heavy Carrier Starship has begun deploying interstellar drone swarms to support the starships on the defensive line.

Fifty T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigates will form the first line of defense. Ten T2 Snow Mastiff-class Heavy Interstellar Battleships may self-select their targets.

Ten T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruisers are to improvise, relying on their high mobility to go wherever they are needed.” Zhao Chen said.

”Yes.” Secretary officer Lilith and Deputy Captain Red Eye refined Commander Zhao Chen’s plan and relayed it.

Starships of the Fierce Dragon Fleet stood ready for battle!

At the same time, the starship deck of the T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship welcomed the first batch of returning stellar fighters.

The first to return to base was a T3 Fire Phoenix-class Heavy Star Stealth Bomber, which swiftly landed on the ship hull’s deck and then entered the hangar via lift equipment.

The entire process was seamless, taking less than three seconds!

Inside the hangar, a three-person starfighter maintenance team was already prepared, watching as the T3 Fire Phoenix-class Heavy Star Stealth Bomber slowly descended.

The three exchanged glances and immediately began their tasks.

”Logistics Team 022, commencing logistical maintenance for T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12. Number Two, you handle energy replenishment. Number Three, you handle stellar bomb resupply,” the team leader quickly assigned their respective duties.

Number Two tapped a few times on the control panel in front of them, and an energy replenishment port connected to the T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12’s port, beginning the replenishment process.

Number Three was positioned at the aircraft’s belly, looking up at the now-empty hidden bomb bay for stellar bombs.

”It seems our ’candy’ is quite popular. Too bad there’s no user feedback,” they remarked while starting to load new stellar bombs one by one.

Although most of these tasks were handled by machinery, both of them still needed to closely monitor the process to ensure no errors occurred.

Meanwhile, the team leader, Number One, operated a single-person hovering platform, circling the T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12 while scanning every inch of its outer hull.

Her job, alongside the machinery, was to conduct a thorough inspection of the returned T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12, providing a double layer of assurance.

She also performed emergency repairs on any damaged areas.

At the same time, several cables were plugged into the T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12’s body to test its various software modules.

This ensured that all systems remained undamaged during the recent combat.

The cockpit canopy of T3 Fire Phoenix Unit 12 opened.

”Phew...” The co-pilot removed her helmet and let out a long sigh. Despite the combat suit’s ventilation system, she was still drenched in sweat.

”How are you both holding up?” Number One rose to the cockpit’s level and asked the two pilots.

The main pilot removed her helmet. ”I’m doing fine.”

”Need any supply fluid?” Number One inquired.

”Give me a bottle,” the co-pilot panted, her face flushed.

”Look at you. Back at the Goddess Academy, I could handle five sorties like this!” the main pilot boasted proudly.

The co-pilot retorted defiantly, ”I was just a bit nervous. It was all simulated combat before—I just need to adjust.”

Piloting a stellar fighter was no simple task. Beyond requiring relevant piloting skills, it demanded exceptional physical fitness.

After all, in such a compact fighter, there was no comprehensive personnel protection system like those on large starships.

At high speeds, stellar fighter pilots endured immense physical strain.

What might seem like a brief, effortless sortie of less than ten minutes could feel as exhausting as an ordinary person climbing fifty flights of stairs on a planetary surface!

”Every pilot who qualifies to fly a starfighter from this carrier starship must complete at least five sorties—that’s the bare minimum requirement,” a voice came from across the way.

Everyone’s gaze shifted to the opposite side, where a T3 Phoenix-class Starfighter was parked, bearing the number 001 on its hull.

It was Pei Shengnan, the starfighter flight chief of the T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship.

”Chief Pei!” The group immediately placed their hands over their hearts in salute.

Compared to their demeanor, Pei Shengnan remained expressionless, with only a few strands of bangs clinging to her forehead due to sweat.

”This is our first combat mission. Don’t embarrass yourselves,” Pei Shengnan said coldly.

She then put on her helmet and climbed back into the cockpit of her starfighter.

Compared to the T3 Fire Phoenix-class Heavy Star Stealth Bomber, the T3 Phoenix-class Starfighter completed its resupply much faster.

”Fire Phoenix Unit 001, requesting second sortie!”

”Sortie approved. Proceed via Channel 7.”
