My All-Female Fleet Swept the Galaxy

Chapter 256: Chapter 256: Quarterly Mission · T3 Interstellar Warship

”Report, we have successfully connected to the T3 Luminous Moon-class Gate No. 2!” Sister Niu reported immediately. Even the usually composed Sister Niu couldn’t hide the excitement in her voice at this moment!

Annie didn’t immediately celebrate but instead said seriously, ”Confirm again whether it is indeed the T3 Luminous Moon-class Gate No. 2!”

”I’ve already confirmed it ten times on my end. I can guarantee it’s the signal from the T3 Luminous Moon-class Gate No. 2!

Report, we have received a navigation request from the other side’s Stargate.

A T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigate will perform a Star Gate Jump!” Sister Niu reported another update at this point.

Annie looked at Zhao Chen, as the Authority now rested with him.

”Allow it,” Zhao Chen said.

”Allow the Star Gate Jump!” Annie immediately relayed the order.

Even without Annie’s relay, Sister Niu had already heard Zhao Chen’s command and began the operation.

”The Starship is initiating the Star Gate Jump.” As Sister Niu finished speaking, everyone’s attention remained fixed on the T3 Luminous Moon-class Gate No. 1!

A few seconds later, a T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigate with hull number 005 appeared at the T3 Luminous Moon-class Gate No. 1.

”Report, this Star Gate Jump was stable with no issues!” Sister Niu immediately checked the data and reported excitedly.

”Hooray, we succeeded!” Annie jumped up and down excitedly on Zhao Chen’s bridge.

A faint smile appeared at the corner of Zhao Chen’s mouth.

The Stargate connection between the Fierce Dragon Star System and the Lion King Star System was now complete.

From this point on, the connection between the two locations would become much closer. No longer would it require a half-month one-way journey as before; now, it would take only a few seconds to reach the other side.

”What was the resource consumption for this voyage?” Secretary Officer Lilith inquired from the side.

Sister Niu immediately reported the figure: ”Approximately 200 Star Coins’ worth of resources.”

Star Gate travel also consumes a significant amount of resources.

Compared to when Zhao Chen previously traveled from the Fierce Dragon Star System to the Lion King Star System aboard the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser, using the intermediate Stargates along the way cost four to five thousand Star Coins!

Some might be shocked—are the toll fees really that high?

Yes, Zhao Chen’s 200 Star Coins is merely the cost price. When using someone else’s Stargate, they naturally charge a certain profit margin.

Moreover, T3 interstellar warships consume more resources than T2 Starships.

If the T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser were to use the T3 Luminous Moon-class Stargate, a single trip would likely cost around 600 Star Coins.

But compared to the previous half-month journey costing four to five thousand Star Coins per trip, this is already quite reasonable.

However, considering the future, if Stargates were used to deploy large interstellar fleets—say, a three-thousand-ship corps-level fleet consisting entirely of T2 Starships—a single trip would cost nearly six hundred thousand Star Coins!

Indeed, owning a massive interstellar fleet is only the first step. Without sufficient wealth to maintain it and cover daily operational costs, it would merely be a decorative piece sitting idle at home.

”Let’s go take a look at the Lion King Star System,” Zhao Chen suggested.

Sister Niu immediately began making the arrangements.

The T3 Blizzard-class Light Interstellar Battlecruiser slowly entered the T3 Glorious Moon-class Stargate, and in an instant, the scene before them changed. Although it was still the vastness of space, they had now arrived in the Lion King Star System.

Several starships of the Fierce Dragon Fleet were waiting ahead.

Including the T3 Phantom Sting-class Light Interstellar Stealth Bomber, the T3 Andromeda-class Interstellar Medical Ship, the T2 Lion King-class Heavy Interstellar Missile Ship, and others.

”Commander,” Charlotte and Zhao Wan’er immediately opened a video window.

”Now that we have the Stargate, we no longer have to worry about the distance between the two locations. The Lion King Star System is essentially like a ’moon’ to the Fierce Dragon Star System,” Zhao Chen remarked with satisfaction.

Afterward, Charlotte, Zhao Wan’er, and others also took turns testing their Flagships through the Stargate, all without any issues.

With the Stargate matter settled, there were no immediate concerns within the territory that required Zhao Chen’s attention.

The matter of traveling to the Starlight Central Star Domain to participate in the Empire’s procurement was now on the agenda. Zhao Chen had set the departure for mid-September.

Before leaving, Zhao Chen naturally needed to clarify all arrangements.

Secretary Officer Lilith would remain in the Fierce Dragon Star System to oversee operations, while Charlotte and Secretary Officer Aili would be responsible for the Lion King Star System.

Annie, in addition to managing the industrial development of the Fierce Dragon Star System, would also oversee the industrial situation on the Dwarf Planet in the Lion King Star System.

Previously, this would have been quite challenging, but now it was remarkably convenient.

Upon learning of Zhao Chen’s plan to travel to the Starlight Central Star Domain, Zhao Wan’er expressed her desire to accompany him.

Her reason was that it had been a long time since she had seen Eldest Sister, and this trip would be a perfect opportunity to visit her in the Starlight Central Star Domain!

Moreover, with no ongoing conflicts, Zhao Wan’er had little to occupy her time.

After some thought, Zhao Chen agreed to Zhao Wan’er’s proposal.

If they did meet Eldest Sister, having Zhao Wan’er present might help ease the atmosphere between them.

After all, Zhao Chen had very few interactions or meetings with Eldest Sister.

”Prepare yourself then. Your T3 Phantom Sting-class Light Interstellar Stealth Bomber will remain in the Lion King Star System, temporarily under the management of your Deputy Captain,” Zhao Chen instructed.

”Yes,” Zhao Wan’er replied excitedly, perhaps due to the prospect of seeing Eldest Sister.

In mid-September, Zhao Chen and Zhao Wan’er began preparing for their journey to the Starlight Central Star Domain.

Just before Zhao Chen was about to leave the Fierce Dragon Star System, he received another piece of good news.

With the completion of the two Stargates, the production capacity of the thirty T2 Hammer-class Heavy Interstellar Industrial Ships in September was fully dedicated to starship construction.

In just half a month, over ten combat-type interstellar warships had been commissioned into service, rolling out like dumplings.

The majority of these were T2 Black Rhino-class Interstellar Heavy Assault Frigates, which had extremely short construction cycles!

Regardless, this directly increased the number of combat-type interstellar warships in the Fierce Dragon Fleet to over thirty.

This also meant that Zhao Chen’s Quarterly Mission had been completed half a month ahead of schedule!

[Quarterly Mission: Exchange for a T3 interstellar warship from the System Store (Completed)

Number of combat-type interstellar warships reaches thirty (30/30) (Completed)

Mission completed. Task Reward can be claimed.]

Zhao Chen immediately claimed the Task Reward.

Looking forward to what kind of reward this Quarterly Mission would bring.

[Claim Task Reward. Congratulations on obtaining a ”T3 Phoenix-class Heavy Carrier Starship Technical Blueprint”]
