Not Being a Trainer This Time

As for Wo-Chien... It’s still there, sunbathing and sleeping.

Ting-Lu looked back and saw that scene, feeling intolerable, it turned around to let Chi-Yu crash into the big cauldron on its head.

”Buzz!”

Wo-Chien was immediately awakened, feeling its head buzzing, everything in front of it became a blur.

”Goo-See?!” (What happened?!)

Wo-Chien shook its head vigorously, looking at Ting-Lu and Chi-Yu in front of it in confusion.

Chi-Yu replied, ”Goo-Hyu!” (Naoki is back!)

Naoki is back?

Wo-Chien’s actions were slow, as if its brain was working at the same pace.

Initially, Wo-Chien didn’t understand what was happening, but soon, it remembered something.

”Goo-See?” (Did Naoki bring back Chien-Pao too?)

Ting-Lu had a look of exasperation: ”Moo Moo!” (You fool!)

Naoki was using the Rotom Phone to communicate with Raifort.

”That’s right, I’ve captured Chien-Pao, now all four Pokemon are on my ranch.”

”That’s wonderful!” Raifort exclaimed excitedly on the screen, ”My dream of so many years can finally come true!”

Raifort’s eyes gleamed with excitement: ”I don’t know how many ancient tombs I’ve raided, just to find clues about the Treasures of Ruin from so many ancient ruins...”

”Ah! All the time and money I’ve spent was worth it, I can’t wait to see them!”

Excited, Raifort paced back and forth in the room.

Finally, she leaned closer to the screen: ”Naoki, bring them to Paldea Academy now! I’ll cover all your accommodations and meals in Mesagoza City today!”

”Uh...” Naoki let out a silent cold sweat: ”Did you just reveal something extraordinary?”

”Huh?” Raifort stepped back: ”Did I say something?”

Naoki: ”...” Never mind.

”I still have a bit of business to attend to, I can’t go today, but I’ll bring them to Mesagoza City tomorrow morning,” Naoki said.

”Tomorrow morning, huh...” Raifort felt a bit disappointed not being able to see the Treasures of Ruin immediately, but after some thought, she found the timing was not bad either, and nodded: ”No problem, I’ll take a day off from the principal tomorrow just to host you!”

”Alright, let’s leave it at that, I have some things to do, I’ll hang up now, see you tomorrow!”

”See you tomorrow!”

The call ended, Naoki looked at Ting-Lu, Chi-Yu, and Wo-Chien who walked in front of him.

He took out the Poke Ball containing Chien-Pao and pressed the button on it.

With a flash of white light, the chilling figure of Chien-Pao appeared in front of all the Pokemon.

The injuries on Chien-Pao inflicted by Koraidon hadn’t fully healed, but it had calmed down, staring at everyone with eyes as blue as sapphires.

Chi-Yu: ”Goo-Hyu.” (Seems like you weren’t too impacted by the Power of Calamity.)

Ting-Lu chuckled and said, ”Moo Moo!” (That’s a good thing! Long time no see, Chien-Pao!)

Chien-Pao’s gaze carried a hint of majesty, this upright Pokemon first responded to Chi-Yu’s question, then greeted Ting-Lu.

”Goo-Pao, Goo-Pao.” (It’s because when this human defeated me, much of the Power of Calamity on me dissipated, allowing me to gain clarity, long time no see, Ting-Lu.)

Seeing that Chien-Pao seemed to have regained consciousness, Naoki scratched his head and said:

”Um... You guys chat first, I’ll go prepare some things!”

Chien-Pao didn’t know what this human was going to do, but the other three knew well.

Watching Naoki’s departing figure, Ting-Lu laughed and said:

”Moo Moo!” (Soon, you won’t be affected by the Power of Calamity anymore!)

Chien-Pao was slightly startled.

Returning to the living room, Naoki first released Happiny, then entrusted it to his sister Indeedee.

”Sister, this is Happiny, a Pokemon I encountered outside just now, I’ll leave it to you to introduce it to our ranch.”

Sister Indeedee curiously looked at the Pokemon and then happily agreed: ”Aii~”

Naoki glanced at Happiny.

”Happiny, this is Sister Indeedee, over there is Brother Indeedee, they are our caretakers, let them take you to meet everyone in the ranch, okay?”

”Boo-Coo!” Happily holding its Poke Ball, Happiny nodded and agreed.

The two Pokemon left.

Only then did Naoki take from the refrigerator the pre-prepared Water of the Reversed World to make Reversed Red Tea for Chien-Pao.

The preparation of this dish is very simple, just boil the water and brew a cup of tea, it’s done.

Naoki took the cup to find Chien-Pao.

In the ranch, the four Ruinous Pokemon were gathered together, Ting-Lu stood, Chi-Yu stayed in its cauldron, Wo-Chien was drowsy, while Chien-Pao lay on the grass, listening intently to Ting-Lu’s speech.

When Naoki approached, the three Pokemon turned their gaze towards him.

Chien-Pao had already heard all the information from Ting-Lu and Chi-Yu.
