”No, no, no!” Old Wang Ba was visibly frightened by Ye Qing’s words, even over the phone, Ye Qing could hear the old bastard shaking his head.

”If you don’t want to be shot, hurry up and tell me, where exactly is Zi Yu in Liaoshen City?” Ye Qing angrily asked.

”She’s not in Liaoshen City.” Old Wang Ba replied.

”I %#&*@#...” Ye Qing finally couldn’t help but swear. This old bastard really tricked him. He had run all the way to Liaoshen City, but then Old Wang Ba told him Huangfu Ziyu wasn’t in Liaoshen City. Wasn’t this messing with him?

”Don’t curse, don’t curse.” Old Wang Ba said, ”Let me tell you the truth. Huangfu Ziyu is just fine right now, you don’t need to worry about her.”

”Nonsense, she was kidnapped, how can she be fine?” Ye Qing retorted, ”If she were fine, why wouldn’t she return? Even if she couldn’t return, she could at least call me and not let me worry. You’re just making stuff up!”

”Fine, believe what you want!” Old Wang Ba got irritated too and said, ”There’s a reason she hasn’t called you, so stop whining. Anyway, for now don’t even think about finding her, you’d better sort out your own matters first!”

”My own matters?” Ye Qing asked in surprise, ”What matters of mine?”

Actually, hearing from Old Wang Ba that Huangfu Ziyu was fine, Ye Qing felt much more at ease. Though other things with this old man might be unreliable, his divination technique was absolutely credible. Ye Qing had personally witnessed him predict Liu Changping’s daughter’s situation before, so he trusted him completely. And now that Old Wang Ba mentioned his own matters, Ye Qing felt quite puzzled.

Old Wang Ba said, ”The chaos in the Southern Six Provinces has already started. You’ve made so many enemies, how many people want to kill you for revenge? Plus, you’re now running around with a Seven-Star Ancient Sword; what do you call your matters?”

”You have the nerve to say that!” At this Ye Qing got angry and said, ”I was looking for you anyway. Last time in the Capital, you knew that Shijia would trick us, yet you didn’t warn us in advance. Also, that Seven-Star Ancient Sword, Shijia gave it to you, right? Why didn’t you bring it to Shenchuan City before, instead of delivering it to me right now in Shenchuan City? You intentionally set me up, didn’t you?”

”Hehehe...” Ye Qing’s strong tone caused Old Wang Ba’s to soften immediately, and he awkwardly laughed, ”Don’t get worked up, don’t get worked up. I thought this period in the Southern Six Provinces is getting more complex. So I was worried you might be in danger and specifically sent the Seven-Star Ancient Sword to Shenchuan City for your protection. Hey, Young Ye, Eighth Master really cares about you, doesn’t he? Always thinking of you, how could you call it setting you up?”

Ye Qing said, ”Spare me. With people getting more complex in the Southern Six Provinces, everyone wants to snatch this Seven-Star Ancient Sword. It’s dangerous for you to hold it, so you gave this hot potato to me. You think I don’t know what you’re really thinking!”

”Hey, you brat, thinking like a villain, is Eighth Master that kind of person?” Old Wang Ba replied, ”Besides, you’ve made so many enemies. Even without this Seven-Star Ancient Sword, people would still want to kill you. I’ve given you this sword, your prowess is enhanced, and your survival chances have increased. Eighth Master has your interests at heart, don’t be ungrateful!”

Ye Qing smirked, regardless of how he sees Old Wang Ba now, he feels this old bastard is shameless, unable to think of him favorably.

”Enough, I won’t waste my words with you!” Old Wang Ba said, ”I sent you to Liaoshen City for an important business, I need you to handle it!”

”What business?” Ye Qing asked impatiently, ”Right now I only care about Zi Yu’s matters, can’t you handle other things yourself?”

”I would like to handle this myself, after all, I owe a favor to Third Master Li. But I don’t have the capability for this!” Old Wang Ba stated.

”Hmm?” Ye Qing paused, and said, ”Does this matter have anything to do with Third Master Li?”

”Of course!” Old Wang Ba exclaimed, ”Don’t you know? The Northern Li Family is in Liaoshen City!”

”Ah?” Ye Qing was again taken aback; he truly didn’t know this. The Li Family of Northern Fist King Li Changqing is actually within Liaoshen City? Does this mean it is Third Master Li’s hometown?

”Moreover, Third Master Li has a grandson.” Old Wang Ba spoke softly, ”However, this grandson of his has a low status in the Northern Li Family and isn’t living well. You owe Third Master Li a great favor, you wouldn’t ignore his grandson’s situation, would you?”

”Where is Third Master’s grandson now?” Ye Qing asked solemnly.

”Of course he’s with the Northern Li Family!” Old Wang Ba replied.

”Since he’s with the Northern Li Family, why wouldn’t his life be good?” Ye Qing asked sternly, ”Didn’t you say before that Third Master also has a younger brother who is now the head of the Li Family? And if he’s managing the Li Family, wouldn’t he take care of Third Master’s grandson?”

”You, sir, are truly too naive!” Old Wang Ba said, ”The feuds of great families aren’t as simple as you think. Third Master’s own brother is the Family Head, how can he attend to everything? Moreover, there are hundreds of people in the Li Family whom he has to consider, making it impossible to concentrate fully on one person. Besides, when Third Master was defeated by Southern Fist King Shen Tianjun back then, not only did the Northern Li Family lose face, but their status in the North plummeted. People of the Northern Li Family all believe that suffering this downfall today was entirely due to Third Master’s reckless decision to compete with Southern Fist King Shen Tianjun. With Third Master gone, they vent all their dissatisfaction on his grandson; do you think his days could be good?”

Upon hearing this, Ye Qing clenched his fists immediately. Back then when Third Master battled Southern Fist King Shen Tianjun, he was drugged, leading to the outcome. Even Shen Tianjun admitted that his victory was not honorable, and the Shen Family revered Third Master for his integrity. Yet, the Northern Li Family, kin to Third Master, instead felt he implicated them; the Li Family’s sense of humanity was indeed too shallow!

It seems, in this light, that Third Master’s grandson must be having an unpleasant time in the Northern Li Family. And this matter concerns Third Master’s offspring, so Ye Qing must confidently take it upon himself to manage it!

”What is Third Master’s grandson named?” Ye Qing asked solemnly.

”Fool.”

”What?”

”Fool.”

”What?” Ye Qing widened his eyes in surprise, ”Is there a signal problem over there?”

”Problem my foot!” Old Wang Ba said, ”Third Master’s grandson doesn’t have a name, just called Fool.”

”Nonsense, how can anyone not have a name?” Ye Qing said.

”I’m telling the truth,” Old Wang Ba replied, ”When Third Master was dueling Southern Fist King Shen Tianjun, this child was only seven. He had a name then, but after Third Master’s defeat, the status of his lineage in the Li Family rapidly declined. Both of Third Master’s sons died in martial contests one after another, almost wiping out Third Master’s lineage, leaving only this child. And this child, possibly due to shock or something else, became silly after his parents passed away, and the Li Family started calling him Fool. To this day, his previous name has been forgotten, leaving only the name Fool!”

Ye Qing furrowed his brow, by now he could already imagine what kind of life Third Master’s grandson must have led in the Li Family over these years.

”Rest assured, I will definitely take him to Shenchuan City!” Ye Qing said in a deep voice.

”To take him away, you’d better be careful,” Old Wang Ba said, ”In these twenty years, the Li Family has changed too much, nowhere near the glory of Third Master’s time. For power, for strength, they will stop at nothing. The Seven-Star Ancient Sword you’re holding now was once Third Master’s sword, and the Li Family has always seen it as theirs, constantly clamoring to take the Seven-Star Ancient Sword back. So, don’t expect to have a peaceful dialogue with the Li Family!”

”I understand!” Ye Qing slowly nodded; indeed, he wasn’t planning on having a peaceful dialogue with the Li Family. With their treatment of Third Master’s grandson being what it was, how could Ye Qing be polite to them?

”I won’t say more; you, youngster, hurry and revoke the bounty on me!” Old Wang Ba said, ”Are you trying to get Eighth Master killed?”

”Why rush?” Ye Qing said, ”Rest assured, now if those policemen catch you, at most they’ll send you back to Shenchuan City, they won’t execute you.”

”Damn, the key is I don’t want to return to Shenchuan City now, nor do I want to be caught by these policemen!” Old Wang Ba said urgently.

”Well, that’s not up to you!” Ye Qing said, ”Anyway, the bounty won’t be revoked before Zi Yu is found. You either help me find Zi Yu immediately or see how long your skills can keep you running while wanted nationwide!”

”I %&@#￥%...”” on the other side, Old Wang Ba started cursing directly, while Ye Qing straightforwardly hung up the phone, completely ignoring the old man’s filthy words.

Hanging up the phone, Ye Qing turned around and looked around; he hadn’t expected this place to be Third Master Li’s hometown. Moreover, there is still a grandson left here by Third Master Li. Previously, Ye Qing didn’t know about this matter, but now that he knows, no matter what, he must settle Third Master Li’s grandson properly. At the very least, Ye Qing would absolutely not allow him to continue suffering at this Li Family.

However, although Ye Qing knew that the Li Family was in Liaoshen City, finding the Li Family became a problem. Ye Qing asked several people in the nearby shops for directions but none knew who Ye Qing was talking about.

Actually, this was normal, great families like the Northern Li Family are similar to the Xihang Shen Family, also Martial Arts Families. While their names are booming in the martial arts world, among civilians they are virtually unheard of. Just like when Ye Qing went to Xi Hang, the locals didn’t know where Shen Family Manor was either, he had to call Tie Yongwen to find out.

To find the Northern Li Family now, asking ordinary civilians surely won’t work; it’s best to inquire from some Martial Artists.
