The Adventures of an Overpowered Knight in Another World

Chapter 184: Chapter 184- Sir Laughsalot & Eidolon (3)

At that instant, all the holy knights were stunned. These seemingly adorable beast had such a powerful ability?!

”Do not be afraid, members of the Order of the Temple of Light. She is Eidolon, one of my summons. Let her latch onto your body; this way, we can always communicate with each other. Not only that, I can also share the effects of my skills directly through the Eidolons to you. Also, she can perfectly camouflage within your body so nobody would notice her.”

Reinhardt’s words, through the Eidolons, reached all the members of the Order of the Temple of Light.

”There exist such unique beasts? Commander, you’ve got to teach us the [Divine Beast Summoning] next,” Bob spok,e impressed by the summon.

”Haha, you all need to master the skills I have shown you first and make an example. Or else, it will be quite humiliating if your juniors start mastering it first”.

The holy knights looked determined to learn the new skills he indoctrinated in their training.

”Urgh, what’s going on?”

When the knights of the stronghold came to themselves, everything was over, and they did not detect anything suspicious. The Divine Paladin and his three holy knights were still sitting on their seats, and the existence of Eidolons was unknown to anyone.

.

Time passed by, and soon night crept in. Just like Laughsalot insisted, a sumptuous dinner for Reinhardt and his knight order was prepared. Given the portion of the food made and the varieties, it could no longer be called dinner; it was a full on banquet.

”Please, please.. help yourself. Everyone, please don’t be shy.”

In a large stone hall, seats and desks were prepared to host the arrival of Reinhardt and his Temple of Light. Laughsalot and his knights were all smiling and grinning ear to ear as they ate their meal, while the knights of the order of the Temple of Light waited for their Commander’s signal.

Seated at an elevated seat with his holy knights was Reinhardt, his eyes having activated the [Eyes of Divine Clarity], glowed a brilliant gold. Immediately, all deceptions and illusions became clear to him.

”[Radiant Renewal]” he slowly chanted. At that instant, all the members of the order of the Temple of Light glowed in a faint white light.

That said, thanks to the adequate lighting in the hall, no one noticed anything. And so, on his signal, everyone started eating the food prepared for them.

Seeing them eat the dishes prepared, Laughsalot grinned. However, he quickly suppressed it down and tried to initiate a conversation with Zerina, who even at this moment, was rejecting all of his advances.

’Dammit, just because you are hot, you think that you can ignore me? Well, it doesn’t matter, eat and drink to your fill. Tonight I will claim your body and make you scream like a whore’.

He silently thought to himself. As it appeared, the food that was prepared for Reinhardt and his knights was heavily drugged.

All the male knights, squires, and recruits were all given a powerful sleep inducing drug mixed with their food and drink, while the female members were given aphrodisiac.

The reason why Laughsalot’s knights were grinning so much was because they knew they were going to have a memorable night tonight.

As it turns out, all the knights here were all males. Having been in this godforsaken place for so long, they were quite pent up and no outlet to release. Seeing the female knights of the order of the temple of light, they were all short of turning into a horny beast.

’Hehe, had I known there would be so many beauties in the Divine Paladin’s order, I would have drugged them during the afternoon and enjoyed that hot woman and all those girls in my chamber’ Laugshalot made a slightly regretful face.

The order that he received from that lord was to delay the order of the Temple of Light for as long as possible and sow discord among them so that they are late or unable to answer the mission, leading to failure.

His plan looked like it was going smoothly. Once the banquet was over, the knights of both the orders, except for the ones on guard duty, retired to their quarters.

Of course, one knight order in particular was unable to sleep through the night and was patiently waiting for the seed they had sown during the banquet to bear fruit.

Unfortunately, even until early morning, nothing happened. Forget about seeing a girl knocking on their door, there was not even a shadow of one in the hallways or anywhere. They were all safely sleeping and inside their quarters.

The same was for the male knights of the Order of the Temple of Light. However, they were given sleep inducing drug to begin with as such, it mattered not.

Near his cabin, Laughsalot waited outside for a presence the entire night. However, no matter how long he waited for her, she did not show her face.

”What’s going on? The drug should have taken effect by now. However, there is not even a trace of her silhouette,” He muttered to himself.

Needless to say, the presence he was searching for was Zerina. Ever since he laid his eyes on her, he couldn’t get her out of his mind. That body, that face, and that figure... she possessed such seductiveness that none of the high class whores he had slept with till this day could come anywhere close to her.

To make it so that she couldn’t deny him today, he drugged her drink and food with an extra dose. However, why? Why is that she wasn’t coming to him?

”Could it be that the aphrodisiac didn’t take effect? No, that can’t be. Even if she is a high level knight, even she shouldn’t be able to resist that amount.”

Similar to his knights, Laughsalot was a high level 7 knight. However, just like most knights of this world, he was not a true knight.
