School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 294: Chapter 336: The Beautiful Woman’s Revenge Plan

When the two arrived at the office, Hua Xiaoyan’s eyes were blurred with tears, and she threw herself at him with a pitiful look, ”Nan, what do you mean? You went out and brought back a young girl, are you trying to tell me you already have a new girlfriend and don’t like me anymore?”

Seeing the beauty throwing herself into his arms, Chen Nan didn’t evade this time, letting her embrace him.

Since Jiang Xiaomi had already agreed to explain, he might as well take advantage of this cheap opportunity. Patting Hua Xiaoyan’s back, Chen Nan sighed, ”Ah, Xiao Yan, although you are majoring in acting, you shouldn’t deceive people like this, right? Your family knows how cunning you are, right?”

Hua Xiaoyan was stunned.

How did he know she was studying acting? Could it be that Xiaomi had spilled the beans?

”Nan, what do you mean? It’s one thing not to recognize me, but why are you cursing at me?” Hua Xiaoyan said, her eyes brimming with tears.

”Are you still pretending?”

Chen Nan said, smiling, and the two embraced, his hand slyly reaching towards Hua Xiaoyan’s chest.

”Hiss...”

Hua Xiaoyan, in pain, trembled all over and quickly pushed Chen Nan away, ”What are you doing!”

Chen Nan looked at her innocently, ”I didn’t do anything, what’s wrong? Aren’t you my girlfriend? Why such a big reaction when I accidentally touch you?”

Hua Xiaoyan was shocked, realizing she had let her guard down.

Grinding her teeth, she quickly explained, ”No, Nan, don’t doubt my love for you. I’m just not used to being with you in front of so many people...”

”Alright, cousin, stop acting. You’re already busted,” Jiang Xiaomi interrupted Hua Xiaoyan.

Hua Xiaoyan was taken aback, then glared resentfully at Jiang Xiaomi. She was just getting into the groove of her performance, how could she have been busted?

At that moment, the always silent Lan Yuqin came over with a frown.

”Jiang Xiaomi, what exactly is going on here?”

”Teacher Lan, I’m sorry, I...” Jiang Xiaomi scratched her head, apologetically saying, ”Actually, Chen Nan and I have some personal grievances, so I deliberately played a prank on him. I didn’t expect you to take it seriously, sorry!”

Although Jiang Xiaomi was hot-tempered and a bad student, she wasn’t unreasonable.

Lan Yuqin was a responsible teacher who cared for her students, something Jiang Xiaomi understood well, so she spoke with more respect, despite it being her fault in the first place.

Lan Yuqin’s eyes widened, ”What? You were just messing around?”

Jiang Xiaomi sheepishly nodded, ”Yes, please don’t take it to heart, I won’t do it again.”

”What about that news online?”

”That...” Jiang Xiaomi chuckled, ”I had someone put that up. It’s fake news.”

Lan Yuqin really didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. What on earth were these students thinking? To think they could concoct such a disgraceful prank, and she fell for it.

”Fine, since it was all a farce, let’s leave it at that,” Lan Yuqin said helplessly, glancing at Jiang Xiaomi. ”But if you pull another stunt like this, I’ll tell your homeroom teacher and let him punish you.”

”Thank you, Teacher Lan!” Jiang Xiaomi’s eyes darted around, ”Then... if there’s nothing else, may I leave now?”

Lan Yuqin nodded, ”Go back to class!”

As she watched her cousins leave, Lan Yuqin turned her gaze toward Chen Nan, speaking neutrally, ”Sorry about the misunderstanding earlier.”

”Is a simple apology supposed to suffice?”

Chen Nan stroked his chin, looking at her with a mischievous smile.

”What else do you want?” Lan Yuqin glared at him, ”Mr. Chen, I’ll have you know, I apologized purely out of basic politeness. Don’t push your luck.”

Chen Nan scratched his head, ”Calling your own student ’Mr. Chen,’ Teacher, is this how you show politeness?”

”You!”

Lan Yuqin was indeed taken aback by his comment and after a while retorted irritably, ”Fine, was I wrong? Happy now?”

”Don’t you think you should say sorry?”

Lan Yuqin’s face went cold, pointing to the door, ”Cut the crap, you’re really pushing your boundaries. Get back to class. You’re such an ass, I can’t afford to be polite with you. You blossom under praise and take it too far when given a little color.”

”Hehe, if you gave me a patch of land, I’d even plant cabbage!” Chen Nan chuckled.

Lan Yuqin slammed her hand on the desk, ”Plant my foot, get out, just get out!”

”You’re so unprofessional, like a shrew, I wonder how you teach,” Chen Nan shook his head and sighed as he walked away.

Watching his retreating figure, Lan Yuqin’s face revealed a helpless, bitter smile.

She felt quite weird about this troublesome student. While she claimed to dislike him, she somewhat fancied him; even though she sometimes felt an urge to kill him.

She even had the odd notion that Chen Nan didn’t seem like her student at all, but more like a partner in a love-hate relationship.

...

Outside the school gates.

Hua Xiaoyan, looking puzzled, asked Jiang Xiaomi, ”Mimi, didn’t we agree to fix him? I was really enjoying acting, why did you suddenly change your mind?”

Jiang Xiaomi shrugged her small nose, a bitter expression on her face, ”That damn liar, he tricked me onto the sixth floor, then stripped me and took pictures. I only did this because I was threatened by him.”

”What!”

Hua Xiaoyan exploded with anger, ”You let him take your picture?”
