School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 285: Chapter 325 Big Snake

”Help! Chen Nan, save me!”

Lan Yuqin’s sudden scream startled Chen Nan, and without knowing exactly what had happened, he rushed over quickly.

”What’s wrong?”

Chen Nan ran and asked.

Lan Yuqin kept retreating, trembling with fear, and pointed to the ground, ”A snake! Such a big snake!”

Chen Nan dashed over and was speechless.

It was a King Banded Snake, also known as a cauliflower snake, merely larger in size but not venomous at all.

The King Banded Snake in front of him was as thick as a wrist, over two meters long, with a pattern resembling the character ”King” on its head. It truly looked intimidating, and it was no wonder that Lan Yuqin screamt in terror.

”This snake is non-venomous.”

Chen Nan pounced forward with extreme speed, grabbed the snake, holding the tongue with one hand and the tail with the other, and shook it in front of Lan Yuqin, ”Look carefully, this is not a venomous snake.”

”Ahh! Get away! Go away!”

Seeing Chen Nan shaking the snake in front of her, Lan Yuqin was so frightened that she almost fell on her butt and yelled with a pale face.

Chen Nan stepped back two paces and said somewhat exasperatedly, ”You’re the one who got frightened by that cobra at the beach last time, right?”

Remembering the incident with the cobra at the beach, Lan Yuqin’s face turned red, and she hurriedly pointed under the car, ”You... you help me check again, there’s no more snakes under there, I am afraid to go past.”

Chen Nan bent down, peered under the car, shook his head, and said, ”There’s nothing left, you can rest assured.”

Hearing this, Lan Yuqin cautiously walked over.

”Thanks a lot.”

Lan Yuqin opened the car door, slid in, and quickly closed the door as if afraid that another snake might slip in. She waved to Chen Nan and then drove off quickly.

Meanwhile, the four beauties inside the villa also heard the commotion and came running out.

”Idiot, where’s Teacher Lan? Was that her screaming just now?” Seeing Chen Nan with his back toward them, Su Qingqing approached with a puzzled face.

Chen Nan nodded and turned around, ”Yeah, she was just scared by this snake...”

”Ahhh!”

As soon as Chen Nan turned around, Su Qingqing saw the big snake in his hand. Being so close, she screamed in fright, dropped on her butt on the ground, her little face white as a sheet, full of terror.

On the other side, Su Yixuan and Liu Tiantian were also scared and took several rapid steps back.

Unlike them, Yun Fei was not at all afraid but instead ran over with a face full of excitement, grabbed the big snake in Chen Nan’s hands, eyes shining, and exclaimed, ”What a big King Banded Snake, we have supper for tonight! Come on, Chen Xiaonan, let’s go inside and prepare it for supper!”

Chen Nan laughed heartily, ”Great minds think alike!”

”Let’s go, let’s go! Quickly inside!”

The two of them talked and were eager to head inside when—

”Don’t go in! Why does this snake smell so bad?” Su Yixuan stopped them from afar, ”Such a big snake, it’s terrifying, just release it somewhere, okay?”

”Release it!?”

Chen Nan and Yun Fei both glared, ”Are you joking? This snake might smell a bit, but once you skin it, the meat is delicious. How can we release it!”

”But, such a big snake, it’s so scary to bring it home!”

”Just kill it as soon as we bring it in, what’s there to be scared of?”

Chen Nan and Yun Fei were unconcerned and continued to walk towards the villa, clutching the snake.

The Su sisters and Liu Tiantian followed far behind, and it took them a while to enter the hall, where they could only hear the excited voices of Chen Nan and Yun Fei coming from the kitchen.

”A pervert and a female pervert!” Su Qingqing muttered.

Liu Tiantian pouted her lips, ”Silly Qingqing, wouldn’t it be easier to just say ’two perverts’?”

”Stop bickering, you two. Let’s watch TV and let them cook. If it turns out tasty, we can have some; if not, let’s forget it,” Su Yixuan said.

Su Qingqing scratched her head, ”It’s definitely not going to taste good; I can smell the stink of that snake from a mile away. What I’m worried about right now is whether they’ll stink up the whole kitchen. What are we going to do for breakfast tomorrow?”

”...”

An hour later, waves of fragrant scents wafted from the kitchen.

Su Qingqing sniffed and said incredulously, ”It doesn’t stink anymore?”

Su Yixuan pointed towards the kitchen, ”Why don’t you go and check it out?”

Su Qingqing quickly shook her head like a rattle-drum, ”No way, no way, I’m not going there. What if the snake isn’t fully dead and jumps up to bite me? I’m terrified of snakes.”

”Coward!”

Liu Tiantian looked down on her with a comment.

”Me, a coward?” Su Qingqing pointed towards the kitchen, ”You lovesick fool, you’re the brave one, you go!”

Liu Tiantian made a face, ”I’m a coward, too.”

At that moment, the delicious smell came closer as Chen Nan, carrying a bowl of fragrant snake meat, walked out of the kitchen with Yun Fei.

”Come on, come and eat!” Yun Fei set several pairs of chopsticks on the table, saying, ”I just had a taste, and it’s really delicious.”

Enticed by the smell, the three beauties swallowed their saliva and stepped closer.

Looking at the pieces of snake meat, which had been skinned but none dared to pick up their chopsticks.

”What are you waiting for? Eat!” Chen Nan took a piece of meat, chewed it a few times, and looked at the three of them.

The three beauties looked at each other, none daring to move their chopsticks.

”I really want to try it,” Liu Tiantian swallowed hard, ”But I’m too scared to eat...”

Yun Fei brought over two bottles of red wine and some glasses, saying, ”Such delicious food shouldn’t go to waste. Whoever doesn’t eat is a fool.” After pouring the wine, she clinked glasses with Chen Nan and drank.

The three beauties were all itching to try, but they just didn’t dare to eat.

In the end, Su Yixuan was the first to give up and walked away.

Soon after, Su Qingqing and Liu Tiantian followed suit and went to watch TV. Ravenous, they each grabbed a box of ice cream and started eating on the coffee table, reassuring themselves over and over that snake meat couldn’t possibly be tastier than ice cream.

...

An hour later.

The two bottles of red wine and the pot of snake meat were polished off by Chen Nan and Yun Fei. The three beauties on the couch watched with yearning eyes but never mustered the courage to try a bite.

Just then, a ringtone sounded. Chen Nan’s phone was ringing.

He took it out and raised his eyebrows in surprise.

Han Yuting!

What was the campus belle calling for now?

Chen Nan felt puzzled; after their last encounter of borrowing money and exchanging numbers, they had not been in contact. Now, Han Yuting calling late at night, it must be something important.
