Transmigrated as The Best Female Character of the Year

In front of Solara Palace, the production crew held a grand opening ceremony.

Rise and Fall officially began filming.

Melody Monroe had vanished from the internet recently. Her fans knew she was filming Rise and Fall and were quietly keeping up with the official announcements.

The entertainment industry is like the ocean tide, one wave ceaselessly following another.

In the past couple of days, an eighteen-year-old starlet had shot to fame!

After appearing on an episode of the hottest variety show, her exceptionally sweet looks instantly captured the public’s attention.

When people dug into her background, they discovered that this starlet was an artist signed to Aya Winters’s studio.

Everyone speculated that after Aya Winters ended her partnership with Stellaris, she had begun to focus on managing her own studio. Back then, there was even speculation that she might partner with Starfall.

It was now clear that those were just false rumors, pure hype.

It now seemed that Aya Winters had a plan. She was getting older, so she had started signing new talent.

In truth, the reason Aya Winters was investing so heavily in this new starlet was to contend for this year’s Best Newcomer Award. As things stood, Melody Monroe was the most likely candidate to win it.

If the award went to Melody Monroe, her momentum would become even more unstoppable.

Therefore, she had to find a way to curb Melody Monroe’s momentum.

...

After filming began, Melody Monroe’s first scene was one where she fled with her younger brother.

With the enemy at the gates, the Emperor of Solara foresaw the danger and had a trusted subordinate lead a troop of men to escort the Princess and Prince from the palace at night.

But the enemy quickly discovered their whereabouts. At dawn, the pursuing soldiers were about to catch them.

The general protecting them made a bold decision.

”Princess, Your Highness, follow this road and hide deep in the mountains!” the general knelt, his voice filled with immense grief.

”What will happen if the enemy catches us?”

”The Princess may yet live, but His Highness...”

Panic flashed across the Princess of Solara’s smudged face, but she quickly regained her composure. Her features held a natural grace as she turned and took her younger brother’s hand.

”Javian, are you scared?”

”With you here, Sister, I’m not scared.”

”Don’t worry, I will protect you. Now, come back to The Royal Palace with me.”

”Princess!”

”You, take a group of men and lure the pursuers away. The rest will escort us back to the palace!”

”Princess, the Emperor ordered us to escort you and His Highness to ensure your survival! If we go back now and fall into enemy hands, what chance will either of you have?”

”Falling into the hands of these pursuers now would be an even more meaningless death! I am the Princess of Solara. Even if I must die, I will die in the Solaran Imperial Palace!”

The general knew they couldn’t escape. An enemy ambush was likely waiting for them up ahead, ready for them to walk right into a trap.

Their position had been exposed.

If they did as the Princess commanded, they might just have a sliver of a chance to survive.

The Princess of Solara had been known for her wisdom and resourcefulness since she was a child—a fact plain for all to see.

After a moment of internal struggle, the general finally obeyed the Princess of Solara’s command, splitting his forces. One group continued to flee, acting as a decoy pretending to escort the Princess and Prince.

He personally led the other group back to the Imperial Palace.

”Cut!” Director Walsh yelled.

The actors snapped back to reality. They had gotten the scene in just a few takes, and Director Walsh was very satisfied with the results.
